Abstract

Perkembangan dekade terakhir pariwisata Indonesia memiliki perkembangan yang baik, ditunjukkan dengan pembangunan akomodasi penginapan yang meningkat di wilayah destinasi pariwisata. Konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan menjadi guidline dalam setiap pembangunan di sektor pariwisata. Pengembangan dan pembangunan fasilitas di Dieng Kulon dibangun oleh pemerintah dan swasta untuk menunjang pariwisata. Banyaknya pembangunan homestay/penginapan maka memberikan dampak pariwisata Dieng. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan apa dampak pengembangan dan pembangunan homestay terhadap pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan Desa Dieng Kulon. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan studi deskriptif. Dari pembahasan hasil penelitian mengenai dampak pembangunan homestay terhadap pariwisata berkelanjutan Desa Dieng Kulon memperlihatkan, tiga aspek pariwisata berkelanjutan yaitu ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan tidak terpenuhi.

Abstract

The global business landscape is characterized by rapid change and increasing complexity. In this dynamic environment, understanding firms' strategies to penetrate international markets is crucial. This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to uncover the intellectual landscape of global market penetration strategies in international marketing, market-entry, and export strategies. Through careful examination of influential authors, essential works, research clusters, and emerging trends, this study offers valuable insights into the state of the field. Leading authors such as Ravi Ramamurti, Mike W. Peng, and Jean-François Hennart have significantly shaped our understanding of emerging market multinationals and internationalization strategies. Their seminal works have challenged conventional paradigms and encouraged innovative thinking. Identifying research clusters underscores the multifaceted nature of global market penetration, covering market entry modes, internationalization theory, and emerging market dynamics. Emerging digitalization, e-commerce, and sustainability trends highlight the ever-evolving international marketing landscape. The implications of this analysis extend to researchers, educators, policymakers, and practitioners, providing valuable guidance for future research, curriculum development, policy formulation, and strategic decision-making in the global arena.

Abstract

The development of Smart Village Tourism in Kemuning focuses on improving digital marketing strategies and diversifying tea products to improve the welfare of local communities and attract more tourists. Sumilir Valley, located in Kemuning Village, Ngargoyoso District, Karanganyar Regency, has considerable ecotourism potential because of its beautiful natural scenery and traditional tea plantations. Despite these assets, the village faces challenges such as limited market reach, inadequate infrastructure, and low digital literacy among the population, which hinders tourism and economic growth. This article describes the background, methods, results, and future plans for the project implemented in Lembah Sumilir, Kemuning Village. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs). Through a series of targeted training modules, we aim to equip local communities with the skills necessary to effectively manage and promote their tea products, thereby driving economic growth and cultural preservation. Future plans include expanding this initiative to other regions and exploring additional growth opportunities in complementary sectors to ensure long-term sustainability and ongoing benefits to society.

Abstract

This study looks into how the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was implemented in a West Javan manufacturing company and how it affected strategic management and organizational performance. A mixed-methods approach was used, integrating quantitative data obtained from surveys and performance measures with qualitative data from in-depth interviews and document analysis. The qualitative results draw attention to the intricate implementation process, which includes communication tactics, strategic goal-setting, and ongoing modification. Difficulties were noted, including resistance to change and worries about an increase in workload. Positive employee attitudes, greater alignment with company goals, and advancements in financial and operational measures are all indicated by the quantitative outcomes. The study offers insightful information to companies thinking about implementing BSC, highlighting the significance of open communication, staff involvement, and ongoing adaption for success.

Abstract

Endek merupakan salah satu tenun tradisional khas Bali yang saat ini sudah mulai berkembang dalam proses produksinya salah satunya tenun endek ramah lingkungan dengan proses pewarnaan alami dan menjadi salah satu pilihan bagi konsumen yang berminat pada konsumsi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi teori motivasi belanja yaitu motivasi utilitarian dan hedonis dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi belanja konsumen terhadap niat pembelian produk ramah lingkungan tenun endek pewarnaan alam. Sebanyak 190 responden menjadi sampel dalam penelitian kuantitaif dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS menghasilkan bahwa kenyamanan, ketersediaan informasi, seleksi, dan penawaran yang disesuaikan, berpengaruh positf terhadap motivasi utilitarian. Selain itu tren, sosial, dan pertualangan berpengaruh positif terhadap motuvasi hedonis, namun otoritas dan status tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada motivasi hedonis. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi utilitarian berpengaruh secara positif terhadap minat pembelian hijau, sedangkan motivasi hedonis tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat pembelian hijau.
