Abstract

Sebagai seorang maahasiswa yang unggul, diperlukan kemandirian dalam mengembangkan keilmuan yang didapatnya, terutama untuk bisa memberikan manfaat ke lingkungan sekitar. Salah satunya dengan mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai pelatihan kewirausahaan yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa-mahasiswi program studi PIAUD di  UIN Antasari mengenai pentingkan meningkatkan peran mereka dalam pengembangan bisnis. Agar bejalan dengan baik, diperlukan manajemen pemasaran yang tepat dengan menumbuhkan kreatifitas serta inovasi yang tepat dalam kegiatannya. Dan dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), maka mahasiswa aakan lebih mudah menganalisis bisnis serta memutuskan beberapa hal penting terkait bisnis, konsumen yang dituju serta pemasaran yang tepat guna mendukung bisnis yang akan dijalankannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out cryptocurrency investment as an alternative investment tool in Indonesia, especially in bitcoin digital currency and how the legal regulations regulate it. The type of research in this study is qualitative, where researchers get an overview of cryptocurrency investment. The data analysis technique used is literature study, observation and interviews. This research was conducted for more than 3 months. The results of the study show that the legal position of using cryptocurrency as an investment tool is not prohibited. This is found in the provisions of Bappebti which regulates whether or not the investment may be enforced, as long as it does not conflict with state regulations, in essence it can be used. Cryptocurrency investment in Indonesia is also increasing very rapidly because the price of Bitcoin continues to increase, causing more and more people to compete to invest in this bitcoin digital asset. Abstract

Karya ilmiah adalah hasil tulisan berisi pengetahuan dan informasi yang didapat melalui studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Banyak ditemui kesulitan pada mahasiswa untuk menulis karya ilmiah, hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan dan motivasi akan kegiatan menulis. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis ilmiah pada mahasiswa. Pelatihan ini menggunakan penyampaian teori dan praktik kepada 89 orang mahasiswa semester 2 dan 4 Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarbaru, materi penulisan ilmiah dilakukan dengan metode ceramah diikuti dengan praktik penulisan artikel ilmiah oleh mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan berupa kenaikan pengetahuan penulisan karya ilmiah mahasiswa yang terlihat pada kenaikan skor post test yang dilakukan. Pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar, peserta menyatakan mereka termotivasi untuk mempelajari penulisan ilmiah. Hasil artikel ilmiah yang telah dibuat dan dipraktikkan pun akan ditindaklanjuti dengan pendampingan hingga mampu diterbitkan minimal pada jurnal nasional ber-ISSN.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of comment-based engagement in influencer marketing on purchasing decisions for beauty products among Generation Z. Using a systematic literature review method, this study analyzes relevant literature to identify the effects of various types of engagement, both positive and negative, in shaping perceptions. consumers and influence purchasing intentions. Research results show that positive comments from influencers increase brand trust and encourage consumer loyalty, while negative comments often have a negative impact on brand image, reduce purchase intentions, and even potentially trigger product boycotts. The theoretical implications of this research include enriching digital marketing theory through exploring comment-based engagement dimensions. In practical terms, these findings provide guidance for marketers in utilizing influencer marketing strategies more effectively, through an approach that considers the quality of engagement and proactive responses to negative comments. This research also offers suggestions for beauty industry players to increase campaign effectiveness by minimizing the reputational risk of negative comments and optimizing the influence of positive comments. Limitations of this research include the limited coverage of social media platforms and limitations on observational studies, as well as opening opportunities for further research through experimentation and exploration of different platforms.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan dunia informasi dan digitalisasi dirasakan semua lapisan masyarakat tidak terkecuali kalangan mahasiswa. Dimana terjadi pergeseran di lingkungan social dan ekonomi yang ditandai dengan perubahan sistem dari yang tradisional menjadi digitalisasi. Termasuk pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari – hari dengan mengandalkan fasilitas pinjaman online. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui hubungan variabel independent dengan vaariabel dependen baik secara simultan maupun parsial, serta ingin mengetahui variabel paling dominan yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menemukan keterkaitan variabel promosi pinjaman online, gaya hidup, situasi ekonomi, rujukan teman/keluarga dan kemudahan prosedur pinjaman online mampu berpengaruh secara bersama – sama terhadap variabel dependent yaitu keputusan meminjam pinjaman online. Sedangkan pada pengujian secara parsial, situasi ekonomi ternyata tidak mampu mempengaruhi keputusan meminjam online. Dan gaya hidup merupakan variabel paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan meminjam online di kalangan mahasiswa kota Banjar Baru. Kata kunci: promosi, gaya hidup, ekonomi, rujukan, kemudahan prosedur, keputusan meminjam, pinjaman online

Abstract

The rapid growth of the retail business requires effective strategies to capture market share. This study aims to analyse the effect of service quality and servicescape on impulse buying behaviour through shopping emotions in Uniqlo Duta Mall Banjarmasin consumers. The research method uses primary and secondary data from questionnaires and literature studies with 111 respondents. The results of the analysis show that service quality and servicescape have a positive and significant impact on impulse buying behaviour with shopping emotions as an intermediary variable.

Abstract

This research identifies the driving factors and barriers in implementing ethical marketing to build global brand loyalty. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach with PRISMA methodology, this research analyzes 21 related articles of ethical marketing, which includes regulatory pressure, customer awareness, high costs, and cultural differences as key factors. These findings provide practical insights for global companies in optimizing ethical marketing strategies to increase brand loyalty in diverse global markets.

Abstract

Perusahaan selalu akan memandang karyawan sebagai aset penting. Dimana keberadaannya akan selalu diperhatikan agar performa kinerja yang dihasilkan karyawan tersebut dapat meraih hasil kinerja yang ideal. Sehingga perusahaan juga akan mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal pula. Apalagi PT. Bintang Toedjo Cabang Banjarmasin memiliki target memasarkan produk – produk nya dengan target yang cukup besar, sehingga pencapainnya memerlukan karyawan yang berintegritas tinggi dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya. Dengan menggunakan analisa regresi, penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa kepuasan karyawan mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Dimana nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan adalah 0,000 atau di bawah level of significant 5%. Hal ini memberikan sinyal kepada perusahaan untuk dapat selalu memperhatikan kepuasan karyawan, karena saat kepuasan karyawan meningkat, maka akan terdapat kenaikan pula pada kinerja yang dihasilkan karyawan tersebut.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in e-commerce personalization strategies, which has the potential to increase consumer loyalty. However, understanding of how AI-driven personalization affects consumer loyalty is still limited. This study aims to explore the influence of AI-driven personalization on consumer loyalty in e-commerce platforms, as well as identify the psychological mechanisms involved. The approach used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing 28 peer-reviewed articles from the Scopus and Web of Science databases. Data were analyzed using thematic coding techniques and the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework to understand the relationship between AI personalization and consumer loyalty. The findings indicate that AI-driven personalization significantly increases consumer loyalty through mediators such as trust, perceived value, and satisfaction. In addition, moderating factors such as privacy concerns and product types also affect the effectiveness of personalization strategies. This study provides important insights for e-commerce practitioners in designing effective and ethical personalization strategies, and contributes to the development of consumer loyalty theory in the digital context.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online shopping seems to be increasingly prevalent among buyers. Besides the convenience of transactions, buyers are also faced with various questions regarding product clarity, sellers, security, and other aspects not found in conventional sales. This study aims to determine the influence of online transactions on online purchasing decisions, as well as the influence of live streaming on online purchasing decisions. From 128 samples taken from Palangkaraya City residents who have made online purchases, it was found that both online transactions and live streaming variables were able to influence consumers' online purchasing decisions.
