Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test and analyze the influence of three independent variables, namely the Discount Voucher Feature, Ease of Use, and Customer Rating, on the dependent variable, namely the Decision to Purchase Gacoan Noodles Using Online Food Ordering in Gen Z in Malang City. Data collection was carried out through the purposive sampling method by distributing a Likert scale questionnaire to 100 respondents who met the criteria. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods and hypothesis testing, which included the F test (simultaneous test) and the t test (partial test), with the help of IBM SPSS version 25 software. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously, or together, the three independent variables, namely the Discount Voucher Feature, Ease of Use, and Customer Rating, have a significant influence on the Purchase Decision on Mie Gacoan Using Online Food Ordering. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.001, which is smaller than the set significance level, which is 0.05. However, the results of the partial test show different findings. Ease of Use was found to have no significant influence on Purchase Decisions, with a significance value of 0.077, which was greater than 0.05. In contrast, the Discount Voucher and Customer rating variables were partially shown to have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions, with a significance value of 0.001 each, both of which were smaller than 0.05. Keywords: Discount Vouchers, Ease of Use, Customer Rating, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of internal communication, work environment, and motivation on job satisfaction among government employees of Sukopuro Village, Jabung District, Malang Regency. This study employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to all 83 village government employees in Sukopuro using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings indicate that internal communication, work environment, and motivation have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction among village government employees. These findings affirm that effective human resource management in village government significantly depends on these factors to improve employee well-being and provide better public services.  Keywords : Internal Communication, Work Environment, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Village Government Employees.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Ambassador, Viral Marketing, and Brand Trust on the purchasing decisions of Mills shoes among the Futsal Club at Universitas Islam Malang. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through surveys using questionnaires distributed to 50 members of the Universitas Islam Malang Futsal Club who had previously purchased Mills shoes. Data analysis was conducted using statistical tests to measure the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable.The results of the study indicate that Brand Ambassador, Viral Marketing, and Brand Trust simultaneously have a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Mills shoes. Partially, Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Conversely, Viral Marketing and Brand Trust do not show significant partial effects on purchasing decisions. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company be more selective in choosing Brand Ambassadors with high appeal and credibility that are relevant to the futsal community. Viral Marketing strategies should be evaluated to create more engaging and relevant content, while efforts to build Brand Trust can focus on improving product quality, customer service, and brand transparency. Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Viral Marketing, Brand Trust, Purchasing Decisions, Mills Shoes.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of train transportation services in Indonesia presents challenges and opportunities for PT Kereta Api Indonesia to improve consumer purchasing decisions, especially among students. This study aims to determine and analyze whether the variables of price, service quality, facilities, trust, and brand image significantly influence consumer decisions in purchasing train tickets. This study uses a survey method by distributing quisioren to respondent. This research uses a quantitative approach to determine and analyze the influence between variables. Maholtra’s theory is used in sampling, namely the number of question items x 5 so that the number of samples set is 120 samples. This study uses Validity test, reliability test, Normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation, multiple linear analysis test, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. This study uses SPSS 25 analysis tools, The results showed that the price variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, as well as service quality which also has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. facilities had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of social media, brand image, promotion, live streaming, and customer reviews on purchase decisions on the TikTok Shop application. With the increasing popularity of TikTok as a digital marketplace, this research focuses on the behavior of users in Pakis District, Malang Regency. A quantitative approach was used by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents who had previously used TikTok Shop. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and classical assumption tests via SPSS. The results show that all independent variables—social media, brand image, promotion, live streaming, and customer reviews—have a significant positive effect on purchase decisions both partially and simultaneously. Among them, live streaming shows the strongest influence, indicating its growing importance in shaping consumer behavior. These findings suggest that effective utilization of digital features and social proof on TikTok Shop can enhance consumer trust and increase buying interest. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the effect of workload, work motivation, and work compensation on employee productivity at CV. Maju Djaya Beton, Singosari, Malang. Using a quantitative approach method with the distribution of questionnaires to all employees totaling 32 respondents using saturated sampling technique (census). The variables studied, workload, work motivation, and work compensation, are among the important factors in measuring employee productivity levels. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, workload, work motivation, and work compensation have an effect on employee productivity. The workload is known to have a negative and insignificant effect on work motivation, while work compensation partially affects employee productivity. This study suggests that companies need to pay attention to the balance of workload, improve motivation, and provide appropriate compensation to increase employee productivity.  Keywords: Workload, Work Motivation, Work Compensation, Employee Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial mindset and creativity on business sustainability among Putra Ardana Farm Malang business partners. The application of entrepreneurial mindset and creativity in each individual is proven to be beneficial in maintaining and developing business sustainability. The research method used in this study was a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of printed questionnaires distributed to 45 Putra Ardana Farm business partners. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial mindset has a positive and significant effect on technology adoption and business termination. Creativity has a positive and significant effect on technology adoption but not on business termination. Furthermore, technology implementation does not mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and business interest or creativity on business desire. The implications of this study explain that Putra Ardana Farm needs to continue developing entrepreneurial mindsets and creativity for its partners to create more sustainable businesses. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Mindset, Creativity, Technology Implementation, Business Sustainability, Putra Ardana Farm

Abstract

Abstract In the ever evolving digital era, student job readiness is a crucial factor in facing challenges in the workplace. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and communication skills training on student job readiness in the digital sector. The method used was quantitative research, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, intake of 2021, who had participated in digital marketing training. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that digital marketing and communication skills training have a positive and significant impact on student job readiness. The average student job readiness score indicates a fairly high level of readiness. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating digital marketing training and communication skills development into higher education curricula to increase student competitiveness in an increasingly complex job market. Abstract

Abstract Companies, including Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs), must constantly improve due to the business world's rapid expansion. Human resources are a critical component of a sustainable and growing organization. The purpose of this study is to describe work motivation, organizational culture, and employee commitment. It also looks at how work motivation and organizational culture partially and simultaneously affect employee commitment in MSMEs in the creative sector, specifically among Kopi Kenangan employees in Malang City. 75 employees serve as both the population and the sample in this study, which uses a quantitative approach and survey method. A total sampling strategy is used. After passing tests for validity, reliability, normalcy, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, the data were gathered via questionnaires and subjected to multiple linear regression analysis.A regression coefficient value of 1.032 supports the primary findings, which show that work motivation has a positive and significant partial effect on employee commitment. Similarly, with a regression coefficient value of 0.745, organizational culture likewise has a positive and substantial partial effect on employee commitment. Employee commitment is significantly impacted by both organizational culture and job motivation at the same time, with an F-calculated value of 120.715 that is higher than the F-table value of 2.73 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.With a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.735, job motivation and organizational culture account for 73.5% of the variation in employee commitment, with other factors outside the research model accounting for the remaining 26.5%. In conclusion, organizational culture and work motivation are critical elements that greatly increase employee engagement in MSMEs in the creative industry. Keywords: Work motivation, Organizational culture, Employee commitment, MSMEs
