Abstract

Good management of facilities and infrastructure is an effort to improve the quality of learning through planning, organizing, managing and evaluating to support teachers in planning learning, the learning process and evaluating student learning outcomes to achieve quality learning goals. This research aims to describe the problems of managing facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning. This research methodology uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the informants are the head of the Madrasah Nurul Fatah Tsanawiyah and the Teacher Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Fatah. Data collection techniques interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of technical triangulation data. The research results show that adequate facilities and infrastructure need to be improved for the smooth running of education and improvement of the quality of learning. Thus, it can be concluded that at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Fatah there is still a need for good management of facilities and infrastructure to minimize the ineffectiveness of both intra curricular and extracurricular learning activities. To improve the quality of learning, it is very necessary to carry out good management of facilities and infrastructure because this is the key to success in education work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam saat ini dilakukan di SMPN 12 Rejang Lebong, mengidentifikasi berbagai masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam pembelajaran serta mengevaluasi upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang muncul dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai keislaman pada pembelajaran agama Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk memahami secara mendalam proses pembelajaran agama Islam dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para guru dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai keislaman di SMP N 12 Rejang Lebong. Untuk mengumpulkan data, digunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Selain itu, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif Miles and Huberman yang meliputi tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan yaitu: (1) Proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam sudah dimulai secara normal, namun pada era covid 19 terdapat pengurangan jam pembelajaran yang mempengaruhi implementasi materi. (2) Berbagai masalah dihadapi oleh guru, seperti kurangnya efektivitas pembelajaran, keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran, dan kekurangan sarana yang memadai untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang efektif. (3) Para guru telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Upaya tersebut meliputi evaluasi pembelajaran secara berkala, menerapkan kegiatan dzuhur berjamaah, mengadakan kegiatan dhuha bersama, mengadakan kegiatan imtaq di hari Jum'at, dan mengorganisir kegiatan pesantren kilat selama bulan suci Ramadan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of Madrasah Heads and Supervising Teachers in Optimizing Extracurricular Activities at MTs Baitul Makmur. has quite complex problems, one of the causes is that the movement of extracurricular activities is not optimal enough due to a lack of coordination between the Head of the Madrasah, the guidance teacher, and the students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baitul Makmur. This research describes the management of Madrasah Heads and Supervising Teachers in Optimizing Extracurricular Activities at MTs Baitul Makmur which includes Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. This research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, as well as a type of sociological research using a field survey method. The informants involved in this research were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, mandatory extracurricular supervisor and selected extracurricular supervisor at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baitul Makmur. The research results show that 1. Madrasah Head Management in Optimizing Extracurricular Activities at MTs Baitul Makmur, namely developing existing systems starting from Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. 2. Management of Supervising Teachers in Optimizing Extracurricular Activities at MTs Baitul Makmur is quite good starting from Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. 3. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors in Optimizing Extracurricular Activities at MTs Baitul Makmur, supporting factors such as appreciation for winners of extracurricular activity competitions, inhibiting factors are things that hinder such as the regeneration of extracurricular members at MTs Baitul Makmur
