Abstract

Pondok pesantren Muhammadiyah bercirikan mengintegrasikan pendidikan sekolah umum dengan pendidikan pesantren. Mencapai mutu pendidikan diperlukan kepemimpinan, kemampuan, kepercayaan dan kebijakan strategis mengelola lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis kepemimpinan dan kebijakan strategis terhadap mutu pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Kota Serang. Data bersumber dari observasi, wawancara dan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan strategis yang tepat diterapkan MBS Kota Serang adalah memanfaatkan khususnya strategi kekuatan dan peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan, kebijakan strategis dan mutu pendidikan progresif dari periode sebelumnya. Adanya kebijakan strategi dengan kekuatan dan peluang menunjukkan bahwa MBS Kota Serang mengambil langkah-langkah untuk penguatan strategi dengan mencarikan sumber pendanaan yang baru, meningkatkan kepercayaan kepada masyarakat dengan sosialisasi yang lebih luas, meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan dan anggaran serta meningkatkan sumber daya dan insentif yang perlu di fokuskan pada lima tahun ke depan sebagai penguatan visi dan misi pesantren. Implikasi penelitian dengan kepemimpinan dan kebijakan strategis yang tepat akan mencapai mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Electric bikes are one of those included in the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation (Permenhub) Number 45 of 2020 concerning vehicles using electric motor drives. The fist research problem in this study is to examine the role of the Jayapura City Resort Police (Polresta) in implementing Permenhub number 45 of 2020 and the awareness of the people of Jayapura City towards the use of electric bikes on the higway. In accordance with article 5 paragraph (1) of the minister of Transportation, it is explained that electric bikes are in special lanes or certain areas. The use of the electric bikes on higway can be very dangerous for users and other riders. The result of this in Permenhub number 45 of 2020, it has not been included in the regulations of the Jayapura City Police in the Satlantas section, this is why the Police have not yet given administrative sanctions reprimands against violators. The preventive efforts made by the Jayapura City Police are in the form of giving an appeal not to use electric bikes on the higway which is uploaded on social media. The second research result is that the awarenes of the law of the people of Jayapura City towards the use electric bikes is actually quite high, because they have known about this prohibition from dealers and social media, but compliance with the law is still quite low, the factor that affects this violation is the lack of availability of supporting facilities and facilities as stated in the Minister of Thansportation Regulation (Permenhub) Number 45 of 2020, and the legal status is less certain so that the legal force is less binding.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in the development of individuals and society. Meanwhile, in the context of forums, perception and communication are two things that are closely related to each other. Forums are places where individuals or groups can gather to discuss, share ideas, and exchange views on certain topics. In forums, perceptions can affect how individuals communicate, and vice versa, communication can affect individual perceptions. The use of good and adequate communication techniques in hospitality forums facilitates the exchange of ideas, experiences, and a deep understanding of the values ​​of Islamic education. Thus, this article emphasizes the importance of utilizing the role of perception and communication in Islamic boarding school friendly forums as a way to optimize the educational process, have a positive impact on personal, social and religious development, as well as contribute to the progress of society and the ummah as a whole. The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of perceived organizational support and internal communication on work engagement. In this paper, analytical research is focused on analyzing the effectiveness of perception and communication in organizing friendly forums for Islamic boarding schools in Cilegon City, Banten Province. The method in this writing uses library research or also known as the library research method, where the process of collecting and analyzing data is carried out from written sources, such as books, journals, and electronic documents. The analysis process carried out in this paper serves as a process for understanding, evaluating, and synthesizing information from written sources such as books, journals, articles, and other documents, the analysis carried out in this study uses qualitative analysis techniques, this technique is used to identify themes, concepts, and patterns in the material presented. Qualitative analysis can also help describe the author's context, point of view, and interpretation.
