Abstract

ABSTRACT According to WHO data, across the United States and Europe, consumer satisfaction is playing an increasingly important role in the quality of care and health reform. The queuing system in health services, especially in hospitals, is a complicated problem. This is because the patient's waiting time from registering to entering the examination room is longer than the service received. The length of waiting time can affect patient satisfaction scores with health services. The results of a preliminary study through interviews with 10 outpatients at the General Clinic found that 90% said the waiting time from registration to doctor's service took > 60 minutes, and only 10% said the waiting time for service was ≤ 60 minutes. Knowing the level of outpatient satisfaction with waiting time. Analytical with cross sectional design. The samples in this study were some patients who sought outpatient treatment at the General Hospital Clinic. Port in December 2023 as many as 112 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses random sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi square test. Frequency distribution of patient satisfaction, most respondents said they were satisfied (69.6%), and the waiting time was > 60 minutes (77.7%). There is a relationship between waiting time and outpatient satisfaction level (p. value 0.003). There is a relationship between waiting time and the level of satisfaction of outpatients at the Jakarta Harbor Hospital General Clinic. It is hoped that health workers can provide services more quickly so as to increase patient satisfaction. Keywords: Patient Satisfaction, Waiting Time  ABSTRAK Menurut data WHO, di seluruh Amerika Serikat dan Eropa, kepuasan konsumen memainkan peran yang semakin penting dalam kualitas reformasi perawatan dan kesehatan. Sistem antrian di pelayanan kesehatan khususnya di rumah sakit menjadi permasalahan yang pelik. Hal ini dikarenakan waktu tunggu pasien mulai dari mendaftar sampai masuk ke ruang pemeriksaan lebih lama dari pada tindakan pelayanan yang diterima. Lamanya waktu tunggu dapat mempengaruhi nilai kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil studi pendahuluan melalui wawancara terhadap 10 pasien rawat jalan di Klinik Umum didapatkan 90% mengatakan waktu tunggu mulai dari pendaftaran sampai dengan pelayanan dokter memakan waktu > 60 menit, dan hanya 10% yang mengatakan waktu tunggu pelayanan ≤ 60 menit. Mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap waktu tunggu. Analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian pasien yang berobat jalan di Klinik Umum RS. Pelabuhan pada bulan Desember 2023 sebanyak 112 orang. Instrument penelitiannya adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan randoom sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Distribusi frekuensi kepuasan pasien sebagian besar responden mengatakan puas (69,6%), dan waktu tunggu > 60 menit (77,7%). Ada hubungan waktu tunggu terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan (p. value 0,003). Ada hubungan waktu tunggu terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Klinik Umum RS Pelabuhan Jakarta. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan pelayanan lebih cepat lagi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan bagi pasien. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pasien, Waktu Tunggu, Rumah Sakit

Abstract

ABSTRACT WHO in 2017 stated that the incidence of dysmenorrhea in the world reached 1,769,425 people (90%). In the United States, the incidence of dysmenorrhea is around 60%, and in Sweden, it is 72%. Dysmenorrhea impacts the economic loss in the United States every year which is estimated at 600 million hours worked and two billion dollars. While in Indonesia the prevalence rate of dysmenorrhea reached 64.52% consisting of 54.89% primary dysmenorrhea and 9.36 secondary dysmenorrhea, while the incidence rate of dysmenorrhea in West Java was 54.9% consisting of 24.5% experiencing mild dysmenorrhea. 21.28% had moderate dysmenorrhea and 9.36% had severe dysmenorrhea. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to treat menstrual pain is by doing dysmenorrhea exercises. Determine the effect of dysmenorrhea exercise on reducing menstrual pain in young women. Quasi experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study were all young women who live in RT. 03 RW. 07 Village of Cikeas Udik in June 2023 as many as 30 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The frequency distribution of the intensity of menstrual pain before doing dysmenorrhea exercises was mostly with mild-moderate pain (66.7%) and afterward mild-moderate pain (90.0%). There is an effect of dysmenorrhea exercise on reducing menstrual pain in young women (p. value 0.000). There is an effect of dysmenorrhea exercise on reducing menstrual pain in young women. It is hoped that young women will be more active in activities, especially holding dysmenorrhea gymnastics every month so that problems with dysmenorrhea pain can be resolved. Keywords: Dysmenorrhea Gymnastics, Menstrual Pain, Young Women  ABSTRAK WHO thun 2017 menyebutkan angka kejadian dysminorrhea didunia mencapai 1.769.425 jiwa (90%). Di Amerika Serikat presentase kejadian dysmenorrhea sekitar 60%, dan Swedia 72%. Dysmenorrhea berdampak pada kerugian ekonomi di Amerika Serikat setiap tahun yang diperkirakan mencapai 600 juta jam kerja dan dua miliar dolar. Sementara di Indonesia angka prevalensi dysmenorrhea mencapai 64,52 % yang terdiri dari 54,89% dysmenorrhea primer dan 9,36 dysmenorrhea sekunder, sedangkan angka kejadian dysmenorrhea di jawa barat sebanyak 54,9% yang terdiri dari 24,5% mengalami dysmenorrhea ringan, 21,28% mengalami dysmenorrhea sedang dan 9,36% mengalami dysmenorrhea berat. Salah satu terapi nonfarmakologi untuk mengatasi nyeri haid yaitu dengan melakukan senam dismenorea. Mengetahui pengaruh senam dismenore terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri. Quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh remaja putri yang berdomisili di RT. 03 RW. 07 Desa Cikeas Udik pada bulan Juni 2023 sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total  sampling. Distribusi frekuensi intensitas nyeri haid sebelum melakukan senam dismenore sebagian besar dengan nyeri ringan-sedang (66,7%) dan sesudahnya  nyeri ringan-sedang (90,0%). Ada pengaruh senam dismenore terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri (p. value 0,000). Ada pengaruh senam dismenore terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri. Diharapkan remaja putri lebih aktif dalam kegiatan, terutama mengadakan senam dismenore setiap bulannya agar masalah dalam nyeri dismenore dapat teratasi. Kata Kunci: Senam Disminore, Nyeri Haid, Remaja Putri

Abstract

ABSTRACT By weighing toddlers regularly at the posyandu, cases of malnutrition and malnutrition can be detected early, because the growth of toddlers can be monitored intensively. The earlier it is detected, the faster cases of malnutrition or malnutrition can be handled. Meanwhile, the average level of community participation in weighing their toddlers at the posyandu at the Cicinde Health Center in 2022 is 69.7%. One of the factors causing the low number of visits to the toddler posyandu at the Cicinde Health Center is due to the lack of public knowledge about the importance of the toddler posyandu, as well as the lack of support from cadres and community leaders (cross-sectors), causing people to be reluctant to visit the toddler posyandu. The general objective of this research is to know the role of the family, cross-sectoral and cadres for toddler visits to posyandu at the Cicinde Health Center, Karawang Regency in 2023. The research design used is a quantitative type, in this study an analytic method was used with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were toddlers who came to posyandu at the Cicinde Health Center, Karawang Regency in February 2023, totaling 196 people. The number of samples used in the study were 76 respondents. The results of the Chi Square bivariate show that there is a relationship between the role of the family and the visit of toddlers to posyandu with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a cross-sectoral role relationship to toddler visits to posyandu with a p-value of 0.014 <0.05. There is a relationship between the role of cadres on toddler visits to posyandu with a p-value of 0.045 <0.011. Toddler visits to posyandu need to involve cross-sectors, cadre empowerment, family participation. Community Health Centers and Cross Sector work together to develop a strategy to increase visits by toddlers to posyandu. Keywords: The Role of the Family, Cross Sector, The Role of Posyandu Cadres, Toddler Visits  ABSTRAK Dengan menimbang balita rutin di posyandu dapat segera terdeteksi secara dini kasus gizi kurang dan gizi buruk, dikarenakan pertumbuhan balita dapat dipantau secara intensif. Semakin dini terdeteksi, maka kasus gizi kurang atau gizi buruk dapat semakin cepat ditangani. Sedangkan rerata tingkat partisipasi masyarakat untuk menimbang balitanya di posyandu di Puskesmas Cicinde tahun 2022 sebesar 69,7%. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya kunjungan posyandu balita di Puskesmas Cicinde adalah dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pentingnya posyandu balita, serta dukungan dari kader beserta tokoh masyarakat (lintas sektor) yang kurang sehingga menyebabkan masyarakat menjadi enggan mendatangi posyandu balita. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya Peran Keluarga, lintas sektor Dan Kader Terhadap kunjungan balita ke posyandu Di Puskesmas Cicinde Kabupaten Karawang Tahun 2023. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan jenis kuantatif, dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah balita yang datang ke posyandu di Puskesmas Cicinde Kabupaten Karawang pada bulan Februari tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 196 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 76 responden. Hasil Bivariat Chi Square menunjukkan ada hubungan peran keluarga terhadap kunjungan balita ke posyandu dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05. Ada hubungan peran lintas sektor terhadap kunjungan balita ke posyandu dengan p-value 0,014< 0,05. Ada hubungan peran kader terhadap kunjungan balita ke posyandu dengan p-value 0,045< 0,011. Kunjungan balita ke posyandu perlu melibatkan lintas sektor, pemberdayaan kader, partisipasi keluarga. Puskesmas dan Lintas Sektor bekerjasama menyusun strategi peningkatan kunjungan balita ke posyandu. Kata Kunci: Peran Keluarga, Lintas Sektor, Peran Kader Posyandu, Kunjungan Balita

Abstract

ABSTRACT MMR in West Java in 2018 was 700 people (84.78/100,000 KH). Parakansag Health Center in Tasikmalaya City which shows that the number of high-risk pregnant women is quite a lot, amounting to 117 people and 2 maternal deaths. One of the efforts to reduce morbidity and mortality due to pregnancy complications is by preparing for the implementation of P4K for pregnant women. Knowing the effectiveness of the implementation of delivery planning and prevention of complications (P4K) in pregnant women for the delivery process in the Working Area of the Parakansag Health Center, Tasikmalaya City in 2023. This type of research is a type of analytical research. The research design used in this study was a case control (case control). The population of this study were all mothers giving birth in the Working Area of the Parakansag Health Center, Tasikmalaya City, totaling 30 people. The sample in this study were all mothers giving birth in the Working Area of the Parakansag Health Center in Tasikmalaya City using a total sampling technique. The research instruments used in this study consisted of 2 questionnaires and conservation sheets. Data is processed through editing, coding, data entry, and tabulating activities. The data were then analyzed using univariate analysis of the frequency distribution and the mean value and bivariate analysis of the chi square test. Most of the preparations for the implementation of the Delivery Planning and Complication Prevention Program (P4K) by pregnant women in the Working Area of the Parakansag Health Center in Tasikmalaya City were mostly in the preparing category of 56.7%. The results showed that of the 30 respondents who gave birth, most of them experienced a smooth delivery process of 66.7%. The implementation of delivery planning and prevention of complications (P4K) by pregnant women is effective for the delivery process in the Working Area of the Parakansag Health Center in Tasikmalaya City with a p value of 0.037. The implementation of delivery planning and prevention of complications (P4K) by pregnant women is effective for the delivery process in the Working Area of the Parakansag Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. Pregnant women are expected to be able to increase the understanding or knowledge of pregnant women and their families in preparing for P4K and understand matters relating to the level of risk of pregnancy through increasing the active role of families and communities in planning safe deliveries and preparing for complications. Keywords: Implementation of Delivery Planning and Prevention of Complications (P4K), Delivery Process, Pregnant Women  ABSTRAK AKI di Jawa Barat pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 700 orang (84,78/100.000 KH). Puskesmas Parakannyasag Kota Tasikmalaya yang menunjukkan bahwa jumlah ibu hamil resiko tinggi cukup banyak sejumlah 117 orang dan kematian ibu 2 orang. Salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat komplikasi kehamilan yaitu dengan persiapan pelaksanaan P4K ibu hamil. Mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi (P4K) pada ibu hamil terhadap proses persalinan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Parakannyasag Kota Tasikmalaya tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analitik. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kasus kontrol (case control). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu bersalin di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Parakannyasag Kota Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh ibu bersalin di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Parakannyasag Kota Tasikmalaya menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 yaitu lembar kuisioner dan lembar onservasi. Data diolah melalui kegiatan editing, coding, entry data, dan tabulating. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat distribusi frekuensi serta nilai mean dan analisis bivariat uji chi square. Persiapan pelaksanaan Program Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K) oleh ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Parakannyasag Kota Tasikmalaya sebagian besar ada pada kategori mempersiapkan sebesar 56,7%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 responden ibu bersalin sebagian besar mengalami kelancaran proses persalinan sebesar 66,7%. Pelaksanaan perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi (P4K) oleh ibu hamil efektif terhadap proses persalinan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Parakannyasag Kota Tasikmalaya di dapat hasil p value 0,037. Pelaksanaan perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi (P4K) oleh ibu hamil efektif terhadap proses persalinan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Parakannyasag Kota Tasikmalaya. Ibu hamil diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman ataau pengetahuan ibu hamil dan keluarga dalam mempersiapkan P4K dan memahami hal hal yang berkenaan dengan tingkat risiko kehamilan melalui peningkatan peran aktif keluarga dan masyarakat dalam merencanakan persalinan yang aman dan persiapan menghadapi komplikasi. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K), Proses Persalinan, Ibu Hamil
