Abstract

Forest and land fires in Riau are natural disasters that always repeat every time they enter the dry season. The solution of this research is to apply the leading technology of cloud computing internet of things (CC-IoT) to find out more quickly the existence of forest or land fires. This study uses Particle Argon (Photon) to connect to the internet and several IR Fire Detector sensors, DHT22 MQ2 and GPS Neo 6m. Particle Argon can receive input and perform processing so that it is connected using the CC-IoT concept to a web server so the users can monitor land conditions in real time. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that a fire detector using fire parameters (2000 = Normal and 2000 = Danger) , temperature (≤37 = Normal, 38 – 45 = Alert, and 46 = Danger), humidity (≤50 = Dry, 51 = Humid) , smoke (≤ 1700 = Normal, 1700 = Danger), and soil moisture can work well ( 3500 = Dry Moisture Content, 1500 to 3500 = Medium Moisture Content, and 1500 = High Moisture Content). The fire detection tool developed can detect fires in real time and also has a fire early detection function that is useful for anticipating land conditions to prevent fires. The results obtained from the test are that the sensor can read indications of fire, smoke, soil moisture with a success rate of 93% and send location data and sensor values to the website. The use of sensors has their respective roles so that if there is a problem with one of the sensors, the tool has an alternative sensor and can continue to function.

Abstract

Film Ice Cold : Murder, Coffee, and Jessica Wongso akhir-akhir ini menjadi isu yang kontroversial di tengah masyrakat. Satu sisi menilai terdapat kejanggalan yang luar biasa yang harus di ungkap dalam kasus pembunuhan Wayang Mirna Salihin dengan kopi sianida hingga fil ini daat dijadikan petunjuk. Pada sisi lain, sebagaian masyrakat menilai film ini berpihak, menggiring opini publik, dan sebagai alat komersialisasi oleh pihak Netfflix. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dua perspektif yang kontroversial di atas. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitiatf dengan pendekata deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari kutipan fil, sinopsis, buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan website yang kredibel. Data-data yang diukumpulkan dinalaissi dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, seleksi data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan 1.) The film Ice Cold: Murder, Coffee, and Jessica Wongso can indirectly strengthen Jessica Wongso's side in filing for extraordinary legal action/judicial review which will then be constructed by constructing an argument as if the application for reconsideration this time is based on public unrest and complaints. 2.) The film Ice Cold: Murder, Coffee, and Jessica Wongso has the potential to become a commercialization tool because the film is paid, viral, and has cheap production costs compared to action films, horror films, and so on. 3.) Researchers agree with singer and actor Brissia Jodie that Netflix should make a part two film with a more balanced storyline on both sides.

Abstract

The ASN Bill which was just passed by the DPR last month presents the concept of a new salary scheme for PPPK. Initially PPK and PNS had slightly different salary schemes, especially regarding pension guarantees which PPPK did not have. The presence of the newly passed ASN Law does not recognize the difference between PPK and PNS salaries. Therefore, this research aims to describe the differences in salary schemes that exist in the old and new ASN Laws. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used in this research is secondary data using a library approach collected using data collection methods, data selection, data reduction and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi dampak kebijakan KPID Riau terhadap kreativitas dalam produksi siaran lokal, serta mengkaji tantangan dan peluang dalam menyeimbangkan regulasi dan inovasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan dan laporan tahunan. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik dengan teknik triangulasi data untuk menjaga validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi KPID Riau berhasil menjaga standar etika dan melindungi nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Namun, regulasi yang ketat juga dinilai membatasi ruang inovasi lembaga penyiaran, mengakibatkan berkurangnya variasi program. Beberapa stasiun penyiaran yang mendapat ruang lebih fleksibel terbukti mampu meningkatkan daya tarik konten dan apresiasi publik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan kebijakan yang lebih adaptif dan kolaboratif, melibatkan pelaku media dan akademisi dalam proses perumusan kebijakan. Dengan kebijakan yang responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan masyarakat, penyiaran lokal di Riau diharapkan mampu tetap inovatif tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai budaya sebagai fondasi utama siaran publik.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance digital literacy and equip Karang Taruna administrators with adequate digital literacy, information verification skills, and the ability to utilize data science technology to prevent the spread of hoaxes, particularly those based on deepfake technology. The main problems faced by the partner include the low level of education, limited understanding of digital literacy, and lack of skills in using fake information detection technology. The methods applied consist of designing a data science-based hoax detection system (Verifia.ID), providing supporting infrastructure, conducting digital literacy outreach, training on system usage, and evaluating program effectiveness. The results show an increase in participants’ understanding of deepfake hoaxes, improved skills in information verification, and the ability to independently operate the hoax detection application. Thus, this program not only provides solutions to low digital literacy but also supports the creation of a healthier, more critical, and sustainable information ecosystem in rural communities.
