Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan uutuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor Sosial rumah tangga dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di desa Sedapurklagen Kec. Benjeng Kab. Gresik. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel Faktor Sosial Rumah Tangga sebagai variabel bebas terdiri dari 3 indikator. dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa sebagai variabel terikat terdiri dari 12 indikator. Populasi penelitian ini adalah warga di desa Sedapurklagen Kec. Benjeng Kab. gresik sebanyak 237 KK, Pengambilan sampel dengan tenik puposive random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 148 KK. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui pengisian kuisioner responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan analisa korelasi Rank spearmen, diperoleh nilai Rho sebesar 0,3198, jika di konsultasikan dengan pedoman interpretasi koefisien korelasi terletak antara 0,20 ? 0,399 hal ini menunjukan bahwa antara faktor sosial rumah tangga dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa terdapat hubungan yang rendah. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t di dapat hasil sebesar 4,0782, nilai t tabel dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 untuk uji dua pihak pada dk = 146 sebesar 1,97638, maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor sosial rumah tangga dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa di desa sedapurklagen Kec. Benjeng Kab. Gresik dalam kategori Rendah.

Abstract

dari seluruh aktivitas perusahaan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja dilakukan melalui sistem kepemimpinan yang tertata dengan baik dan pemberian motivasi agar semangat kerja karyawan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga medis dan paramedis di Puskesmas ?X? Surabaya  yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 orang karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Non-Probability Sampling dengan Sampling Jenuh, dimana semua anggota populasi menjadi sampel. Data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment dan cronbach?s alpha. Analisis data menggunakan analisi regresi ganda, uji F,uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi dan disertai dengan pengujian asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional secara individu/parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas medis dan paramedis Puskesmas ?X? Surabaya. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji t memperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 1,028 dengan t tabel sebesar 2,05 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Artinya kepemimpinan transformasional yang dijalankan secara parsial tanpa diikuti oleh motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi, maka tidak akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja petugas medis dan paramedis Puskesmas ?X? Surabaya. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji t memperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 34,013 dengan t tabel sebesar 2,05 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, maka H2 diterima. Artinya semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan, maka kinerjanya akan semakin meningkat. (3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja petugas medis dan paramedis Puskesmas ?X? Surabaya. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji t memperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,478 dengan t tabel sebesar 2,05 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, maka H3 diterima. Artinya semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi karyawan, maka kinerjanya akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Poverty and unemployment have become a problem in several developing countries, including Indonesia. One of the roles of SMEs in supporting the Indonesian economy is to reduce poverty through providing employment. Women's participation in the business sector has also increased, this phenomenon occurs throughout the world, including in Indonesia, as shown by USAID and IFC in the Market Research Study in 2016. This study aims to determine whether the factors in the form of access to capital, government support , social networking, competitive advantage and strategic market position, consumer orientation, business plans, marketing communications, and women's personality influence the success of women-owned SMEs, with the hope that this can be a motivation for Indonesian women for becoming more productive and having an entrepreneurial spirit. Data was taken from 400 respondents in 8 sub-districts in Surabaya, then processed using SPSS program. The results of this study showed that simultaneously the independent variables consist of Access to capital, Government Support, Social Networks, Competitive Advantages and Positioning, Consumer Orientation, Business Plans, Marketing Communications, and Women's strengths have a significant influence on the success of women-owned SMEs. While the results of the t test showed that partially the Social Network with an observation t value of 2.546, Business Plan with an observation t value of 4, 797, and finally the Advantages of Women with an observation t value of 8.768 affected the success of women-owned SMEs.

Abstract

All organizations as well as the Higher Education Industry need to be prepared and improve in order to keep up with fluctuated environment. Because the revenue generating for universities doesn’t always come from tuition fee, having Business Center is a solution to overcome financing problems and rise revenue as well as prosperity for organizational members within the universities. To achieve it, the members of the organization need to have an entrepreneurial spirit and intrapreneurship conduct. It is concluded that the growth and development of intrapreneurship behavior among lecturers and staff within the university is influenced by the transformational leadership style of the chancellor. This research purpose is to analyze factors to increase intrapreneurship behavior (Behavioral Intrapreneurship) among organizational members in one of the PTS located in West Surabaya. The examination method used in this study is a qualitative technique with a case study method at a PTS in West Surabaya and uses a quantitative technique using the percentage method for descriptive analysis of each variable. From the outcome concluded that the chancellors at the universities studied have a transformational leadership style while the lecturers and employees at the universities have entrepreneurial character and entrepreneurial behavior. The conclusion of this study is that the formation of intrapreneurship behavior in the college environment influenced by the transformational leadership style of the leader and entrepreneurial character of the member of the college environment.

Abstract

MSMEs have a very big role in the national economy, so if many MSMEs go out of business, it is feared that this will have a big impact on the national economy. Even though it is full of challenges, the MSME sector still has hope and opportunities to increase its business scale. This opportunity is still open for MSME business actors who want to innovate products and design them with a technological touch. The management process includes several steps, namely: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling (POAC), these four things need to be implemented so that MSMEs can grow. When starting a business, what must be formulated is the vision, mission, and corporate values. For example, in creating a business the superior values ​​are business that is excellent, honest, trustworthy, and so on. Company values ​​are important because they will become the soul of the company. In making a business plan, the first thing we do is identify where we are, where we are going (goal), why we want to go there, and what we will achieve. These measurements are important. The point is what is the best way to achieve the goals. The method used in this mentoring activity was through a combination of material presentation activities and coaching clinics, which were held in a total of 16 meetings. The result of the activity is an output in the form of a business plan which includes the vision, mission, goals, and business model for the MSME partners targeted by the activity. Other results include new logo designs for several partners so that the appearance becomes fresher and more attractive.

Abstract

Pelatihan penghitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) di Kelurahan Bendul Merisi Kota Surabaya merupakan inisiatif penting dalam pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat. Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang pelaksanaan pelatihan, metode yang digunakan, hasil dan dampaknya. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan interaktif, dengan materi disampaikan secara sistematis dan komprehensif. Respon peserta terhadap pelatihan ini positif, menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai biaya produksi dan strategi keuangan yang lebih efektif. Kolaborasi antara tim pengabdian, pemerintah daerah, dan pelaku usaha menjadi kunci keberhasilan, meski terdapat tantangan seperti terbatasnya akses teknologi. Disarankan untuk menyelenggarakan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas teknologi, serta melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi untuk menjamin keberlanjutan dan peningkatan kualitas pelatihan di masa depan. Sinergi antar pihak akan memperluas manfaat pelatihan dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

The object of this writing is a family business actor in the culinary sector who still manages his business using conventional methods. Before the pandemic, sales were made in large portions for parties, so when the Covid 19 pandemic emerged, accompanied by recommendations for physical distancing, sales experienced a significant decline, thus requiring business owners to do several things to survive and develop. . From the research results it can be concluded that: 1. Human resource management process activities have been applied but are still in a simple, non-formal and unrecorded context. These activities include employee identification and selection, orientation for new employees, and training for new and existing employees. Strategies to retain employees who are competent and have high productivity have also been implemented. There is no health insurance for employees in the object of analysis, there is only a small financial assistance for medical treatment and giving vitamins to employees as a form of prevention so they don't fall sick. Regarding the issue of balance between work and personal life, the owner gives employees the freedom to bring their children to work if conditions do not allow the children to be left at home. 2. The control function has also been applied to the object of analysis, although it is still simple, informal and not recorded. Financial control through calculating ratios has not been applied because the object of analysis has never made written and formal financial reports such as Profit and Loss reports and Balance Sheets. Balance Score Card and Benchmarking have also not been applied by the object of analysis. Control devices in the form of Feedforward, Concurrent and feedback control have been applied by the object of analysis but still in a simple, informal and unwritten manner.

Abstract

This report discusses community service activities to improve the performance of MSMEs in Wonocolo District through a participation-based mentoring program. This program is designed to overcome challenges such as low financial literacy, limited access to technology, and managerial capabilities with participatory methods that actively involve MSME actors. The approach includes needs analysis, training, individual mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. As a result, 70% of participants started using social media and marketplaces for marketing, 60% diversified their products, and their managerial capacity improved. Although effective, challenges such as low digital literacy and mentoring time still require attention. Collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and local communities is needed to support the sustainability of this program to make MSMEs more competitive in local and regional markets.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance the competitiveness of women-led Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Surabaya by providing practical marketing strategies through a workshop. Despite their significant role in the national economy, many UMKM, especially those run by women, face challenges in marketing due to limited access to training and resources. This workshop, held at Darmo Trade Center, Surabaya, focused on providing simple yet applicable marketing strategies, such as the STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) framework and the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) to help entrepreneurs better understand their products, target consumers, and improve product differentiation. The workshop also emphasized entrepreneurial characteristics and business risk-taking. The results indicated that the participants, mostly women entrepreneurs, gained valuable insights into marketing strategies and felt more confident in applying these concepts to improve their business performance. Feedback from the participants suggested a high level of engagement and readiness to implement the strategies discussed.
