Abstract

Di era digital ini, pengusaha bisnis perlu menyesuaikan diri terhadap lingkungan yang terus berubah-ubah agar bisnis mereka terus berkembang meskipun dihadapkan oleh kompetitor. Salah satu cara untuk melakukan pengembangan bisnis adalah dengan menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk melakukan pemasaran digital. TikTok merupakan media sosial yang berkembang di Indonesia sebagai media belanja online sejak tahun 2018. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengusaha bisnis untuk melakukan membuat konten dan video pendek untuk berinteraksi dengan audiens. Artikel ini mengulas bagaimana peranan TikTok sebagai media sosial dapat membantu bisnis untuk terus berkembang di era digital. Peneliti menggunakan analisis literatur dengan melakukan eksplorasi mendalam terhadap berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Melalui analisis literatur ini, pembaca akan diberikan wawasan tentang penggunaan TikTok sebagai media pengembangan bisnis di era digital.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of the recruitment and selection process on employee performance in various company contexts. In this study, researchers collected data from several sources, including questionnaires distributed to a number of companies or institutions. Data analysis shows that the recruitment and selection process has a significant effect on employee performance. Quality employee candidates can result from an effective recruitment process, while a careful selection process can ensure that the selected candidates match the company's needs and criteria. In addition, this research also notes that recruitment methods that primarily use recommendations have weaknesses, such as late feedback after interviews. Therefore, it is recommended that companies consider recruitment methods, such as using print or electronic advertisements to publicize available positions. The results of this research have important implications for human resource management and companies in order to optimize the employee recruitment and selection process to improve a company's performance. Apart from that, this research also estimates other factors that influence employee performance, such as education, experience and motivation. Overall, this research helps companies manage their human resources in a competitive business environment more effectively.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the effectiveness of event sponsorship implemented by PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya to increase brand awareness and product sales. The method used is participatory with a qualitative approach, where all related parties are directly involved in the effectiveness of event sponsorship activities to increase brand awareness and product sales at PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya. The results show that event sponsorship carried out by PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya has proven effective in increasing brand awareness and product sales, because through this event sponsorship activity, PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya can promote products directly to the right audience. This event sponsorship can also attract attention and create a positive experience to increase brand awareness and purchase of Telkomsel products.
