Abstract

The expected of national education goals are stated in the National Education System Law no. 20 of 2003 is to educate the student to be human beings who has believe in God, fear of God Almighty, have noble character, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, become democratic and also responsible citizens. This paper describes how the implementation of the Panca Jiwa of modern Islamic boarding schools in education is carried out by teachers (ustadz and ustadzah) at Modern Islamic Boarding Schools. The results that obtained from this analysis are; Modern Islamic Boarding Schools with the implementation of the Panca Jiwa Pondok have implemented as good as possible to build students’ character or what is called by the instilling of moral values to their students as proclaimed by the 2003 National Education System Constitution.

Abstract

As an educational institution where communities live and interact, Pesantren must enhance its independence and management development, food security, and economic initiatives to support the sustainability of its academic processes. This paper outlines the best management practices related to food security and economic development for Pesantren. The methodology employed is a case study of Pesantren Assa'adah in Cikeusal Serang, utilizing a literature review to provide a foundational basis for the analysis. The findings indicate that waste management concepts have been effectively carried out by processing both organic and inorganic waste. Additionally, automatic watering systems with soil moisture sensors have been deployed near fish ponds, ensuring plants receive the essential water elements efficiently. This system is powered by solar energy, making it an environmentally friendly option. Furthermore, the student (santri) consume livestock and agricultural products, demonstrating that the pesantren has a sustainable resource source, reducing daily accommodation expenses. Smart farming can also serve as a basis for educational tourism. From an economic standpoint, these practices are being developed, and further research is anticipated to enhance Pesantren's financial prospects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based e-book library application that can be accessed through a website application platform as a digital literacy activity service so that the literacy of the academic community of the Faculty of Sharia can be accommodated properly, which focuses on a collection of digital ebooks about Islamic law, so that it can mediate the excavation of knowledge about Islamic law anytime and anywhere without being hindered by space and time that focuses on  Collection of digital e-books on Islamic law. This research uses the Research Development method or also known as Research and Development (R&D), the results showed that there was an increase compared to the first validation there was an increase in the average value and criteria with a percentage value of 81%, the average score obtained was 4.05 with very good criteria compared to the initial validation which only got a percentage value of 78% of the average value obtained is 3.9

Abstract

Buying and selling is a fundamental daily activity with a long history for humans. It is a social interaction that highlights the necessity for mutual assistance. Islamic law regulates this process to address concerns such as doubts about quality due to prices below market value. This study examines the Islamic perspective on such practices. The research adopts a qualitative approach, focusing on literature review and sourcing information from various sources such as Books, E-books, E-journals, Thesis, Al-Qur'an, and Hadiths. The study findings highlight the application of sharia principles in marketing and product promotion strategies within the context of Islamic law. The Islamic law governing the purchase and sale of promotional products entails the application of sharia principles in these transactions.

Abstract

Tantangan era digital sangat beragam dan kompleks, karena data menjadi sangat penting dan berharga, tetapi keamanan dan privasinya memudar setiap detik, melalui akses ilegal, atau bahkan pencurian data Saat ini banyak institusi semakin khawatir tentang potensi dampak negatif yang menerpa para akademisi terkait penggunaan aplikasi berbasis Language Learning Model (LLM) seperti ChatGPT segingga munculnya plagiarism, plagiarisme masih merupakan bentuk pelanggaran akademik yang sering terjadi, sehingga perlu dikaji dan diteliti secara mendalam terkait perspektif hukum islam dan hukum positif, yang bermuara pada pemberian rekomendasi hukum yang mengikat terkait praktik ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam laporan penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka (library research), dalam studi ini penulis menjadikan beberapa buku, e-book, jurnal-jurnal ilmiah dan skripsi yang relevan dari sumber yang terpercaya sebagai referensi dalam penulisan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Putusan Hukum Positif menunjukkan bahwa Hukum ini mengakui hak eksklusif pencipta untuk melindungi karya mereka dan memberikan sanksi bagi siapa saja yang melanggar hak tersebut. Berdasarkan UU Hak Cipta, tindakan plagiasi dianggap sebagai pelanggaran serius yang bisa dikenakan sanksi pidana dan perdata, sedangkan putusan hukum islam terkait kejahatan kekayaan intelektual tidak dapat dihukum dengan Hadd tetapi "hukuman diskresioner," yaitu, "Ta'azir",. Laporan ini merekomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengisi kesenjangan yang belum tersentuh.
