Abstract

The development of science and technology as well as the fierce competition of educational institutions at this time requires schools to innovate, and be creative in making marketing strategies. Marketing strategy is one of the keys to the success of an institution in attracting public interest. The problems raised and studied in this study are: 1. How is the marketing promotion strategy carried out by the Mafatihul Hikmah Jati Agung Islamic boarding school, 2. How is the segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategy carried out by the Mafatihul Hikmah Jati Agung Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted at the Mafatihul Hikmah Islamic boarding school, Jati Agung, South Lampung with a qualitative approach. The results showed 1. Marketing promotion strategies at the Mafatihul Hikmah Islamic boarding school used print media (banners), social media (facebook and whatsapp), and word of mouth information. (personal selling). 2. The segmentation strategy applied using a geographical approach, the targeting is schools around Jati Agung, Mafatihul Himah Islamic boarding school positioning with the tahfidz program and habituation programs that are superior.

Abstract

The utilization of digital technology in the era of Industry 4.0 provides significant benefits, especially in the tourism and culinary sectors. Digital branding, which creates product identity through technology, is crucial in promoting products and creating a positive perception in society. Training institutions such as Khiara Training Center play a role in imparting skills to the community. The use of digital marketing by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can expand their marketing reach nationally and internationally. Graphic design, including infographic design, involves arranging graphic elements for effective visual communication. The Canva application, a drag-and-drop-based design tool, is an effective solution for product branding and graphic design. The implementation methods of the outreach activities involve monologous methods for content delivery and dialogic methods through discussions. The preparation phase includes problem understanding, collecting reference materials, and scheduling. The execution phase involves a two-day training, with the presentation of Canva's features on the first day and hands-on practice on the second day. Evaluation and final reporting are used to assess participants' understanding and the outcomes of the activities. This initiative successfully trained 20 participants from various educational backgrounds in using the Canva application for product branding design

Abstract

Culinary Tourism Potensial In Palu Bay Area. This study aims to determine the level of similarity of culinary tourism potential and support factors among urban villages in the area of ​​Teluk Palu. The population in this study were all tourists who visited at 8 urban villages ranging from Tipo Subdistrict Ulujadi to Tondo Sub-District Mantikulore District. Sampling technique using purposive sampling approach is done by selecting informants who are considered able to provide the necessary information. The number of samples is 70 people. In general, infomants enter in cluster 1. There is only one cluster member that entered in cluster 2 and cluster 3. In general the characteristics of culinary tourism availability and supporting factors such as trade activities of goods and services, supporting facilities and infrastructure, transportation support, security as well as social and cultural communication in 8 kelurahan have similarity level. Development of the tourism industry, especially culinary tourism in the coast of Palu Bay in recent years can not be done evenly and maximally in 8 villages. The emphasis in terms of tourism development, especially culinary tourism and its supporting factors still take place partially. Emphasis such as the formation of tourism conscious society and the implementation of 5K has not been implemented evenly and maximally throughout the existing urban village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan prosedur metode CTAB dan metode purifikasi DNA yang tepat untuk menghasilkan kuantitas dan kualitas DNA yang baik yang berasal dari tanaman markisa dataran rendah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di dua tempat, yaitu kabupaten Jeneponto untuk pengambilan sampel tanaman markisa dan untuk pengisolasian dan pengujian DNA dilakukan di Laboratorium Biosains dan Sumber Daya Hayati Tanaman Program Studi Agroteknologi Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari bulan September 2013 hingga Desember 2013. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam enam metode isolasi DNA dengan menggunakan larutan CTAB, pengujian kualitas serta kuantitas DNA, pemurnian (purifikasi) DNA pada hasil isolasi terbaik, dan pengujian kualitas serta kuantitas pada hasil pemurnian. Berdasarkan uji kualitas dan kuantitas, berat sampel sebesar 0,200 g, suhu inkubasi hasil ekstraksi pada suhu 65oC selama 30 menit, dan kecepatan sentrifugasi sebesar 12.000 rpm selama 10 menit dapat menghasilkan DNA yang memiliki kemurnian yang cukup baik dan tampak pita DNA yang cukup tebal berkisar 1500 – 5000 kb setelah hasil isolasi DNA dielektroforesis. Sedangkan pemurnian kembali menggunakan kloroform : isoamylalkohol, isopropanol, dan ethanol 70% menunjukkan kualitas dan kuantitas DNA yang baik.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' knowledge and thinking abilities by developing an inquiry learning model. The method used by the researcher is qualitative, which describes something in the form of writing. In addition, the Inquiry also teaches students to think critically, namely by giving opinions and using reason when deciding something or what is being discussed. It also concerns the potential of students to learn by involving critical thinking or inquiry learning. This research shows that learning based on the Quran must be applied because this will make it easier for teachers or prospective teachers in the teaching and learning process. In addition, by learning the Quran, students can be active in the classroom and think logically.

Abstract

ABSTRACT An educational institution has a principal who implements policies to improve teachers' pedagogical competence. School success is not only determined by physical facilities, but also by the policies implemented by the principal. formal educational institution that seeks to improve teachers' pedagogical competence, especially in effective learning management. This study aims to identify the principal's policy, its implementation, the support provided, and the evaluation that can improve teachers' pedagogical competence. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, vice principal, teachers, and students as resource persons. The results showed that principals conduct various policies such as lesson preparation, training and teacher performance assessment. They also encourage mentoring, create a positive work environment, and open opportunities for teachers to develop by equipping facilities at school. Evaluation is also an important component in the effort to improve teachers' pedagogical competence by providing space for teachers to provide feedback and criticism.. Abstract

Aplikasi mobile berbasis Android bernama “SIstem PEndataan KERusakan Jalan” (SIPEKERJA) hadir sebagai solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi masalah dalam proses pendataan kerusakan jalan. SIPEKERJA memanfaatkan teknologi mobile untuk mengumpulkan data kerusakan jalan secara real-time, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Kegiatan Sosialisasi sistem pendataan kerusakan jalan ini dihadiri oleh perwakilan dari pekerjaan umum dan perumahan rakyat bidang bina marga kota mataram dan kabupaten lombok barat, praktisi dari PT. MIKRO dan DPD INKINDO NTB, akademisi dari universitas muhammadiyah mataram, universitas mataram, dan universitas pendidikan mandalika, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di aula lantai 3 rektorat universitas muhammadiyah mataram pada kamis 15 agustus 2024, waktu pelaksanaan dari pukul 09.30 Wita – Selesai. Sosialisasi ini dilakukan agar pihak-pihak terkait dapat mengoperasikan aplikasi dengan baik. Sosialisasi ini mendapatkan apresiasi yang sangat baik dari pihak universitas muhammadiyah mataram dan juga dari pihak-pihak yang ikut serta dalam Sosialisasi penggunaan sistem pendataan kerusakan jalan sangat antusias sekali dalam proses Sosialisasi, ini membuktikan bahwa Sosialisasi ini sangat diperlukan untuk proses pendataan kerusakan jalan.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of social media on divorce rates in Bandar Lampung City. The phenomenon of social media and information technology has influenced the way people communicate, make friends, and establish romantic relationships. The problem in this study is why divorce can be caused by media use. This study aims to identify how social media plays a role in increasing divorce rates.This study uses a qualitative research method with a library study and case study approach. The study's results indicate that the development of social media impacts divorce rates and acts as a risk factor in marriage. It can trigger jealousy and distrust and cause disputes that lead to divorce. Social media has also become a means of online shopping and then online gambling, affecting economic factors that ultimately cause chaos and divorce.

Abstract

This study analyzes the importance of character education within the framework of the independent curriculum, focusing on the integration of moral values in learning, the role of school leadership, and collaboration between teachers, parents, and the community. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through literature studies from journals, books, and official documents. The results of the study show that the independent curriculum supports project-based learning, the flexibility of a holistic approach, and the role of transformational leadership in creating a school culture that supports character education. The challenges faced include limited teacher training, gaps in student backgrounds, and lack of program evaluation. The implication is the need to increase teacher training, strengthen the role of school principals, and integrate local values and digital technology to strengthen the effectiveness of character education. This research provides strategic recommendations for policymakers and educators in building a generation with character in the modern era

Abstract

Irrigation in Sidoarjo Regency Drainage System Complex area of carrier channels to irrigation of the drainage (AFVOUR) in the display of water level regulators. High water surface in the channel causes slow flow of rain water catchment to a puddle. Conditions are exacerbated by backwater in the river channel in the area near the coast when the tide, causing floods to not be directly receding. Synergy has a combination of integration of various elements (for example, stakeholders) optimizing something better, legitimacy is considered to equalize perception hoping that actions are carried out in the desired action entity, appropriate according to value norms. Case Study Case data applies certain cases are generalized. Case study data is possible to be used to explore, examine comprehensiveness of a research object. Analysis of data using atlas, The weakness of the government's supervisor handles industrial waste into the River Peraul in Sidoarjo Regency, Urban Sprawl Social Impact Urbanization in big cities, controlling urbanization Increases development using the approach to touch the needs of the community needed Village, equity, spread of village remote development, the level of participation and understanding of the community provides feedback related to the concept of handling routine flood disasters every year. Seasonal flood disaster control in Sidoarjo Regency by involving local communities is an important approach by direct supervision by local communities, counseling on good water management practices, emergency response training, community based infrastructure development, coordinating between the government, local communities, form of concrete participation Local community in Sidoarjo Regency.
