Abstract

This research is entitled "The Use of Journalistic Language Style in Broadcasting and News at RRI Palembang". It often happens that broadcasting institutions both government and private have their own problems in news making, news production, and even things that happen during broadcasts. Broadcasting institutions also have their own programs to adjust to the needs of the market and listeners plus the modern era like today in the use of journalistic language styles, few broadcasting or radio institutions apply journalistic language styles properly and correctly. The method used is a qualitative method using Kunjana Rahardi's theory. With the first stage, researchers observed the process of making news in broadcast programs at RRI Palembang and the use of journalistic language styles in the field of broadcasting and news at RRI Palembang. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that RRI Palembang will limit the use of journalistic language in broadcasting, from several existing programs that are characterized by contemporary, local language, some even use journalistic language properly and correctly in accordance with the KBBI (Big Indonesian Dictionary) and EYD (Refined Spelling). While in the field of news in making news at RRI Palembang, the field of news in the use of journalistic language styles has followed in accordance with the KBBI and EYD. Which in making news has gone through various processes, standardized sentences, language that is not convoluted and easy to understand. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan jamaah di Masjid Muawanatul Muttaqien Plaju Kota Palembang. Dilakukannya penelitian ini karna adanya keluhan jamaah dengan fasilitas yang kurang mewadai di Masjid Muawanatul Muttaqien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai bukti adanya manajemen pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kenyamanan jemaah di Masjid Muawanatul Muttaqien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Masjid Muawanatul Muttaqien dalam penerapan manajemen pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kenyamanan jemaah dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Masjid Mu’awanatul muttaqien pelayanannya sudah tertib, lancar, tepat sasaran, namun belum memuaskan jamaah. Kurangnya pembenahan fasilitas masjid yaitu ruangan yang panas akibat kurangnya kipas angin/AC, kurangnya lapangan parkir untuk mobil dan kurang terjaganya kebersihan didalam masjid. Kenyamanan merupakan faktor terpenting untuk memuaskan jamah. Ada tiga jenis kenyamanan termal, audial, dan visual. Dari tiga jenis kenyamanan hanya kenyamanan visual yang sudah memenuhi kriteia di Masjid Mu’awanatul Muttaqien.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy used by BMT Insan Mulia Palembang in an effort to increase member loyalty as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the BMT Insan Mulia Palembang marketing strategy to increase member loyalty. This research is a type of field research (field research), this research approach is a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. In addition, this study also uses data analysis methods including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that BMT Insan Mulia Palembang has implemented a marketing strategy in an effort to increase member loyalty. The marketing strategy implemented uses the 7P marketing mix which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. The result achieved from implementing the marketing strategy is that the number of loyal members has increased every year because BMT Insan Mulia always prioritizes the needs and desires of its members by providing maximum service and building positive relationships with members. then the supporting factors for BMT Insan Mulia's marketing strategy to increase member loyalty are convenience for members in making deposits and withdrawals, closeness between employees and members so that positive relationships are established, provision of quality facilities to support operational activities, and the provision of regular training to improve the quality of qualified human resources. is at BMT Insan Mulia Palembang so as to be able to create reliable and professional employees. The inhibiting factors are that there is still a minimum number of competent human resources in the field of marketers, there are still people who lack trust in institutions and there are many competitors so that members have more choices.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled Communication Management Strategy of IZI Representative of South Sumatra in Improving the Quality of Its Existence in Palembang. The purpose of this research is to understand the communication management strategy of IZI representatives of South Sumatra in increasing existence in Palembang and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. This type of research is field research, with primary and secondary data sources. While data collection techniques obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. All data will then be analyzed descriptively qualitatively, namely by pouring the results into sentences that are arranged in such a way that they can become neatly arranged sentences. The theory used is the theory according to Parag Diwan which says that communication management is the process of using various communication resources in an integrated manner through the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the elements of communication to achieve the stated goals. The results of the study show that the communication management strategy used by IZI from South Sumatra in increasing its existence in Palembang is in accordance with the Parag Diwan theory, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. It's just less than optimal in its application. If it is used optimally, it will be easier for IZI to introduce it to the public and can become even more existent in the future. IZI's supporting factors are official permits from the Ministry of Religion and graduate employees from various campuses. Then the inhibiting factor faced is that IZI is a new institution and the number of employees is small while the range of work is very wide.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Dakwah Strategy of Community Leaders in Increasing Residents' Interest in Participating in Tahlilan in Muara Telang Village, Sumber Marga Telang District, Babyuasin Regency". The purpose of this study was to find out the interest of the people of Muara Telang Village in participating in Tahlilan. to find out the objective conditions of community leaders in the village of Muara Telang. to find out the strategy of community leaders in increasing the interest of residents to take part in Tahlilan in the village of Muara Telang. This type of research is field research and a qualitative approach. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources, while data analysis in this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is qualitative descriptive, by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theory used is the da'wah strategy according to Asamuni Syukir. The results of the research are based on interviews conducted in the field. Residents' interest in participating in tahlilan is very low, due to their busy work as farmers, fishermen and gardeners. It is because of these non-sedentary jobs that the community's interest is low. It is hoped that the objective conditions of community leaders can provide enlightenment for the residents in Muara Telang village so that the residents can later become citizens who are obedient and obedient in religion and diligent in following tahlilan. Whereas the strategy used by community leaders in increasing interest in tahlilan is divided into 3, namely the strategy of socializing in the village of Muara Telang, the strategy of inviting ustadz from outside to add new knowledge and insights, the strategy of providing the facilities needed at the tahlilan event, but the problems that exist in the village of Muara Telang this is the first because of the busyness of the people in their activities, they lack religious knowledge and there are still many who do not understand family life.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of Da'wah Messages in the Book of Muhammad Al-Fatih 1453 by Ustadz Felix. Y Siauw.” In the current era of globalization, many people or ustadz preach through bi al-qalam (writing), including Ustadz Felix Y. Siauw who preaches through writing. Da'wah through writing has advantages compared to other methods, including: the work of an author will be known forever, even when the author is gone, because readers will always remember the messages contained in these books. The work of Felix Y. The purpose of this study was to find out what messages the da'wah conveyed by Ustadz Felix Y. Siauw in the book Muhammad Al-Fatih 1453, both in the messages of aqidah, moral messages, and shari'ah messages. Researchers also find out which messages are more dominant in this book so that researchers can conclude what the contents of this thesis are. Writing this thesis using a qualitative approach to the method of content analysis. Content analysis is research that is an in-depth discussion of the contents of written or printed information in the mass media. Based on the results of the data obtained, it is found that the contents of the book Muhammad Al-Fatih 1453 contain many da'wah messages including: messages of faith, moral messages and sharia messages that are related to everyday life. The most dominant da'wah message in this book is about Aqidah, how Muhammad Al-Fatih's belief in the promise that Allah and the Messenger of Allah gave in his bisyaroh in the form of the conquest of the city of Constantinople which became a separate strength for Muhammad Al-Fatih and his troops to realize the bisyaroh that the Messenger of Allah conveyed.

Abstract

This research discusses the meaning of the moral messages contained in the scenes in the KKN film in Penari Village. KKN in Penari Village was adapted from a horror story that went viral in 2019 and according to the author, this story was taken from a true story. This horror genre film is a film series that tells the story of a group of students who are undertaking a Community Service Program (KKN) in Penari Village. The KKN program they created did not run smoothly, a series of horror experiences haunted them until the KKN program ended tragically. In this film, the author analyzes all the scenes from the beginning to the end of the film. This type of research is a type of qualitative descriptive research using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory. Therefore, in this research the author used data collection techniques which were carried out with documentation, namely by collecting scenes in the KKN film in Penari Village which contained signs of the meaning of the moral message. The literature study used is data or information obtained by the author through journals, theses, books, articles, etc. that can support this research. From this research, the results obtained are that the KKN Film in Penari Village has deep meanings in Denotation, Connotation, Myth and Moral Message.

Abstract

YouTube is a website portal that provides video sharing services. Users who have registered can upload their videos to the YouTube server so that they can be seen by internet audiences throughout the world. The videos uploaded are usually personal videos of the users. Sumeks Minggu is a news agency located in Sukamulya village, Sumeks Minggu is a trusted media in presenting socio-cultural information in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, especially the Air Sugihan area. Sumeks Minggu plays a very important role in presenting socio-cultural news in Ogan Komering Ilir, The news topics presented are about conflicts that occur in society, education, sports, culture, development, and entertainment and others. Sumeks Minggu provides space for the people of Air Sugihan to be more open to the outside world, and also encourages people to be braver in overcoming social conflicts. Sumeks Minggu is also present as a trusted media, always capturing important moments that occur in Ogan Komering Ilir. Social culture is an order and interaction in people's lives which includes elements such as customs, knowledge, beliefs and morals. Social culture that develops in a society can experience changes driven by factors such as globalization and external influences this, among other things, results in acculturation and assimilation. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in socio-cultural change are the isolated situation of society and its conservative nature. The methodology that the author uses is descriptive qualitative. The researcher carries out direct observations at the research location to conduct interviews and documentation, The author took samples by analyzing all posts in the period 27 November until 27 December 2023 which contains elements of Social and Cultural Information on Ogan Komering Ilir, totaling 147 Videos, 80 Shorts, 6 Live. The role of the Sumeks Minggu Youtube Channel is to help convey socio-cultural information in Ogan Komering Ilir, and convey the aspirations of the Air Sugihan Community who have criticism, opinions and hopes to obtain their rights as Indonesian citizens.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi objektif jama’ah pengajian rutin di Majelis Taklim Al-Hidayah Desa Pedang Kec. Muara Beliti Kab. Musi Rawas, Strategi penyuluh KUA dalam meningkatkan Jama'ah pengajian rutin di Majelis taklim Al-Hidayah Desa Pedang Kec. Muara Beliti Kab. Musi Rawas serta untuk mengetahui kendala penyuluh dalam meningkatkan jama’ah pengajian rutin di Majelis Taklim Al-Hidayah Desa Pedang Kec. Muara Beliti. Kab. Musik Rawas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori manajemen strategi menurut Fred R. David. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu mengemukakan bahwa kondisi objektif jama’ah yang mengikuti pengajian rutin di majelis taklim ini yaitu yang berkaitan dengan jumlah jama’ah nya yang memiliki anggota tetap 35 jama’ah Setiap pertemuan kondisi jama’ahnya selalu antusias banyak pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh jama’ah. Kegiatan jama’ah ketika menunggu penyuluh atau da'i nya datang mereka mengaji secara mandiri dengan dibantu oleh sesama jama'ah yang lebih paham mengenai bacaan Al-Quran. Adapun strategi yang digunakan penyuluh dalam meningkatkan jama’ah pengajian yaitu dengan memilih materi-materi dakwah yang menarik, menghadirkan pemateri dari luar, menggunakan metode yang tidak membosankan, melakukan kegiaatan sosial seperti menjenguk jama’ah yang lagi sakit dan juga melakukan praktek langsung untuk materi-materi seperti tata cara sholat atau mengurusi jenazah. Kendala yang di alami oleh penyuluh dalam meningkatkan Jama’ah pengajian yaitu kesibukan penyuluh sehingga dia tidak bisa setiap minggu hadir di majelis taklim tersebut, penyuluh tidak hanya membina majelis taklim Al-Hidayah tapi juga 2 majelis taklim yang lainnya, serta kurang nya evaluasi yang dilakukan penyuluh. Saran dari penelitian ini untuk KUA Kec. Muara Beliti untuk lebih memotivasi penyuluh dengan memberikan reward atas kinerjanya, untuk Penyuluh bisa memberikan doorprize kepada jama’ah yang aktif mengikuti pengajian rutin di majelis taklim, untuk peneliti selanjutnya tidak hanya berfokus pada kuantitas atau jumlah jama’ah tapi juga kualitas jama’ah nya.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran PT. Zafa Mulia Mandiri Palembang dalam menghadapi persaingan harga antara Penyelenggaraan Pemberangkatan Ibadah Umroh (PPIU) dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi persaingan harga antara Penyelenggaraan Pemberangakatan Ibadah Umroh (PPIU). Persaingan merupakan ketika organisasi atau perorangan berlomba untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan seperti konsumen, pangsa pasar, peringkat survei, atau sumber daya yang dibutuhkan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer dan sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian ini di Jl. Ampibi B No. DI, 20 ilir DII, Kec. Kemuning, Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan model Miles dan Hubermen dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori dari Philip Kotler dan Kevine Lane Keller. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini bahwa strategi pemasaran ada beberapa syarat yang harus dipenuhi oleh perusahaan agar sukses dalam menghadapi persaingan. Syarat itu dengan cara berusaha mencapai suatu tujuan perusahaan dengan mempertahankan pelanggan. Hal ini berarti perusahaan harus mampu memuaskan serta menyediakan apa yang dibutuhkan dan diinginkan pelanggan nya melebihi apa yang diberikan oleh pesaingannya, sedangkan untuk meningkatkan pelanggan perusahaan harus dapat membaca setiap peluang yang ada melalui strategi pemasaran untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru.
