Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of customer relationship marketing strategies on customer loyalty at the Gerasia Clinic in Sumbawa Besar. This research uses an associative design which aims to measure the influence of the customer relationship marketing variable (X) on customer loyalty at the Gerasia Clinic in Sumbawa Besar variable (Y). The data used is quantitative data in the form of respondents' answers obtained directly using a questionnaire. The respondents in this research were 96 customers at the Gerasia Clinic in Sumbawa Besar and were selected using non-probability sampling in the form of accidental sampling. Data that has been collected using a questionnaire is processed using the SPSS application and then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained show that the customer relationship marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Gerasia Clinic in Sumbawa Besar. The ability of the customer relationship marketing variable to influence changes in customer loyalty variables at the Gerasia Clinic in Sumbawa Besar is 12.6% and is in the weak category, while the remaining 87.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as price, promotion and product and service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of electronic money (e-money) on the level of consumption of students at Samawa University Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was associative. The type of data used is quantitative obtained from primary sources through a questionnaire. The population in this study were 619 students of the Faculty of Economics and Management. The sample determination was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that the number of populations that met the requirements to become the research sample was 93 people. Data analysis is carried out with simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (T-test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results showed that the use of electronic money (e-money) had a positive and significant effect on the level of consumption of students at Samawa University Sumbawa Besar. The effect of the use of electronic money (e-money) on the level of consumption of students at Samawa University Sumbawa Besar is 10.1%, while the remaining 89.9% is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this study, such as income, product prices, tastes and education.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate strategies that can be implemented in efforts to develop Arabica coffee farming in Tepal Village, Batulanteh Sub-District, Sumbawa District. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used was qualitative data obtained directly from research informants using interview techniques. The informants in this study were all coffee farmers in Tepal Village, totaling 35 people. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the SWOT analysis technique. The results of this study showed that the strategy for developing Arabica coffee farming in Tepal Village, Batulanteh Sub-District is in quadrant I. The strategy that can be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive policy (growth-oriented strategy). This can be done by utilizing all the strengths and opportunities available to overcome the various weaknesses and threats faced. The results of the SWOT analysis that has been carried out produce four alternative strategies, namely SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy. However, the alternative strategy that is a priority in efforts to develop Arabica coffee farming in Tepal Village, Batulanteh District is to implement the SO strategy which is implemented by utilizing the strengths owned to be able to optimize all existing opportunities. The alternative strategies produced are: 1). Increase the quantity and quality of production by utilizing all available resources, and 2). Expand the marketing network by utilizing technological advances in the field of information and communication.

Abstract

This study aims to compare income levels between thrifting business actors at Utan Market who use offline and online marketing strategies. The type of this study was comparative study, and the type of data used was quantitative obtained directly from informants using interview guidelines. The informants in this study were 30 thrifting business actors at Utan Market, consisting of 15 thrifting business actors who used offline marketing strategies and 15 thrifting business actors who used online marketing strategies. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test technique, paired samples statistics test, paired samples correlations test, and paired samples t-test. The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference in income levels between thrifting business actors at Utan Market who use offline and online marketing strategies. The income level of thrifting business actors at Utan Market who used online marketing strategies was higher than the income level of thrifting business actors who used offline marketing strategies. Thus, it can be stated that the implementation of online marketing strategies was a very important aspect in increasing the income of thrifting business actors at Utan Market. Through the implementation of online marketing strategies, it can make it easier for thrifting business actors to reach a wider market share. Thrifting business actors can offer their products to consumers more widely without being limited by place and time, thereby increasing sales activity which has an impact on increasing the income of thrifting business actors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of business work practices and self-efficacy on students' work readiness. The type this study was associative study with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was quantitative obtained directly from primary sources using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were 61 active students at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University. The selection of respondents was determined using probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling method. The data analysis tool used was multiple linear regression, partial hypothesis test (t test), simultaneous hypothesis test (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that business work practices and self-efficacy had positive and significant effect on the work readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University, either partially or simultaneously. The effect of business work practices and self-efficacy on the work readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University was 74.3%, while the remaining of 25.7% was effected by other variables not examined in this study, such as career planning, adversity quotient, psychological capital, soft skills, motivation to enter the world of work, managerial skills, and social support.

Abstract

The farmers' group plays a role as a learning class, a cooperation vehicle, and a production unit. Through the farmers' group, the government can more easily coordinate with farmers, allowing development programs to be effectively communicated and on terget. This study aims to determine the effect of farmer group cooperation system on farming businesses productivity in Sumbawa District. The type of this study was associative study. This study used a quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources, namely 95 farmers in Sumbawa District. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), and coefficient of determinant testing (R2). The results of this study showed that the farmer group cooperation system had a positive and significant effect on farming business productivity in Sumbawa District. The ability of farmer group cooperation system to effect the farming business productivity in Sumbawa District was 15.9%, while the remaining 84.1% was effected by other variables outside this study model, such as land area, labor, production costs, and farming experience.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of market revitalization on traders’ welfare and market retribution at Seketeng traditional market, Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used was quantitative and qualitative data. The Sources of data in this study were primary and secondary data. The total of populations were 691 respondents. The technique of determining sample was Slovin formula. The numbers of samples were 87 samples. The method used to collect data were questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis tool used was simple linear regression. The results of study showed that partially market revitalization had significant effect on traders’ in traditional Seketeng Market Sumbawa Besar, it was based on the t-value was higher than t-table (5.024> 1.988) with significant value of was 0.000 was lower than 0.05,  furthermore, market revitalization had significant effect on market retribution, it was based on the t-value was higher than the t-table (5.024>1.988) with significant value of 0.000 was lower than 0.05, then the value of the coefficient of determination or r square was 0.229 thus the percentage effect of revitalization market on the welfare of traders and market retribution in traditional Seketeng market was 22.9% while the remaining of 77.1% was affected by other variables outside of this study.
