Abstract

Humas dan Protokol Surakata adalah salah satu instansi dinas yang bertugas menangani secara langsung semua kebutuhan yang terkait dengan agenda Walikota. Tugas-tugas yang dilakukan oleh Humas dan Protokol Surakarta sangat kompleks, sehingga membutuhkan pegawai yang mumpuni untuk melakukan tugas-tugas tersebut. Proses rekrutmen calon pegawai di Humas dan Protokol Surakarta masih berjalan secara manual karena penyeleksi hanya menilai sejumlah hal dari hasil wawancara, dan didukung dengan data pribadi seperti curriculum vitae (CV) dan transkrip nilai. Namun dalam proses seleksi itu butuh waktu lama karena perhitungan seleksi secara manual. Selain itu, proses pencarian data masih lama dan file penilaian juga berisiko hilang, rusak, atau bahkan dimanipulasi karena semua orang dapat mengakses data. Oleh karena itu, peneliti membangun sistem pendukung keputusan yang berguna untuk membantu Humas dan Protokol Surakarta untuk menyimpan data yang terkomputerisasi, dan membantu memilih calon pegawai.Hasil dari penelitian ialah implementasi sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis website menggunakan metode AHP. Hasil penilaian dari proses perhitungan AHP berupa urutan ranking dari hasil perbandingan alternatif. Setiap Pelamar yang dibandingkan adalah Pelamar yang sebelumnya lolos seleksi tahap awal atau yang memiliki nilai tertinggi sesuai standar yang ditentukan. Sedangkan dalam pembangunannya, menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall yang terdiri dari planning, analysis, design, code, test, dan deployment.

Abstract

Despite the declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic's end, the effects of some cases persist in the new normal era of 2023. Several cases indicate a decline in the learning motivation of students and university students, which significantly affects aspects of understanding, creativity, productivity, and learning outcomes. University students transition from learners who, during their high school years, spent more time studying online without directly interacting with peers or teachers. One of the causes of university student dropouts is internal issues due to students' inability to adapt to the university environment. The purpose of this research is to compile cases frequently experienced by university students that cause stress and lead to the decision to discontinue their studies. This is done to find solutions and prevent similar incidents from recurring. The implementation of e-counselling helps provide solutions in the form of action recommendations on how to address student issues. We conducted the research in several stages, including data collection, literature review, modelling, model evaluation, and prototype building and testing. We obtained the solution to the collected cases from the counsellor through a focus group discussion (FGD). This research employs case-based reasoning, utilizing four reasoning processes: retrieve, reuse, revise, and retain. We chose the modified weighted average similarity function to measure the case's similarity value with the cases in the case base. Through the case-based e-counselling system, the calculation results reveal the similarity between the new case and the old cases, recommending actions that counsellors have validated as valid solutions.

Abstract

Toddlers have certain characteristics and needs that require growth monitoring. Toddlers will experience a period called the "Golden age" which is a period of experiencing a golden period in early life. What needs to be considered during the Golden Age of Toddlers is the record of weight, height, and head circumference of the child at each visit, then the results are recorded using the Healthy Menu Card. Collaboration between Artificial Intelligence and IoT can provide innovative and effective solutions, these two fields of science can be collaborated with IoT Sensors for measuring weight and height, data collection and storage, AI systems for data analysis, providing recommendations, notification systems and monitoring. The method used to complete this research is a literature study and data collection to find reference materials, design technology concepts, development preparation, hardware assembly, Arduino IDE coding, uploading coding to hardware, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) coding, uploading PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) Code to hosting, coding .Apk (Android Package), technology trials. This application is available on two platforms, namely web-based and Android. Everyone can weigh, but to record data to the system, users must register to get an account and QR code. QR code is used to transfer weight and height data into the system, and the account allows the user to view all weighing data and history. The system also displays a graph containing height, weight, and upper and lower limits of ideal weight.

Abstract

Perancangan sistem dapat menjadi salah satu contoh penggunaan internet untuk pengolahan informasi. Perancangan suatu media sistem informasi berbasis web tentang suatu objek dapat digunakan untuk memperkenalkan objek tersebut kepada masyarakat atau hanya untuk mempermudah pekerjaan. Salah satu pemanfaatannya adalah di sektor pemesanan e-tiket online karena perkembangan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan di sektor pariwisata. Pemesanan e-ticket online bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pengunjung kolam renang dalam melakukan pemesanan tiket, selain itu memudahkan pengelola untuk laporan penjualan dan laporan pengunjung. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengunjung dapat melakukan pemesanan tiket melalui website dan dapat mengetahui informasi seputar kolam renang dan memudahkan laporan penjualan tiket dan laporan pengunjung untuk pengelola. Dalam permasalahan tersebut penulis memunculkan ide inovasi sistem informasi berbasis web sebagai media publikasi suatu objek dan pemermudah suatu pekerjaan, maka penulis mengajukan judul yaitu Implementasi Sistem Informasi Pemesanan E-Tiket Online Embun Pagi Swimming Pool.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk beradaptasi dalam pengelolaan data secara efektif dan efisien. Lembaga Pendidikan Solocom Surakarta, sebagai institusi yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan serta mengelola data mahasiswa yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dan terpisah antar bagian. Permasalahan tersebut menimbulkan resiko kehilangan data, redundansi informasi, serta keterlambatan dalam proses administrasi dan pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi web berbasis framework CodeIgniter 3 yang dapat digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan dan memanajemen data mahasiswa secara terpusat dan terstruktur. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah pendekatan waterfall, dimulai dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, hingga pengujian. Aplikasi ini mencakup fitur manajemen data mahasiswa, pelatihan, absensi, sertifikasi, serta laporan-laporan pendukung administrasi lainnya. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi web ini mampu menyederhanakan proses pencatatan data, mempercepat akses informasi, dan meningkatkan akurasi dalam proses administrasi mahasiswa. Dengan adanya sistem ini, Lembaga Pendidikan Solocom Surakarta dapat melakukan pengelolaan data secara digital, efektif, dan berkelanjutan. Aplikasi ini juga dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan sistem informasi pendidikan yang lebih kompleks di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to design an intelligent chatbot system integrated with voice recognition features to assist users in efficiently and interactively analyzing the content of PDF documents. The background of this system development stems from the difficulties many users face in understanding and extracting information from complex and lengthy digital documents. Adopting a Research and Development (R&D) approach based on the ADDIE model, this study develops a system prototype that allows users to issue commands via voice or text, and then receive responses in the form of summaries, specific answers, or information retrieval from PDF files. Although still in the design stage, this study has identified key components such as the voice recognition module, natural language processing (NLP), and PDF parser. The system evaluation plan involves testing accuracy, response relevance, and user comfort through limited simulations. Planning results indicate that the system holds significant potential in supporting educational, research, and administrative activities, although it still faces technical challenges such as voice accent variations and complex document structures. With further development that considers efficiency and sustainability, this system is expected to become a smart solution for digital document management.

Abstract

The increasing volume of academic documents in PDF format presents challenges for students, lecturers, and academic staff in quickly accessing specific information. This study proposes the design and development of an intelligent chatbot system that facilitates semantic analysis of academic PDF documents at Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta. The system integrates Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and a Large Language Model (LLM), specifically GPT-4, using the Langchain framework to interpret user queries and deliver context-aware responses. The Research and Development (R&D) methodology was applied using a 4D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. A prototype was developed with capabilities such as extracting content, summarizing sections, and answering user queries based on uploaded academic PDFs. Functional and usability testing were conducted using real academic documents. The results indicate high response accuracy (90%) and strong user satisfaction (score: 4.5/5), validating the system’s performance. The chatbot demonstrated its ability to support academic services by improving access to unstructured knowledge and streamlining information retrieval. Despite its potential, the system also faces challenges including PDF structure variations, dependency on third-party APIs, and the need for data privacy safeguards. This research provides a foundation for future implementations of AI-powered educational tools, suggesting further development such as multilingual support, voice interaction, and institutional integration.

Abstract

Modern technology has brought significant changes to various sectors, including agriculture and environmental management. Challenges faced in plant cultivation include limited clean water sources and waste generated from various agricultural and aquaculture systems. The ornamental plant Sansevieria is one type of plant widely used in interior design due to its ability to improve air quality and its attractive aesthetics. By utilizing wastewater from fish ponds as an irrigation medium, it is hoped that these plants will not only be able to grow well and obtain adequate nutritional intake, but can also provide additional benefits in the form of reusing resources previously considered waste. The technology to be developed is based on the integration of the Internet of Things, which utilizes wastewater from freshwater fish aquaculture as an irrigation medium for ornamental Sansevieria plants. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method, a systematic approach that aims to develop, test, and refine a product through a series of gradual steps. One of the results of this research is a system that is able to demonstrate its potential in reducing dependence on clean water and providing new uses for aquaculture waste to maintain plant health efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the integration of telemedicine into Health Information Technology (HIT) contributes to the improvement of healthcare quality. The research specifically seeks to identify opportunities, benefits, and barriers associated with embedding telemedicine within digital infrastructures such as Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Health Information Exchange (HIE), and mobile health (mHealth) applications. To achieve this objective, a systematic literature review was carried out using the PRISMA 2020 framework. Relevant studies were retrieved from several open-access databases, including PubMed Central, BMJ Open, BMC Digital Health, JMIR, and the WHO Global Health Observatory. The search was limited to publications appearing between 2019 and 2025. Out of 150 records initially identified, 25 studies met the inclusion criteria after screening and full-text assessment. These studies comprised randomized controlled trials, case studies, reviews, and international health policy documents. The findings reveal five key contributions of telemedicine–HIT integration: improved interoperability, enhanced accessibility, increased operational efficiency, greater patient satisfaction, and better clinical outcomes in chronic disease management. Nevertheless, challenges such as uneven digital infrastructure, data protection concerns, and variable levels of digital literacy remain significant. The study concludes that national policies, adoption of global interoperability standards, and investment in digital health infrastructure are essential to ensure sustainable implementation.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri pada Industri 4.0 atau revolusi industri keempat merupakan era berkembangnya teknologi didunia. Disetiap organisasi pasti membutuhkan seorang humas untuk memperkenalkan organisasi tersebut kepada masyarakat luas. Sama halnya dengan organisasi Gerakan Pramuka Kwartir Cabang Karanganyar yang juga membutuhkan seorang humas untuk terjun langsung berinteraksi dengan masyarakat luar. Demi tujuan untuk menjangkau khalayak terutama milenial, organisasi perlu mengoptimalkan semua jalur informasi guna pemenuhan informasi khalayak seperti pemanfaatan media sosial dan bagaimana teknik kepenulisan berita yang akan diunggah agar informasi tersebut dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk anggota Gerakan Pramuka Kwartir Cabang Karanganyar adalah salah satu upaya untuk memenuhi tujuan tersebut. Tujuan yang diwujudkan dengan adanya pengabdian ini antara lain peserta memahami tentang manajemen kehumasan dan mampu mengimplementasikan hal tersebut dalam organisasi sebagai upaya branding gerakan pramuka. Peserta juga dapat membuat berita tentang kegiatan-kegiatan di organisasi mereka dengan bahasa yang baik dan mudah dimengerti. Selain itu, peserta dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan sosial media dengan membranding organisasi mereka melalui postingan-postingan konten yang menarik seperti mempromosikan manfaat kegiatan pramuka, dan sebagainya.
