Abstract

The religious study group at the As-Syukur Ta'lim Assembly serves as a platform for housewives in Grujugan Village to gather and deepen their religious knowledge. This assembly aims to instill good morals and uphold the commandments of ma'ruf (promoting good) against evil. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation and interviews. The respondents interviewed include the head of the As-Syukur Ta'lim Assembly and several female members of the congregation. Data analysis in this study involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings conclude that the motivation for housewives' participation in the As-Syukur Ta'lim Assembly activities consists of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation includes the desire to study religion, improve the quality of worship, and strengthen social bonds. Extrinsic motivation arises from peer influence and contributions made by the Ta'lim Assembly, which are allocated to religious and social activities. Supporting factors for the participation of housewives in the As-Syukur Assembly's study sessions include the awareness of seeking knowledge, as well as engaging methods and relevant lecture materials.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, kemampuan membaca memiliki peran penting karena dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kecerdasan seseorang, serta mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang akan datang. Dengan demikian, penguasaan keterampilan membaca menjadi sangat penting di semua mata pelajaran, terutama pada tingkat awal pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Mengetahui kesulitan belajar membaca permulaan yang dialami oleh siswa kelas 1B SDN Gulbung 1 merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dan merupakan penelitian lapangan. Subyek penelitian adalah 9 siswa kelas 1B yang mengalami kesulitan membaca permulaan serta wali kelas 1B. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Telah ditemukan beberapa jenis kesulitan membaca permulaan dari hasil observasi dan wawancara pada 9 siswa kelas 1B SDN Gulbung 1, yaitu: 1) Belum mampu mengenal huruf, 2) Belum mengenal huruf diftong dan digraf, 3) Sulit membedakan huruf yang hampir sama, 4) Sulit membaca kalimat yang panjang, 5) Sulit mengeja, dan 6) Membaca masih terbata-bata. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1B SDN Gulbung 1 meliputi: 1) Kurangnya motivasi dari keluarga, 2) Tidak bersekolah di Taman Kanak-Kanak, dan 3) Kurangnya minat membaca siswa.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is crucial to study because high commitment is believed to be beneficial for both the organization and the employees themselves. When employees have a commitment to the organization, it leads to their optimal efforts, which are essential for achieving organizational goals. This study uses the organizational commitment theory developed by Allen and Meyer (1991), which encompasses three aspects: affective, continuance, and normative commitment. The theory was further developed into 47 items. The theory was chosen because it effectively represents the dimensions of organizational commitment and serves as a solution to enhance understanding and develop effective strategies to strengthen organizational commitment. The research was conducted at Hospital X with a population of 728 employees, and 202 research subjects were selected using simple random sampling. The research employed a quantitative method, and data collection was conducted using a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of the study revealed that out of the 47 items, 12 items were invalid, leaving 35 items that can measure the variable of organizational commitment.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Psychological Scale, Measuring Instrument
