Abstract

Salah satu indikator yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pada era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) adalah kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang diperoleh sebagai peserta JKN. Setiap pasien JKN berhak mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal, cepat dan setara. Penting bagi rumah sakit untuk menjaga mutu pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien JKN terhadap mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan menggunakan pedoman PRISMA. Data diperoleh dari database elektronik Google Scholar dan Garuda Ristekbrin. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah kepuasan pasien JKN di rumah sakit untuk menemukan artikel yang relevan. Hasil pencarian menemukan 3.856 artikel. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria inklusi harus dikeluarkan. Sebanyak 6 artikel yang memuat kepuasan pasien JKN terhadap pelayanan di rumah sakit telah dipilih untuk dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Artikel-artikel tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pasien JKN di rumah sakit dipengaruhi oleh dimensi mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien JKN di rumah sakit adalah tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, maka rumah sakit perlu terus melakukan perbaikan dengan meningkatkan kualitas rumah sakit

Abstract

Worship is one way to draw closer to Allah SWT. Worship has two main focuses: mahdhah worship and ghairu mahdhah worship. And one of the mahdhah worship is prayer, which in Arabic is also called "asshalatu" which means prayer. Prayer can also be called ahmad. There are two types of prayer: obligatory prayer and sunnah prayer. Because one of the sunnah prayers commonly performed by Muslims is the sunnah dhuha prayer. The sunnah dhuha prayer has the advantage of fulfilling spiritual needs, beliefs, norms, morals and can also instill discipline in students in worship. In carrying out the dhuha prayer, students will have an orderly, responsible, and orderly attitude both in worship and in their environment. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. With the subjects of the principal, teachers and students of SDIT Ummi Kota Bengkulu, using source triangulation techniques. The results of the research examined, implementing congregational dhuha prayer at school for students. This way, students become accustomed to performing the Dhuha prayer according to the school's schedule. The school expects children to be disciplined, obedient, and responsible toward their religion and their environment.

Abstract

An elevator is a vertical transportation device used to transport people or goods. Elevators are box-shaped and are generally used in high-rise buildings, usually more than three or four floors. Elevator specifications are determined by its capacity, speed, and carrying capacity. Elevator selection is based on the use of elevators in buildings with traffic, commuting time, peak time and waiting time in terms of capacity (handling capacity), elevator speed. Adequate quantity of vertical transportation is an important factor, because it will affect the quality of service in a building, so maintenance management is needed that can manage elevator performance. The first step in analyzing component repairs is to use direct observation methods, namely primary and secondary data collection, data processing is carried out to extend the service life of Otis elevators, covering the working principles of Otis elevators, knowing the causes of Otis elevator damage, determining the Otis elevator maintenance schedule and knowing how to properly maintain Otis elevators and how to minimize damage that occurs
