Abstract

Penerapan aplikasi SIMDA pada seluruh instansi pemerintah Kabupaten Sumbawa khususnya pada SKPD yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Sumbawa sebagai ibukota kabupaten merupakan salah satu upaya yang telah dikembangkan oleh pemerintah pusat untuk pemerintah daerah sebagai alat untuk meminimalisir akan terjadinya kesalahan pada proses pengelolaan keuangan daerah menjadi laporan keuangan daerah. Meskipun demikian data penerimaan daerah dan data potensi pendapatan daerah yang dikelola Dinas Pendapatan Daerah selalu berbeda dan kontradiktif dengan data yang dikelola biro keuangan. Selama ini biro keuangan yang memegang kewenangan pengalokasian Dana Bagi Hasil se-Kabupaten/Kota. Sehingga, guna menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan keuangan yang baik, efektif, efesien serta transparan dan akuntabel, diperlukan sistem pengolahan data keuangan daerah yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan SKPD di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berupa informasi langsung yang didapat dari hasil kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden bagian keuangan pada 32 SKPD di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah software Smart PLS 3.0 M3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Penerapan SIMDA berpengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan.

Abstract

Environmental cleanliness is something that is very urgent for the community, especially the people of Sumbawa district, especially in the midst of the current covid pandemic condition, one of the efforts to prevent the transmission of covid 19 and also several other diseases, then one of the solutions carried out is environmental hygiene activities with community service, namely activities to care for environmental cleanliness through social service programs for new students and the academic community of Samawa University. The purpose of this community service activity is to help overcome environmental hygiene problems in the community, especially in the Sumbawa Regent's office, to train students, especially new students, to have an attitude of caring for the environment, and to realize the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This activity is a Community Service Activity carried out by new students for the 2021/2022 academic year and the Samawa University academic community from the highest ranks consisting of Chairman of the Foundation's Board of Trustees, Chancellors, Vice-Chancellors, Deans, Head of Study Programs, Lecturers and Staff as well as participating also supported by the presence of Mr. Regent and Mrs. Deputy Regent of Sumbawa Besar. This activity was carried out in the office of the Regent of Sumbawa Besar. with the method of social service. And this environmental cleaning activity begins with the preparation of gathering new students and the Samawa University academic community. The next step is to go to the Sumbawa Regent's office and do a social service by cleaning the mango garden area by collecting and disposing of garbage. After the activity is complete, the participants return to their respective addresses. The New Student Social and the Samawa University Academic Community is running well and smoothly and has full support from the Sumbawa Regency Government and with this community service, it is hoped that the community will have the motivation to keep the environment clean.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence entrepreneurial motivation at students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar, consisting of risk tolerance, self-efficacy and work freedom. This research uses an associative design which aims to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. The data used in this research is quantitative in the form of scoring results of respondents' responses in answering questions given through a questionnaire. This data was obtained directly from respondents, namely 54 students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The data that has been collected will be processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program and will then be studied using techniques including multiple linear regression analysis, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and test the determinant coefficient (R2). The results of this study showed that partial risk tolerance did not have significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation, meanwhile self-efficacy and work had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation at students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. Furthermore, risk tolerance, self-efficacy and work freedom in simultaneously had a significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation at students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The ability of the variables risk tolerance, self-efficacy and work freedom on entrepreneurial motivation at students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar was 38%, while the remaining 62% was affected by other variables outside of this study, such as environmental factors, sociological factors, capital availability factors, personal factors and adversity quotient.

Abstract

This study aims to examine perceptions of service quality and emotional closeness on community satisfaction at Moyo Hilir Health Centre services. The type of this study was associative study which aims to examine the effect of perceived service quality (X1) and emotional closeness (X2) on community satisfaction at Moyo Hilir Health Centre services (Y). products among students at Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from research respondents using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were 55 people who used the Moyo Hilir Health Center services in the period November 2022 who were determined using probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method. The data used in this study were processed with SPSS software for analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient testing (R2). The results of this study showed that service quality (X1) and emotional closeness (X2) had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at Moyo Hilir Health Centre services (Y), both partially and simultaneously. The effect of service quality and emotional closeness on community satisfaction at Moyo Hilir Health Center services was 75.6%, while the remaining of 24.4% was effected by other factors not included in this study, such as product quality, price or costs, and ease of obtaining products or services.

Abstract

Ramadhan merupakan bulan yang penuh dengan rahmat dan keberkahan. Di bulan ini, umat Islam dianjurkan untuk meningkatkan amalan ibadah dan perbuatan baik. Salah satu amalan yang mulia adalah berbagi kepada sesama yang membutuhkan. Gerakan Berbagi Berkah Ramadhan dan Silaturahmi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan kepedulian terhadap sesama. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat yang kurang mampu, sekaligus mempererat tali silaturahmi antar sesama. Metode Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan social yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2024 dimulai sejak pukul 16.00 - 17.30. yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat pada umumnya serta terhadap para pengguna jalan khususnya menjelang berbuka puasa di Kecamatan Sumbawa di lokasi pada Taman Mangga Sumbawa Besar Sumbawa dengan tahapan kegiatan : a. Persiapan b. Pelaksanaan c. Penutup. Kegiatan berhasil dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Fokus pengabdian ini adalah pemberdayaan perempuan dalam praktik pengolahan panganan tradisional khas Sumbawa di Desa Tatebal. Salah satu potensi ekonomi lokal yang menjadi perhatian adalah kuliner tradisional khas Sumbawa, yang kini mulai terasing di tengah maraknya ragam kuliner modern. Kuliner tradisional ini perlu dikembangkan, dikelola, diproduksi, sekaligus dilestarikan, karena selain memiliki rasa yang enak, juga tahan lama serta mampu bersaing dengan jajanan modern. Berikut beberapa contoh jajanan tradisional khas Sumbawa yang menjadi fokus pemberdayaan: Kue "Golo Ganti" oleh Ibu Nursuat, pemilik UMKM Sinar Pagi. Kue "Batar" oleh Ibu Maya Sari dan Adun, pemilik UMKM Maris Gama. Kue "Wajik Gulik" oleh Anti, pemilik UMKM Kharima. Kue "Cetak Minyak" oleh Maswin, pemilik UMKM Telu Taruna. Kue "Kuda Lumping" oleh Ibu Nazila Rohmi, pemilik UMKM Cahaya Terang. Kue "Tar Kelapa" oleh Eny, pemilik UMKM Kemang Menir. Program ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan kemandirian dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan mengoptimalkan peran perempuan melalui pemberdayaan dalam praktik pengolahan panganan tradisional khas Sumbawa. Dengan adanya pemberdayaan ini, diharapkan para perempuan mampu menjadi individu yang mandiri sekaligus turut berkontribusi dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi bangsa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of investment and labor in increasing the rate of economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2012-2021. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used was quantitative in the form of GDP, investment and labor data for West Nusa Tenggara Province obtained from existing sources in the form of archives or documents that had been compiled and published by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Nusa Tenggara Province. In this study, researchers use documentation techniques to collect data from secondary sources. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient testing (R2). The results of this study showed that investment and labor had a positive and significant effect on economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara Province, both partially and simultaneously. The ability of investment and labor to effected economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara Province was 67%, while the remaining of 33% was effected by other variables outside this study model, such as human capital, capital expenditure, and labor force participation rate.

Abstract

The agricultural sector can have the ability to produce a surplus, this happens when productivity is increased so that it produces higher farmer income. The increase in the standard of living is obtained by increasing food products either through intensification, extensification and diversification of agriculture which is expected to improve the standard of living of farmers, expand employment opportunities for groups of people who still depend on the agricultural sector. The purpose of this study was to analyze production costs on the income of rice farmers in Bagetango Hamlet, Lopok District, Sumbawa. Quantitative research methods were used in this study, through multiple linear regression tests, production costs in this study include land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and labor, with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), based on the objectives to be achieved, this study uses the income of rice farmers in Bagetango Hamlet, can be achieved with the average production of each respondent then multiplied by the selling price of production to obtain total income. The results of the study showed that the influence of production costs on farmer income is very significant. If production costs are too high without being balanced with adequate results or good prices, farmer income will decrease. Therefore, to increase income, farmers need to manage production costs wisely, utilize technology, and monitor changes in market prices.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of communication, motivation, and work environment in improving the performance of employees at Community and Village Empowerment Office of Sumbawa District. This type of research is associative research which is used to determine the direction and extent of influence of communication factors (X1), motivation (X2), and work environment (X3) on the performance of employees at Community and Village Empowerment Office of Sumbawa District (Y). The type of data used was quantitative data collected directly by researchers from research respondents using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees at Community and Village Empowerment Office of Sumbawa District, totaling 33 people. All members of the population totaling 33 people will be used as research samples so that this study is categorized as population research. Data analysis tools were performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study showed that communication, motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at Community and Village Empowerment Office of Sumbawa District, both partially and simultaneously. The contribution of communication, motivation and work environment variables in influencing changes on employees’ performance at Community and Village Empowerment Office of Sumbawa District was 80.4%, while the remaining of 19.6% was effected by other variables outside this research model, such as wages, job security, working conditions, achievements, training and work experience.

Abstract

This study aims to know the relationship between self-efficacy and locus of control with employee performance improvement at PT. Mandala Multi Finance, Tbk. Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was associative that aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy (X1) and locus of control (X2) on employee performance at PT. Mandala Multi Finance, Tbk. Sumbawa Besar (Y). The type of data used was quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were 53 employees of PT. Mandala Multi Finance, Tbk. Sumbawa Besar. The data analysis tool used was multiple linear regression, partial hypothesis test (t test), simultaneous hypothesis test (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the study showed that self-efficacy (X1) and locus of control (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mandala Multi Finance, Tbk. Sumbawa Besar (Y), either partially or simultaneously. The percentage contribution of self-efficacy (X1) and locus of control (X2) in effecting employee performance at PT. Mandala Multi Finance, Tbk. Sumbawa Besar (Y) was 94.7%, while the remaining of 5.3% was effected by other variables not examined in this study, such as leadership style, work motivation and compensation.
