Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap Prosocial Organizational Behavior (POB) dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai pemediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang datanya diambil di CV Karta Jafa Indo sebanyak 160 karyawan dan UMKM Peci Abbas Group sebanyak 51 karyawan secara sensus. Data diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi software SPSS 23, dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasi dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional. Budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap POB. Motivasi intrinsik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap POB. Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap POB dimediasi variabel komitmen organisasional. Pimpinan organisasi dapat mendorong peningkatan budaya organisasi dan motivasi intrinsik untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasional serta meningkatkan budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional untuk menguatkan POB

Abstract

The global business landscape is characterized by rapid change and increasing complexity. In this dynamic environment, understanding firms' strategies to penetrate international markets is crucial. This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to uncover the intellectual landscape of global market penetration strategies in international marketing, market-entry, and export strategies. Through careful examination of influential authors, essential works, research clusters, and emerging trends, this study offers valuable insights into the state of the field. Leading authors such as Ravi Ramamurti, Mike W. Peng, and Jean-François Hennart have significantly shaped our understanding of emerging market multinationals and internationalization strategies. Their seminal works have challenged conventional paradigms and encouraged innovative thinking. Identifying research clusters underscores the multifaceted nature of global market penetration, covering market entry modes, internationalization theory, and emerging market dynamics. Emerging digitalization, e-commerce, and sustainability trends highlight the ever-evolving international marketing landscape. The implications of this analysis extend to researchers, educators, policymakers, and practitioners, providing valuable guidance for future research, curriculum development, policy formulation, and strategic decision-making in the global arena.

Abstract

This research intends to examine the effect of role stress and job insecurity on job burnout and nurses' performance in hospitals. Apart from this, this research also explores the mediating role of workplace anxiety in the context of the bond between job insecurity and work-life conflict. Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, information was gathered by means of a survey of 160 nurses at One of the private hospitals in Surakarta. The analysis was conducted using the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that role stress had a positive effect on job burnout, while job burnout had a negative impact on nurses' performance. In addition, role stress also had a significant direct negative effect on nurses' performance. Job insecurity was found to have a positive contribution to job burnout and a negative effect on nurses' performance. Workplace anxiety was shown to be a significant mediator in the the correlation between employment insecurity and work-life conflict. These findings confirm that job stress and job uncertainty are the main factors that negatively impact nurses' well-being and performance. Therefore, an effective managerial strategy is needed to reduce work pressure, increase job security, and provide psychological support for health workers in order to improve the quality of health services.

Abstract

Disiplin kerja merupakan kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang untuk mentaati semua peraturan yang berlaku di tempat bekerja. Tanpa adanya displin kerja, suatu perusahaan ataupun instansi akan sulit untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, mengetahui dan menguraikan tentang bagimana penerapan disiplin kerja dan pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja di Puskesmas Secang 1. Selain itu untuk mengetahui hambatan dan upaya apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk mengoptimalkan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkah hasilnya menunjukan bahwa Pelaksanaan disiplin kerja pegawai di Puskesmas Secang I sudah berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada, namun masih terdapat beberapa pegawai yang tidak menaati peraturan yang diterapkan seperti datang terlambat dan tidak menggunakan pakaian dinas beserta atribut lengkap. Dalam penilaian kinerja terdapat hasil dengan kategori cukup yaitu pada indikator pelayanan buka poli BP Umum sebesar 79 dikarenakan keterlambatan pegawai yang menyebabkan jam buka pelayanan mengalami keterlambatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui dan menjelaskan gaya kepemimpinan, pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode distribusi kuesioner berupa google form dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden karyawan Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Kota Magelang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan uji t terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,004<0,05, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000<0,05, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,578>0,05.

Abstract

Indonesia, has become a hub for such start-ups, aiming for both financial success and environmental consciousness. Green investments, which fund projects with environmental benefits, play a crucial role. These investments range from adopting energy-efficient technologies to implementing sustainable supply chains, leading to long-term cost savings and improved corporate reputation.Government policy is also vital, as supportive policies in Central Java include monetary rewards, tax breaks, and assistance programs that encourage start-ups to adopt sustainable practices. Effective resource management, which optimizes the use of human, financial, and material resources, is crucial for start-ups facing limited resources and intense competition. Efficient resource management can significantly impact a start-up’s operational efficiency and financial outcomes.This study examines how green investments, government policy, and resource management collectively influence the financial success of start-ups in Central Java. Data was collected from 40 start-ups across various industries using a quantitative approach, and multiple regression analysis was performed. The results show that higher financial performance is primarily due to green investments, supportive government policies, and efficient resource management, with a positive interaction between these factors leading to significant gains. The study provides factual proof that effective resource management, sustainable practices, and compliance with government regulations are essential for successful start-up operations. It highlights the complementary effects of these elements, suggesting that a comprehensive corporate strategy enhances financial results. This study offers insights for start-ups to enhance sustainability and performance and provides recommendations for policymakers to create a supportive entrepreneurial environment.

Abstract

This study looks into how the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was implemented in a West Javan manufacturing company and how it affected strategic management and organizational performance. A mixed-methods approach was used, integrating quantitative data obtained from surveys and performance measures with qualitative data from in-depth interviews and document analysis. The qualitative results draw attention to the intricate implementation process, which includes communication tactics, strategic goal-setting, and ongoing modification. Difficulties were noted, including resistance to change and worries about an increase in workload. Positive employee attitudes, greater alignment with company goals, and advancements in financial and operational measures are all indicated by the quantitative outcomes. The study offers insightful information to companies thinking about implementing BSC, highlighting the significance of open communication, staff involvement, and ongoing adaption for success.
