Abstract

Setiap penyelenggara pelayanan publik dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang mudah dan berkualitas bagi masyarakat salah satunya dalam pelayanan pengujian kendaraan bermotor. Oleh karena itu, Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pasuruan sebagai salah satu dinas yang menerapkan layanan e-kir dalam pengujian kendaraan bermotor. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat agar proses pelayanan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Namun pada pelaksanaanya terdapat beberapa fenomena masalah yang ditemukan yakni masih banyaknya pemohon uji yang melakukan pendaftaran secara manual atau konvensional dan juga pemohon uji yang masih menggunakan jasa calo sebagai akibat dai kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat akan adanya serta tata cara penggunaan aplikasi e-kir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pelayanan e-kir dalam pengujian kendaraan bermotor di dinas perhubungan kabupaten pasuruan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori efektivitas dari Gibson dan Steers yang meliputi 5 Indikator : Produksi/Produktivitas, Mutu/Kualitas, Efisiensi, Flaksibilitas, dan Kepuasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk indikator produktivitas, mutu/kualitas, dan fleksibilitas belum sepenuhnya efektif karena ada yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi agar lebih optimal. Sedangkan indikator efisiensi dan kepuasan sudah berjalan dengan efektif.

Abstract

Learning innovation is one of the main keys in improving the quality of education in the digital era. This research aims to examine the utilization of Merdeka Mengajar platform by teachers as an innovative effort in the learning process in the classroom. This platform is designed to give teachers the freedom to design and implement learning that is more creative, adaptive, and in accordance with student needs. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes how the role of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform can assist teachers in supporting the implementation of the independent curriculum and find out how teachers use the features in the platform to create a more interactive and student-centered learning atmosphere. The results show that Merdeka Mengajar Platform helps teachers design more varied learning methods, provide wider access to materials, and increase student involvement in the learning process. In addition, this platform also supports collaboration between teachers and the continuous development of teacher professionalism. Thus, the use of Merdeka Mengajar has the potential to be an innovative solution in overcoming learning challenges in the digital era, especially in the context of independent and comprehensive learning.

Abstract

Advances in science and technology are faced with a number of challenges, one of which is preserving the environment which is faced with the use of synthetic materials. Synthetic materials are basically materials that cannot be decomposed naturally and pollute the environment. Therefore, a number of research and developments have been carried out in utilizing more environmentally friendly materials through the manufacture of biocomposites. However, the use of biocomposites has not been able to replace the use of synthetic materials as a whole, due to the weak bonding of the fiber-matrix interface (adhesion between fiber and matrix) in biocomposites. One effort that can be made to increase fiber-matrix interfacial bonding in biocomposites is through modification of natural fibers using NaOH. A number of studies have been carried out using NaOH to modify the fiber-matrix surface. The results obtained through a number of studies state that each natural fiber has a different response to NaOH concentration, so that each natural fiber requires a certain concentration to increase the bond between the fiber-matrix interface in biocomposites.
