Abstract

This study aims to determine the Subdistrict Supervision Function in Improving Employee Work Discipline at the Toribulu Subdistrict Office, Parigi Moutong Regency. This study used a method with descriptive qualitative data. The research location is located at the Toribulu District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency. The data obtained in this study are from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the Subdistrict Supervision Function in Improving Employee Work Discipline at the Toribulu Subdistrict Office, Parigi Moutong Regency has not been maximized. among others: From the aspect of thickening the sense of employee responsibility, it has not been maximally seen, this is because there are some employees who neglect their duties and responsibilities as employees where they should be in the place when working hours take place the opposite happens. Educating Employees has not been fully implemented because there are still some employees who do not understand their duties and functions. Preventing Distortion, not implemented properly, this is because in every activity involving the sub-district, the sub-district itself does not participate in supervising the course of activities. Correcting Mistakes and Misappropriations, does not work as it should because there are still some employees who make irregularities and mistakes including errors in work, and also errors in time discipline.

Abstract

Fahry Aprial Mahmud, STAMBUK : B 101 22 008, This thesis describes the results of research on the Implementation of the Policy of the Minister of Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform concerning Guidelines for Position Analysis and Workload Analysis at the Cultural Office of Central Sulawesi Province. guided by Nuraisyah and Suasa This study aims to determine how the Implementation of the Policy of the Minister of Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform concerning Guidelines for Position Analysis and Workload Analysis at the Cultural Office of Central Sulawesi Province. In this study researchers used the theory of Edward III (2005: 126) which consists of criteria for Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation, and interview methods. The determination and number of informants in this study used purposive sampling techniques, namely the parties who Considered to know in depth various things regarding research problems totaling 5 (five) people. While data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing / verification. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there are several problems that need special attention, namely there are still discrepancies in the placement of civil servants based on the results of position analysis and workload analysis that have been prepared by regional officials, besides that the number of civil servants in the Cultural Office is very small so that the arrangement and planning carried out are not effective and efficient.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of lecturers in the basic laboratory integrated service unit in academic services at tadulako University Palu. The results of the research show that the performance of lecturers at the basic laboratory integrated service unit in academic services at tadulako University Palu has not run optimally, this is because of the 4 aspects studied, there are 3 aspects that have not worked well, namely aspects of effectiveness, responsibility and discipline and only 1 the aspect that works well is the initiative aspect. The research suggestion is that to improve the performance of basic laboratoty lecturers, it is necessary to build a performance concept to improve the quality of academic services at tadulako University Palu, especially at the basic laboratory integrated service unit adjusted to the organization and governance that apply in the basic laboratory integrated service unit. To improve the quality of lecturer performance at the basic laboratory integrated service unit at Tadulako University Palu, the fooowing steps must be taken: it is necessary to create a workshop on the academic service system which is attended by basic laboratory lecturers at tadulako University Palu, it is necessary to give academic sanctions to lecturers who are in effective in their work, such as is no longer scheduled for the next semester after previously being evaluated as irresponsible in carrying out academic services, it is necessary to review the amount and time of honorarium payments that apply in the basic laboratory integrated servive unit Tadulako University Palu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of Public Services in the Inpatient of Undata Palu Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province, a type of research using descriptive research. Meanwhile, the basis of the research is qualitative. This study used 5 (five) informants, including 1 (one) doctor, 2 (two) health workers, and 2 (two) public (patients). This research uses the theory of Agus Dwiyanto, which is based on 5 (five) indicators, namely, Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability. This research is carried out with 3 (Three) data collection techniques, namely, observational literature studies, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research obtained by the author, the author draws the conclusion that the level of performance of Inpatient Public Services at Undata Palu Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province is quite good, judging from the level of Productivity, Responsibility, and Accountability which is quite good, while judging from the Responsiveness and Service Quality are still lacking or not good enough.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan pencatatan nikah di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Palu Barat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian Deskriptif dan dasar penelitian kualitatif.Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi Kepustakaan dan studi lapangan melalui observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi.Jenis data terdiri data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teori yang digunakan dari Zeithaml, Parasuraman dan Berry, (1990) dalam Ratminto dan Winarsih (2005) bahwa ada lima aspek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bukti langsung, Kehandalan,Daya Tanggap,Jaminan dan Kepedulian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelayanan Pencatatan Nikah Di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Palu Barat. belum sepenuhnya terlaksanakan dengan baik. Dimensi pokok pelayanan di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Palu Barat seperti Bukti langsung, Kehandalan, Daya tanggap, jaminan dan kepedulian sudah dilaksanakan.akan tetapi, dari Bukti Langsung dan Reability Di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Palu Barat belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal.Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kurangnya fasilitas dan prasarana di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA), kurangnya fasilitas dan prasarana berupa kursi,mesin printer dan komputer sehingga memperlambat kinerja pegawai dalam melakukan pelayanan pencatatan nikah Di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Palu Barat, Kemudian dari segi keandalan (reliability) masi adanya kendala pada saat melakukan pendaftaran administrasi masi terdapat ketidaksinkronan dokumen identitas diri calon pengantin dan masi terdapat beberapa pegawai yang belum paham dalam mengoprasikan fasilitas berupa komputer sehingga menjadi kendala bagi para calon pengantin dalam melakukan proses pendaftaran.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how archival manangement is in the Tampiala village office. The basics of this research is observation and this type of research was conducted at the Tampiala village office South Dampal sub-district Tolitoli district, which examines archival management. In terms of implementation, each person in charge has an important specific task. So that complete supporting facilities are needed in carrying out their duties and obligations. To increase the sense of respontibility in completing tasks and work and the trust given. In this study reseaerches involved 5 (five) informants namely the Tampiala village head, Tampiala village Secretary, planning section, welfare sections, and government section. In conducting research, the author uses the theory of sularso mulyono which refers to 3 (three) aspects namely receiving letters, storing or placing archives, and finding back archives. Based on the results of the research obtained, it can be cocluded that arcival management at the Tampiala Village Office South Dampal district Tolitoli Regency in the aspect of receiving letters has been running well, but three are several aspect that need to be addresed, such as in the aspects of archive storage or placement and archive retreval that need to be addresed, including storage because the facilities and infrastructure are not sufficient, for example, sufficient cabinets, so there are several archives on the table, to use boxes to store archives.And the retreval of archives has not been running effectively where there are no experts in managing in the field of archives, so it needs to be understood that the management of archives at the Tampiala village office south Dampal District tolitoli regency requires a long time and delays in finding archives.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the extent of the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling Creative Field Traders at the Manonda Inpres Market, Palu City. The basis of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data and material collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with 8 informants. The location of this research is at the Civil Service Police Unit Office and Manonda Inpres Market, Palu City. This research uses Sutarto's theory which includes: (1) Role Conceptions, (2) Role Expectations, (3) Role Implementation. The data analysis used in this research is Miles, Huberman and Saldana, including data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling Creative Field Traders at the Manonda Inpres Market, Palu City has not been fully implemented well, which can be seen from 1 aspect that is implemented well and 2 aspects that are not implemented well starting from the Civil Service Police Unit have carried out control of the Creative Field Traders in accordance with the concept they prepared to carry out the control. It is the hope of the Civil Service Police Unit that Creative Field Traders comply with the applicable rules and regulations. The implementation of control is not yet running optimally because there are Creative Field Traders who are still violating existing rules and this has resulted in the expectations and implementation of control by the Civil Service Police Unit not going well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at Kaleke Health Center located in Kaleke Village, West Dolo District. The data collected includes primary and secondary data. Data collection methods involve library research, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. To complete the data in this study, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents with a total population of 2508 individuals. This research uses the Service Quality Theory by Parasuraman, Zeithhaml, and Berry (2011), and Patient Satisfaction from Boy S. Sabarguna (2008). The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the research results, it is shown that the service quality variable has a positive effect on patient satisfaction at Kaleke Health Center in Kaleke Village, West Dolo District, as indicated by the F value being greater than the F table, with an F value of 116.817 and an R value of 0.737, which is in the interval indicating a "strong" influence. This means that if the quality of service changes, patient satisfaction will also experience a strong change.

Abstract

Public service is the provision of services or serving the needs of people or communities and organizations that have an interest in the organization, in accordance with the basic rules and procedures determined and aimed at providing satisfaction to service recipients. This study aims to find out the extent of health services at the Pendau Tambu Regional General Hospital, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with the Field Research method with a total of 5 informants. The data used consisted of secondary data obtained from Pendau Tambu Hospital, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency, as well as primary data obtained through direct observation and direct interviews with informants. Data analysis is carried out by data collection, data condensation, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that services at Pendau Tambu Hospital, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency still encounter various obstacles. Starting with the encounter of problems in the Tangibles aspect , namely from the location of the hospital to the neatness of the employees in providing services, all of them experienced obstacles and were not optimal, and also the Realism aspect was still not optimal and encountered problems in the hospital, in the Responsiveness aspect it was quite satisfactory, while the Assurance aspectencountered a problem, namely that there was unclear information from the hospital to the patient, but for the education they had and the friendly nature had been maximized by the staff so that it could cause a feeling of security, and for Emphaty it was maximum. Therefore, this study suggests the need for a thorough evaluation and improvement from the Regional Government to the hospital, and the hospital needs innovation to improve the services of Pendau Tambu Hospital, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the "Public Relations Strategy of PMI Banggai Regency in Increasing Public Awareness for Voluntary Blood Donation". The research is descriptive in nature, with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation to gather primary and secondary data, which are analyzed using SWOT analysis. This study uses Kotten's theory as cited in Salusu (2006; 104-105), Corporate Strategy, Program Strategy, Resource Support Strategy, and Institutional Strategy). The study involves 10 informants. The results of the study indicate that the public relations strategy implemented by PMI Banggai Regency has successfully increased public awareness, especially through collaboration with various stakeholders and social media. However, challenges remain, particularly among the younger generation. To further enhance awareness, corporate development strategy should be the main focus. Strengthening collaborations with government agencies, the private sector, educational institutions, and expanding networks to the village level can help reach a broader population. Additionally, innovation in educational approaches is necessary to attract attention and deepen the community's understanding of the importance of voluntary blood donation.
