Abstract

The Poso conflict, which occurred from the late 1990s to the early 2000s, had a significant social impact on the local community. This study aims to explore the social integration process that took place post-conflict in Poso, Central Sulawesi, focusing on the social harmony created within the plural society. A qualitative approach was used to delve into the experiences, views, and social practices of people from different ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds in their efforts to rebuild communal life. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with various parties, including community leaders, religious leaders, and ordinary citizens who directly experienced the conflict and reconciliation process. The findings show that post-conflict social harmony in Poso was achieved through several key steps, including inter-community dialogue, joint activities involving various community groups, and the active role of religious leaders and local leaders in promoting peace. Additionally, support from the government and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the form of rehabilitation and reconciliation programs strengthened social integration efforts. This study found that although there were challenges in the reconciliation process, such as distrust and past trauma, consistent efforts to build communication and cooperation between groups successfully created a more harmonious environment. This study provides important insights into the significance of participatory and inclusive approaches in addressing social conflicts and building sustainable integration in plural societies. In conclusion, social harmony in Poso can serve as a model for other regions experiencing similar conflicts, emphasizing the importance of dialogue, cooperation, and the active role of all parties in achieving sustainable peace.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of administrative law in enhancing cybersecurity in Indonesia, evaluates data protection policies within this context, and identifies challenges and opportunities in implementing cy-bersecurity in the Society 5.0 era. Utilizing the Literature Review method, this research integrates results from various studies to provide a robust quantitative estimate of the effects of exist-ing regulations. The data derives from primary and secondary literature, including books, journals, and scientific research. Findings indicate that despite existing regulations, the implementation and enforcement remain inadequate, as evidenced by frequent data breaches across various sec-tors. This research significantly contributes to the literature on the rela-tionship between administrative law and cybersecurity, as well as per-sonal data protection in the digital era. However, this study's limitations include its reliance on existing literature, with limited attention to the technical aspects of cybersecurity. Future research should combine technical and policy approaches to develop more comprehensive cyber-security solutions.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a social agent in shaping interactions, values, and the social identity construction of learners within digital education. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 38 peer-reviewed articles published between 2022 and 2025, this research identifies the conceptual, theoretical, and methodological patterns employed in previous studies. The findings reveal that AI functions not only as a pedagogical tool but also as a social entity that reshapes learning structures and creates new educational habitus. AI-mediated learning fosters digital self-reflection and autonomy but also generates system dependency and shifts traditional social values within education. This study contributes to the field of sociology of education by positioning AI as a social factor mediating the relationship between humans and technology. The findings highlight the necessity of reflective, ethical, and context-aware approaches when integrating AI into future educational systems.
