Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the digital work environment on online driver employee engagement in Indonesia. The rapid digital transformation has shifted work patterns toward application-based systems, requiring effective online communication, flexible scheduling, and stable technological support. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The sample consisted of 150 online drivers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS software. The results show that the digital work environment has a positive and significant effect on online driver engagement (B = 0.452; p < 0.001; R² = 0.285). This indicates that the better the quality of the digital work environment reflected in application stability, transparency of incentive systems, effective digital communication, and flexible working hours the higher the level of engagement among online drivers. A well-managed digital work environment can enhance motivation, loyalty, and a sense of belonging toward the platform. This study reinforces the Job Demands Resources (JD-R) and Self-Determination Theory (SDT) frameworks, suggesting that digital work resources can improve engagement when supported by organizational commitment and digital well-being. The findings provide practical implications for application-based companies to strengthen their digital infrastructure and implement flexible work policies to improve both engagement and the digital well-being of their driver partners.

Abstract

Kegiatanyatau rangkaian kegiatan dalam,rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan bagi setiap warga negara dan penduduk atas barang, jasa dan/atau pelayanan administratif yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik disebut sebagai pelayanan publik. Pelayanan yang diberikan suatu organisasi kepada masyarakat masih kurang baik di tingkat nasional maupun swasta, fenomena seperti pungutan liar, masyarakat miskin tidak dapat menerima pelayanan yang cepat, adalah beberapa contoh fenomena yang sering terjadi. Tingginya pertumbuhan penduduk menjadi salah satu faktor mengapa kualitas pelayanan publik harus selalu ditingkatkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif yang mempunyai tujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan yaitu responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty dan tangible baik secara simultan maupun parsial, serta mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur. Nilai dari F hitung 19.177 dengan probabilitas 0.000 maka dapat diketahui bahwa seluruh variabel kualitas pelayanan publik berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur. Hasil akhir analisis koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 71,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28.9% diterangkan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model regresi.

Abstract

Adanya penurunan kinerja guru SD Kristen kanaan dalam waktu empat tahun terakhir. Kondisi dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa adanya kecenderungan penurunan dalam hal kinerja guru baik itu dalam hal supervisi, penilaian atasan dan kedisiplinan guru. Disinilah peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin teruji, selain dihadapkan dengan begitu banyak tugas yang lainnya. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SD kristen kanaan banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian yaitu korelasional, Teknik Pengunpulan data yaitu Studi Kepustakaan (Library Research) dan Kuisioner. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan populasi sebanyak 28 guru dan responden sebanyak 28.Pengolahan data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji relibilitas serta uji asumsi klasik (Uji Normalitas & Uji Multikolinearitas) hingga hasil analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS V17. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dapat diterima karena variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah diketahui nilai thitung (2,204) lebih besar daripada ttabel (2,052) atau dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,037 < 0,05. Selain itu hasil pengujian tingkat signifikan uji t terhadap H2 menunjukan bahwa disiplin guru tidak berpengaruhsecara signifikan terhadap kinerja guruyang dapat diketahui melalui nilai thitung (1,789) lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan ttabel (2,052) atau dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,086< 0,05. Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD Kristen Kanaan Banjarmasin dan Disiplin Kerja Guru tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD Kristen Kanaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance (WLB) on job satisfaction, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable among millennials in the creative industry. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The sample consists of 120 respondents who are millennial employees in the creative industry sector in Banjarmasin City, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 2.5) to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Organizational commitment also has a positive effect on job satisfaction and partially mediates the relationship between WLB and job satisfaction. The R² values of 0.561 for organizational commitment and 0.684 for job satisfaction indicate strong predictive power of the model. These findings confirm that work-life balance not only has a direct impact on job satisfaction but also enhances affective commitment, which strengthens employees’ emotional attachment to the organization. Practically, this study emphasizes the importance of social and managerial support, the implementation of flexible work policies, and psychological empowerment to improve the well-being and retention of millennial employees in the creative sector.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the role of women in building a healthy and independent community by providing material on cancer prevention and family financial literacy. The target audience for this program is members of the PIKK (Persatuan Istri Karyawan Karyawati) PT. PLN Nusantara Power Pulang Pisau. The activities utilize digital technology integration through interactive webinars via Zoom using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Evaluation was conducted through several approaches, including: Pre-Test and Post-Test, Participant Satisfaction Questionnaire, In-Depth Interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The education provided not only impacts individuals but is also expected to spread to families and surrounding communities, thereby forming a more resilient community capable of facing future health and economic challenges.
