Abstract

This research aims to see how Malaysian Malay identity politics and multiculturalism appear in the film "Upin & Ipin".  The method uses a qualitative approach with content analysis as the main method. Data was obtained through in-depth observation of the narrative, characters and cultural symbols that appear in the film. The results of the research show that Malaysian Malay identity politics in the film Upin-ipin are Malay language, Malay culture, Islam, Malaysian Malay genealogy. Multiculturalism in the film Upin and Ipin is a combination of Malaysian Malay culture, Indian culture, Chinese culture, Indonesian culture. Malaysian Malay identity politics and multiculturalism exist in educational institutions in Malaysia which introduce the values ​​of tolerance and respect for cultural diversity. This film successfully promotes a message of unity and harmony through positive representations of the various Malaysian Malay ethnic identities and other ethnic cultures, such as Malays, Chinese and Indians, who live side by side in Malaysia.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang suata penerapan sistem manajemen kinerja dalam konteks Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Tanjungpinang. Dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan responsibilitas operasional mereka, dinas tersebut telah mengadopsi sistem manajemen kinerja yang terstruktur. Artikel ini membahas langkah-langkah yang diambil oleh Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Tanjungpinang untuk mengimplementasikan sistem ini, termasuk perencanaan, pengukuran, pemantauan, dan peningkatan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor tersebut pendukung dan penghambat yang memengaruhi kinerja DAMKAR dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Pemerintah Kota Tanjungpinang dapat menggunakan temuan ini untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja DAMKAR dan memberikan perlindungan yang lebih baik terhadap masyarakat dan aset daerah dari risiko kebakaran dan keadaan darurat lainnya. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana sistem manajemen kinerja dapat diterapkan secara efektif dalam konteks layanan pemadam kebakaran dan bagaimana hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan efektivitas operasional serta keselamatan masyarakat.

Abstract

The relevance of Albert Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory to Islamic Education, namely the theory that explains modeling/modeling discovered by Albert Bandura with the theory contained in Islam, namely Uswatun Hasanah, these two theories explain the formation of a person's personality based on modeling or imitation carried out by other people. , a person imitates the behavior of another person whose behavior becomes his own. Modeling is social learning that a person obtains from their environment and cognition. For example: students use their teachers as role models both in terms of cognitive and behavioral aspects. Students tend to imitate and model whatever they observe from their teachers. Therefore, teachers should be examples and role models for their students, teachers must have a good personality as reflected in teacher competence, namely teachers must have a person with noble character. The noble morals that a teacher must have are reflected in the mandatory characteristics of the Prophet, namely the characteristics of Siddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, and Tabligh. These are the qualities that teachers must have in order to create knowledge and good morals for their students. Modeling is a theory that can create quality students and develop adequate human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools, with a focus on identifying children with special needs and understanding the role of teachers in overcoming challenges. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and school principals, classroom observations, and policy document analysis. The findings reveal the diverse types of children with special needs, including Intellectual Disabilities, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), Slow Learners, and Specific Learning Difficulties, and the strategies employed by teachers to address their unique needs. The study highlights the importance of teacher training, adequate facilities, and school management policies in supporting inclusive education. In conclusion, inclusive education requires a collaborative effort among teachers, parents, and school management to create an environment that accommodates the needs of all students, particularly those with special needs, to ensure equal learning opportunities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di sekolah dasar, dengan fokus pada identifikasi anak berkebutuhan khusus dan pemahaman peran guru dalam mengatasi tantangan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan kepala sekolah, observasi kelas, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beragam jenis anak berkebutuhan khusus, termasuk Tunagrahita, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), Slow Learners, dan Hambatan Kesulitan Belajar Spesifik, serta strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan guru, fasilitas yang memadai, dan kebijakan manajemen sekolah dalam mendukung pendidikan inklusif. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan inklusif memerlukan kerja sama antara guru, orang tua, dan manajemen sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan semua siswa, terutama mereka yang berkebutuhan khusus, guna memastikan kesempatan belajar yang setara.

Abstract

Abstract: The P5-P2RA project is a flagship program of the independent curriculum. One of the themes of the P5-P2RA project is the theme of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is important to instill in students because students play an important role in social change in a developing society. This research aims to analyze how implementing P5-P2RA is an effort to shape students' entrepreneurial spirit in class 5A MIN 1 Surabaya City. The method used is a case study, with data collection techniques through documentation, observation, and interviews. The research results show that the implementation of P5-P2RA can significantly foster students' entrepreneurial spirit. Apart from that, it can also foster an attitude of responsibility, optimism, and independence in students. Keyword: Independent Curriculum, P5-P2RA, Entrepreneurial Spirit Abstrak: Proyek P5-P2RA merupakan program unggulan dari kurikulum merdeka. Salah satu tema dari proyek P5-P2RA ini adalah tema kewirausahaan. Kewirausahaan dirasa penting untuk ditanamkan pada diri peserta didik karena peserta didik berperan penting dalam perubahan sosial di tengah masyarakat yang sedang berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi P5-P2RA sebagai upaya dalam membentuk jiwa wirausaha peserta didik di kelas 5A MIN 1 Kota Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi P5P2RA secara signifikan mampu menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha peserta didik. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know Catch distribution pattern in TPI Panteraja and its marketing margin. This research method uses survey method in the field which is direct data collection to respondents. The technique of collecting resource persons uses survey and interview method with Snowball technique. Survey and interview using Snowball technique. The type of data collected is primary data. The result of this research in TPI Panteraja has two distribution patterns. Distribution pattern. Pattern 1 consists of fishermen, collecting traders, juragan, consumers. While Pattern 2 consists of fishermen, bench toke, Medan. And the highest marketing margin in pattern 1 at toke bench is found in anchovies with the highest marketing margin in pattern 2. The highest margin in pattern 1 at toke bench is found in anchovies with a margin value of 29.375 and the highest margin in pattern 1 at muge is found in anchovies. The highest margin in pattern 1 in muge is in the type of belaling fish with a margin value of 12,000. While the highest marketing margin in pattern 2 at the toke bench is in the anchovy type with a margin value of 55,000. anchovy with a margin value of 55,750, and the lowest in the type of anchovy with a margin value of 3,000. The highest marketing margin in pattern 2 on the toke bench is found in the type of fish petek fish with a margin value of 3,000.

Abstract

Introduction: Paneki River has the potential for sedimentation caused by flow discharge. The condition of the river is getting wider every day which will threaten the risk of flooding if there is heavy rain with high intensity. The purpose of this study is to determine the return time flood discharge and basic sediment transport discharge in the Paneki river which can be used as a reference in planning sediment control buildings. Method: This research method includes primary data collection and secondary data collection, data management including calculating width, slope, design rainfall, design flood discharge, sieve analysis, and specific gravity. Then proceed to calculate the return time flood discharge using the Nakayasu synthetic unit hydrograph method and basic sediment transport using the Meyer-Peter and Muller method. Results and Discussion: From this research, the result of the 2-year return time flood discharge is 121.306 m3/det, for 5-year return time flood discharge is 185.069 m3 /det, for 10-year return time flood discharge is 209.261 m3 /det, for 25-year return time flood discharge is 312.359 m3 /det, and for 50-year return time flood discharge is 373.566 m3 /det. The results of basic sediment transport discharge per cross-section ranged from 0.0000861 m3 /det to 0.005641775 m3 /det. Conclusion: The study shows that sedimentation is influenced by flow discharge. The results of the calculation of flow discharge (Q) and bottom sediment transport (Qs) in Paneki River using the Meyer-Peter and Muller method resulted in Qs varying from 0.0000861 m³/det to 0.016551197 m³/det, according to the measured flow discharge. The greater the flow discharge, the greater the sediment transport, indicating a direct relationship between flow discharge and sedimentation.
