Abstract

This study aims to develop an online registration system at LKP Tiara Medica Ciamis using the Agile SDLC method. The system is designed to replace the inefficient manual registration process with a more flexible and accessible online system. The development process included planning, design, development, and testing phases. The results show that the developed online registration system significantly improves registration efficiency, allowing prospective students to register from anywhere without needing to visit the location in person, and simplifying the administrative process. The system also includes online payment and data verification features, enhancing the accuracy and security of participant data. Recommendations include continuous testing and optimization, user training.

Abstract

MA Argayasa Jalatrang is an educational institution that focuses on developing students' morals and personalities. Every year, around 30 prospective students register, and the registration process, which is still carried out conventionally, takes about a week. This process involves taking forms at the counter and recording data manually, which often causes data redundancy and delays in reporting. To overcome this problem, a computerized system is needed so that registration can be done more easily, quickly, and efficiently. The agile method is used in the development of a web- based new student registration information system application. The results of the study show that this application helps staff in creating reports faster and reduces data redundancy, so that the management of applicant data becomes faster, more accurate, and more efficient.

Abstract

In the era of ever-growing digitalization, the use of computer media and systems has become a priority to improve company performance. Manual processes previously carried out by companies can now be replaced by computers which offer more effective and efficient data processing and support management decision making. However, there are still many companies that are not computerized properly due to a lack of human resources (HR) who understand computerized systems. UD Aman Jaya 03, a timber company operating in the trading sector, is facing problems in recording incoming and outgoing goods which are still done manually. This causes frequent data loss, delays in inventory preparation, and slow and inaccurate data processing. To overcome this problem, the author designed a web-based inventory information system application using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. With this computerized system, recording of incoming and outgoing goods can be done quickly and accurately, thereby increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of data processing in the company.

Abstract

This study applies the Kansei Engineering method in designing a website user interface design with Kansei Engineering Type I. This design aims to design a website interface in one of the shoe laundry service sectors based on the emotional factors of website users. In this study, the design of the website interface only applies to Ruru Sapatu Ciamis. Ruru Sapatu Ciamis is one of the shoe laundry service sectors in the Ciamis area that has been established since 2020 and has various types of shoe washing. Through a research method in accordance with Kansei Engineering Type I, there are several stages in Kansei Engineering Type I used in this study starting with determining the strategy, collecting kansei words, compiling a semantic differential scale, determining specimens and classification of design elements, determining participants and distributing questionnaires, collecting questionnaire data, using multivariate statistical analysis, namely correlation coefficient analysis, principal components, principal factor analysis and partial Least Square and the final stage of design proposal recommendations. The final result of this study is the emergence of a design proposal matrix that is processed into a design sketch and recommendations for the Ruru Sapatu Ciamis website interface based on the Kansei Engineering method with a design concept that has the highest value from all participants and all the kansei words used, namely a design concept with a value of 0.9 proportional kansei words.

Abstract

The development of website technology has provided a lot of convenience for developers to create products that suit the user's wishes. The purpose of this research is to produce an interface (UI) design design using the Kansei Engineering method and produce a website design that is in accordance with the needs and desires of users. This study uses the Kansei Engineering method with Kansei Engineering Type – I as a model in the research process. The statistical analysis used was Coefficient Correlation Analysis (CCA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and Factor Analysis (FA). Then the results of the analysis are translated into the arrangement of design elements using Partial Least Square (PLS).

Abstract

The problem found in the information system at the Cileungsir Village Office, especially the Village BLT, does not yet have an application which can cause it to take a long time and data inaccuracies. By using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) Framework at the Cileungsir Village Office, this research aims to design a Village Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) application that uses EAP methods. The research methodology used included interviews, observation, and literature study to collect data about the needs and management process of Village BLT at the Cileungsir Village Office. The aim of this application is to integrate the existing information system at the Cileungsir Village Office and make it easier for residents to apply for and manage BLT. In addition, this research shows that information system integration can reduce data duplication and increase data security. Therefore, this research can be a basis for building a more efficient and effective information system to support existing service activities and processes at the Cileungsir Village Office.

Abstract

Several errors in the data collection were caused by the manual data entry and bookkeeping that was mostly done by hand. To resolve this issue, work is being done on developing a web application using PHP with the Laravel Framework and a MySQL database. The development methodology that is employed is the Rational Unified Process (RUP), which consists of an Inception phase, an Elaboration phase, an Implementation phase, and a Transition phase that involves Blackbox Testing. This application focuses on automating the book signing and editing processes.

Abstract

Digitalization is crucial for all sectors, including notary offices. This study evaluates the implementation of Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) to design an efficient information system at the Notary Office of Ani Yaniatin Pitaloka, S.H. in Pangandaran Regency. The aim is to create a comprehensive information system architecture design that aligns with business strategies and implementation steps. Using the four EAP stages Initiation, Current State Understanding, Future Planning, and Achievement Strategy the study improves manual processes with an integrated system based on a star topology. The resulting blueprint provides an implementation guide for notarial service applications and document archiving.

Abstract

This research aims to design an online Koya cake sales website to support the Mayasari Koya Cake MSMEs using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which allows for fast and adaptive software development. The website, designed to expand market reach and increase sales for Koya Mayasari Cake MSMEs, includes features such as product display, shopping basket, and online payment system. Despite limitations such as time and resource constraints for website design, further research can enhance website features and functionality, and evaluate its impact on sales and growth of Koya Mayasari Cake MSMEs.

Abstract

Efficient warehouse management is crucial for the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. However, MSMEs often face challenges in implementing optimal warehouse management due to limited resources and a lack of awareness regarding the importance of proper inventory management. This study aims to develop a web-based warehouse application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method as a solution to address warehouse management issues at MSME Abizar Jaya in Tasikmalaya. The research involved identifying problems through observation, interviews, and literature reviews, followed by system development in three phases: requirements planning, system design, and system implementation. The findings indicate that the developed warehouse application successfully enhances operational efficiency and reduces errors in inventory management. The web-based system allows MSME Abizar Jaya to monitor inventory in real-time and make more informed decisions regarding purchasing, production, and marketing strategies. Thus, this research offers practical contributions to MSMEs in optimizing warehouse management and supports better decision-making through clear visibility of inventory data.
