Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in Elementary Schools with a focus on the problems faced. The research method used is qualitative with phenomenological methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis is carried out through three steps, namely data presentation, data condensation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results highlight obstacles in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in SD Negeri 060877, especially related to learning planning and the use of technology. Interviews with grade 1 teachers revealed difficulties in developing project-based learning and implementing Kurikulum Merdeka. The evaluation of Kurikulum Merdeka is carried out by the principal without any problems. This research provides an overview of the challenges faced by teachers in adopting the Kurikulum Merdeka in elementary schools

Abstract

Artikel ini menyelidiki sistem perbudakan seksual yang melanda Jepang selama abad ke-20 di wilayah kolonialnya, yang dikenal sebagai Jugun Ianfu atau 'perempuan kenyamanan'. Melalui kombinasi penculikan, penipuan, dan kebijakan pemerintah, gadis-gadis muda dipaksa masuk ke dalam kehidupan perbudakan dan eksploitasi. Ketidakadilan yang mendalam yang ditimbulkan terhadap wanita-wanita ini bereaksi melalui sejarah, memicu kemarahan yang meluas. Meskipun pemerintah Jepang menawarkan kompensasi kepada wanita-wanita kenyamanan, itu datang dengan biaya menghapus pengalaman traumatis mereka dari catatan sejarah. Menggunakan metodologi penelitian historis, studi ini secara menyeluruh memeriksa dan menganalisis berbagai sumber, melalui tahap-tahap seperti historiografi, historikografi, heuristik, dan kritik. Dengan menerangi bab gelap ini, kita berusaha menghormati suara-suara yang diam dan memastikan bahwa kekejaman seperti itu tidak pernah dilupakan atau diulang.

Abstract

Proses penyelesaian sengketa tata usaha negara mengenai proses pemilihan umum diatur oleh dua macam undang-undang yang berbeda. Dalam Undang-Undang Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara (UU PTUN) mengatur mengenei subjek, objek, dan prosedur penyelesaian sengketa pemilihan umum namun, dalam Undang-Undang Pemilihan Umum (UU Pemilu) juga mengatur mengenai hal yang sama tetapi, dalam UU Pemilu terjadi pelebaran makna terkait subjek dan objek sengketa pemilu. Hal tersebut akan menimbulkan suatu ketidakpastian hukum dan ketidak adilan apabila terjadi suatu peristiwa hukum dalam proses pemilihan umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan suatu gambaran serta pandangan terkait Analisa penyelesaian sengketa proses pemilihan umum. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan suatu rekomendasi kepada penagak hukum dan Masyarakat terkait Solusi penyelesaian sengketa dalam proses pemilihan umum guna menciptakan keadilan, kepastian hukum, dan ketertiban. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan konseptual. Data diperoleh melalui kajian literatur, analisis dokumen hukum, pendapat pakar hukum, militer, dan akademisi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif-analitis untuk mengeksplorasi perbandingan anatara UU PTUN dan UU Pemilu. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan yang baik dan adil kepada Pemerintah Indonesia dan memberikan informasi pengetahuan untuk masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of consumer behavior on the level of customer trust. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Researchers will collect data from various sources. The research that will be carried out to test is research in the form of answers to questions given to pupils, students, and workers. Through this research, it is hoped that it can provide accurate information and data according to the facts that occur in the field. Questionnaires or surveys will later be distributed, containing the necessary explanations regarding this research. The data obtained will later be in the form of respondents' responses regarding the ease of ShopeePay electronic payments on customer satisfaction. The population in this research is ShopeePay users with an age range of 17 to 40 years. The data obtained is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. From the results of the research and analysis carried out, it was concluded that perceived consumer behavior factors and perceived levels of trust can influence customer satisfaction when making electronic payments using ShopeePay. This was proven through validity tests of perceived convenience, perceived trust, and consumer behavior, all of which passed and were declared valid functional value variables.

Abstract

Abstrak: Bagi perusahaan, karyawan adalah aset yang berharga, karena itu sangat mungkin untuk mengelola kinerjanya dengan memastikan bahwa kepuasan kerja yang diperoleh cukup tinggi. Motivasi dan kompensasi hanyalah dua dari sekian banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dibahas lebih dalam mengenai beberapa tema yang berkaitan dengan motivasi, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis berbagai kepustakaan untuk mengungkap fenomena yang ada. Metode yang digunakan disebut studi literatur. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi dan kompensasi dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja baik secara positif maupun negatif, tergantung dari metode, sampel, dan objek yang digunakan. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi, Kompensasi Abstract: Employees are a valuable asset to the company. Therefore, to maintain their performance can be done by ensuring that their job satisfaction is high enough. Many factors affect job satisfaction, namely motivation and compensation. This research will further discuss aspects of motivation, compensation, and job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to review various kinds of literature to produce conclusions from existing phenomena. The method used is a literature study approach. The results of this study are motivation and compensation have a positive and negative effect on job satisfaction according to the method, sample, and object used.
