Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems and solutions to halal certification services in Sumbawa Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all business actors who were accompanied and facilitated by halal certificates in Sumbawa Regency, totaling 723 business actors. Seeing that the number of business actors who have been assisted and facilitated with halal certificates in Sumbawa Regency is relatively large, so it is not possible for researchers to study all the elements in the population, the researchers chose 20% of the total population as representatives to be the sample so that the number of respondents in this study was 145 people. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Halal Center of Sumbawa Regency has served halal certificate applicants well, although there are several aspects that still require improvement. In each service element, there are problems faced in implementing the halal certification program in Sumbawa Regency. However, the Halal Center of Sumbawa Regency focuses its attention on efforts to provide the best possible service to the community so that it can provide the right solution to overcome these problems. This aims to foster a sense of trust and satisfaction in the community as service users.

Abstract

This study aims to know the promotional strategies through digital media to improve marketing performance at the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was descriptive used to describe promotional strategies through digital media to improve marketing performance at Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar. The type of data used was qualitative data obtained directly from research informants using interview techniques. The informants who were sources for this study consisted of owners, employees and customers of the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar. Evaluation of marketing performance at the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar in this study used the SWOT method. Through SWOT analysis, internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) can be identified in the marketing of the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar. The results of this study showed that the marketing of the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar was in quadrant I. The strategy that can be applied in this condition is to support aggressive policies (growth oriented strategy). This can be done using the SO (strength-opportunities) strategy by taking advantage of the strengths and opportunities you have to overcome the weaknesses and threats faced so that you can improve marketing performance at the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar. Several strategies that can be implemented in marketing at the Felaushop Store Sumbawa Besar, namely: 1). Presenting various creative, innovative and different products from competitors, 2). Providing maximum service, 3). Offering prices that are relatively cheaper than competitors, 4). Carrying out various marketing events, and 5). Optimizing promotions through digital media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of PT. PNM financing on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises in Sumbawa District. This study aims to determine the role of fishermen's wives in increasing family income. The type of this study was associative which aims to examine the effect of PT. PNM financing (X) on MSME income (Y). The type of data used in this study is quantitative data collected by researchers directly from research respondents using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The number of samples that will be used as respondents in this study is 30 financing customers of PT. PNM in Sumbawa District which is determined using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. All data that has been collected was processed using the SPSS program to be analyzed and interpreted using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and coefficient of determination testing (R2). The results of this study showed that PT. PNM financing had a positive and significant effect on MSME income in Sumbawa District. The degree of effect of PT. PNM financing variables on MSME income in Sumbawa District was 77%, while the remaining of 23% was effected by other variables outside this research model, such as digital marketing strategies, product innovation, and business capital.

Abstract

This study aims to know the relationship between endorsers and brand awareness with the purchasing decision of Purbasari cosmetics among students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was causal associative study which aims to examine the effect of endorsers (X1) and brand awareness (X2) on purchasing decisions of Purbasari cosmetics on students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar (Y). The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar who had purchased Purbasari cosmetics, totaling 85 people who were selected using non-probability sampling techniques with the accidental sampling method (convenience sampling). The data analysis techniques used in this study include multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test), and coefficient of determination testing (R2). The results of this study showed that endorsers and brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Purbasari cosmetics among students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar, both partially and simultaneously. The ability of endorsers and brand awareness to explain the variation in changes in purchasing decisions of Purbasari cosmetics among students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar was 41.6%, while the remaining of 58.4% was effected by other factors outside this research model, such as personal factors, social class factors, and reference group factors.

Abstract

In a dynamic business environment, effective strategic planning becomes critical to achieving optimal marketing performance. However, many companies face challenges in effectively managing and evaluating their marketing strategies. Marketing performance monitoring applications (MPMA) offer a solution by providing real-time data that enables quick and precise monitoring, analysis, and adjustment of marketing strategies. This research examines the role of MPMA in improving strategic planning through a literature review and analysis of empirical data from various studies covering various industry sectors. The results show that companies using MPMA can improve their financial performance by optimizing marketing strategies, identifying marketing opportunities, and allocating resources more efficiently. Although there are challenges in MPMA implementation, such as technical integration and resistance to change, the benefits are far greater. With adequate training and management support, companies can overcome these challenges and fully utilize the potential of MPMA to improve their strategic planning and marketing performance. In conclusion, MPMA is an important tool that can help companies become more responsive and adaptive to market changes, providing a significant competitive advantage in an increasingly complex business environment.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tunggakan PKB di Kabupaten Sumbawa, faktor tersebut meliputi variabel kesadaran wajib pajak, pengetahuan dan pemahaman wajib pajak, dan sanksi pajak..Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan eksplanasi assosiatif. Responden adalah wajib pajak PKB di kabupaten sumbawa, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode skoring dengan likert, dan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kesadaran wajib pajak, pengetahuan dan pemahaman wajib pajak, dan sanksi pajak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap tunggakan pajak. semakin besar kesadaran membayar pajak maka, akan mengurangi tunggakan pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kabupaten Sumbawa.Kata Kunci: Determinan Tunggakan PKB; Regresi Linear Berganda;

Abstract

This study aims to examine efforts to increase customer loyalty of skintific skincare in Sumbawa District through customer experience strategies. The type of this study was associative study which aims to determine the effect of customer experience strategy (X) on the loyalty of Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District (Y). The type of data used in this study was quantitative obtained directly from primary sources using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 50 Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District, totalling 50 people. The selection of respondents was determined using non probability sampling techniques with a accidental sampling (convenience sampling) method. The data analysis techniques used was simple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), and coefficient of determination testing (R2). The results of the study showed that customer experience strategy had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Skintific skincare in Sumbawa District. These results suggest that the better of customer experience strategy implemented, the more loyalty of Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District will increase. Conversely, the worse of customer experience strategy implemented, the more the loyalty of Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District will decrease. The customer experience strategy contributes to effected the loyalty of Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District was 46.5%, while the remaining of 53.5% was effected by other factors not examined in this study, such as product quality, service quality, and promotions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Local Revenue, Government Expenditure, and Human Development Index on GRDP of Sumbawa District. The type of this study was associative study with quantitative approach. The type of data used was quantitative obtained from secondary sources using documentation techniques. The data used in this study are data on Local Revenue, Government Expenditure, and Human Development Index, and GRDP of Sumbawa District for 2014-2023. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination testing (). The result of this study showed that the Local Revenue, Government Expenditure, and Human Development Index had a positive and significant effect on GRDP of Sumbawa District for 2014-2023, either partially or simultaneously. The ability of the Local Revenue, Government Expenditure, and Human Development Index variables to effected on GRDP of Sumbawa District was 94.3%, while the remaining of 5.7% was effected by other variables outside this research model, such as population, workforce, foreign investment and domestic investment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Moyo Village, Moyo Hilir sub-District in order to increase the Village Own Source Revenue of Moyo Village, Moyo Hilir sub-District. The type of this study was qualitative study. The data used were primary and secondary data. The informants in this study were the Village Head, BUMDes Manager and the communities of Moyo Village. The method used to collect data were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis tool used was the theory of Miles and Huberman which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of study showed that the management had been done by Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Moyo Village, Moyo Hilir sub-District was in accordance with the provisions set by the village government. In its implementation, the BUMDes in Moyo Village, had implemented management strategy aspects, such as planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The management of BUMDes in Moyo Village, which is carried out by administrators by involving the government and village communities directly in every management activity, starting from planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, is expected to be able to encourage the community's economy so that can increase community income and contribute to increasing Village Own Source Revenue (PADes).
