Abstract

The political competition in Indonesia is quite dynamic and is also heating up towards 2024, especially from the competing candidates for the Indonesian presidency, such as Ganjar Pranowo, Prabowo Subianto and also Anies Baswedan. The purpose of this article is to review the dynamics of the image of the 2024 RI presidential candidate in political contestation. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis, where the data obtained is processed and reduced and analyzed to become an article. The findings state that the dynamics of the image of the 2024 Republic of Indonesia presidential candidate include personal images of Ganjar Pranowo, Prabowo Subianto and Anies Baswedan, images in issues of sustainability and issues of change, Anies Baswedan "held hostage" by identity politics, President Jokowi's legacy competition among sustainability groups, Ganjar's image as a barrier Pranowo as "party official", All Jokowi Mens, Prabowo Subianto's calm politics, battle between king makers, volunteer political pattern. Abstract

Instagram marketing is a marketing strategy that uses the social media platform Instagram as a tool to promote businesses, brands and products to audiences. The focus of this research is to reveal Albanna.id's promotional strategy using the social media Instagram. With a case study approach, this research will reveal the steps taken by albanna.id, as the object of research. Primary data was obtained through interviews with the owner and documentation of albanna.id Instagram displays in promotional and sales activities. Secondary data is obtained through observations and observations as well as additional information from the albanna.id admin in each posting plan that has been created and determined with the owner. The results of this research are, albanna.id in making sales on Instagram social media uses the features provided by Instagram, the features used are nametag, pin feed, Instagram highlight, Instagram live, music in feed, insight, auto reply , and hashtags. Abstract

Dalam rangka pembinaan Gerakan Pramuka, perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan keterampilan dengan membekali anggota muda dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan potensial yang selaras dengan kebutuhan generasi muda saat ini. Workshop fotografi jurnalistik merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan anggota pramuka. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kesadaran visual dan pengembangan keterampilan fotografi jurnalistik bagi anggota Gerakan Pramuka Kwartir Cabang Kabupaten Karanganyar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi dua tahapan, yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Tahap persiapan adalah tahap perencanaan kegiatan yang meliputi koordinasi, penentuan waktu, administrasi, persiapan alat, pengumpulan referensi, dan pembuatan materi workshop. Tahap pelaksanaan merupakan tahap teknis ketika kegiatan workshop berlangsung. Hasil dari kegiatan workshop ini adalah adanya peningkatan kesadaran visual pada peserta workshop melalui pengalaman yang diperoleh selama kegiatan workshop. Peningkatan visual didapatkan dari referensi foto-foto jurnalistik pada saat pemaparan materi. Selain itu, peserta workshop fotografi jurnalistik memiliki keterampilan dasar dalam menghasilkan foto jurnalistik dengan berbagai variasi angle dan metode EDFAT. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dan dapat dilihat pada sesi praktik dalam kegiatan workshop fotografi jurnalistik ini. Workshop fotografi jurnalistik ini selain berdampak pada peningkatan keterampilan personal juga dapat memberikan dampak pada citra dan branding organisasi melalui foto-foto jurnalistik yang dihasilkan untuk mmeberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai segala aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh Gerakan Pramuka Kwartir Cabang Kabupaten Karanganyar melalui visual.

Abstract

The development of communication media and information technology, coupled with the freedom to express opinions, has made teenagers increasingly show an image of themselves that is more open to any information they receive on the internet and various social media. Openness to receiving excessive information without a complete understanding of the information makes the flow of information subject to many interpretations. When faced with various types of information from the media, most teenagers become confused about which information is useful and which is not. In this phenomenon, media literacy knowledge is really needed as capital so that communicants as media users can classify and evaluate media content sharply and thoroughly and consume it according to their needs. This community service program targeting vocational school youth in the Plupuh Sragen area uses the participation method, with a lecture and discussion model where the target participants also play an active role in finding and completing findings in an effort to prevent hoaxes and online gambling. A total of 40 teenagers who are members of SMKN 1 Plupuh Sragen took part in a series of outreach events with basic literacy material, information verification techniques, tools and applications for checking facts, and internet ethics.

Abstract

In writing this article will review the analysis of loyalty and fanaticism factors in the Psycho Sociology of PSIM Jogja supporters tucked away in the Anthem "Aku Yakin Dengan Kamu". The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, where data sources obtained from journals and books will be processed and reduced into a writing. The results of this article emphasize in the anthem "Aku Yakin Dengan Kamu" seen in full how in the lyrics of the song there is certainly a spirit that will be built by PSIM Jogja supporters which is accumulated in the context of fanaticism that can be realized in several products produced such as those directly related to the PSIM Jogja club whether it is merchandise, match tickets or even interesting content created on social media related to PSIM Jogja. So, it is very clear from the manifestation of the increasing expression of fanaticism, starting from excessive love for their favorite football team to actualization in the behavior of purchasing or using their football team attributes. By looking at this context, it has been very clear that fanaticism has been able to encourage football teams to spend their money to get merchandise on the team they support. But on the other hand, the psycho-sociological condition of PSIM Jogja supporters, the fanaticism that exists leads to social friction that ends in chaos with other community groups, especially other supporter groups considering that many supporter groups come from the lower middle class and they really need entertainment.

Abstract

Albanna.Id merupakan salah satu toko busana muslim besar yang ada di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Kehebatan toko busana muslim Albanna.Id tidak lepas dari optimalisasi promosi di media sosial Instagram. Dengan jumlah pengikut hampir dua puluh ribu di media sosial Instagram, memungkinkan toko busana muslim Albanna.Id mampu meraih posisi kepercayaan yang tinggi bagi para konsumen di wilayah Kabupaten Karanganyar. Dalam upaya untuk menarik konsumen yang loyal, penelitian ini mengungkap strategi Albanna.Id dalam menganalisis pengalaman konsumen dalam berbelanja. Salah satu strategi yang dilakukan oleh Albanna.Id adalah memahami perilaku konsumen dalam tahap pembelian, dan memetakan pengalaman konsumen dalam pembelian produk. Dengan metode studi kasus, data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara mendalam kepada 50 pelanggan Albanna.Id dan telah menggunakan produknya selama lebih dari dua tahun. Temuan penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya customer journey, pemilik toko dapat menganalisis pengalaman pelanggan dalam berinteraksi dengan pemilik toko atas produk yang beredar di masyarakat. Penggambaran peta perjalanan pelanggan menyatakan bahwa pengguna merasa puas berbelanja di toko muslim Albanna.id karena kualitas bahan dan harga yang cenderung terjangkau bagi masyarakat di sekitar Kabupaten Karanganyar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to review the dynamics of organizational culture in tourism service companies in the city of Surakarta and also explain the shift in direction of existing organizational culture. In conducting this research, the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) was used to assess the condition of the actual company culture and the preferred culture that the company desires to have. It also measures the six dimensions of OCAI and assesses the cultural characteristics of the three samples of tourism service companies in the city of Surakarta. The results of this research show that currently the cultural profile of the three tourism service companies in Solo tends towards a fairly large clan culture pattern and secondly this is followed by a hierarchical culture which also dominates. Meanwhile, the culture that is expected in the next 5 years has shown that the cultural tendencies of hierarchy, adocracy and also the market, considering that in these three patterns of cultural tendencies, considering that the relationship is quite intense and sustainable in accordance with the hierarchical rank levels in each company, will provide greater benefits. intense and certainty in the future of the company regardless of the clan in the three tourism service companies and also some hopes to be increasingly able to compete innovatively by utilizing existing information technology and providing new services to consumers in accordance with what is in the culture adocracy and also culture in the market which is projected for the next 5 years along with a hierarchical culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the internal and external factors of the management of the Radya Pustaka museum and also to analyze the management design in the development of the Radya Pustaka museum as a cultural and educational tourism in the city of Surakarta. This research method is a qualitative method, where the data obtained is analyzed based on the internal and external factors of the Radya Pustaka museum which are formulated in the IFAS and EFAS matrix indicators. The results of the analysis are described in a SWOT analysis. The results of this study are that the existence of the Radya Pustaka Museum as a cultural heritage tourist attraction is in a moderate or average position. From the internal-external environmental analysis method, the strategy that must be applied by objects in cell V is to maintain and preserve (unchanged strategy). The object operates with moderate appeal and only has an average competitive position. The strategy carried out is to continue its current activities and only make a few improvements.Keywords: Management, Radya Pustaka Museum, cultural and educational tourism
