Abstract

Program Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan pembelajaran lintas disiplin ilmu dalam mengamati dan memikirkan solusi terhadap permasalahan di lingkungan sekitar untuk menguatkan berbagai kompetensi seperti pengembangan soft skill dan karakter sesuai dengan profil pelajar pancasila. Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Kanaan Banjarmasin mulai memasukkan kegiatan berwirausaha pada salah satu mata pelajaran keterampilan, namun latar belakang pendidik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Kanaan Banjarmasin masih belum banyak yang memiliki pengalaman menjadi entrepreneur sehingga Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Kanaan Banjarmasin menyadari bahwa materi dari kegiatan kewirausahaan dapat menjadi solusi untuk mewujudkan pengembangan potensi diri dari siswa juga pengetahuan untuk para pendidik mengenai dunia usaha sesuai dengan profil pelajar Pancasila. Metode pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan persuasif edukatif, pemberian materi pelatihan kewirausahaan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan evaluasi diakhir kegiatan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap: identifikasi masalah dan persiapan, pemberian materi kewirausahaan, diskusi, dan evaluasi kegiatan keterampilan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Kanaan Banjarmasin. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan siswa dan para pendidik (guru) telah memahami mengenai kewirausahaan dan strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk memulai dan menjalankan suatu usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan usaha keluarga sehingga mampu bertahan hingga beberapa generasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, hasil pengamatan, penelusuran dokumen arsip, catatan dilapangan dan dokumentasi. Agar mampu mempertahankan bisnis keluarga dalam persaingan diperlukan strategi internal dan eksternal manajemen. Strategi internal berupa strategi dalam pemasaran, produksi dan operasional, Keuangan, dan Sumber Daya Manusia. Sedangkan secara eksternal menggunakan Porter’s Five Forces Model. Suksesi dalam bisnis keluarga juga patut dipertimbangkan karena berpengaruh terhadap jalannya bisnis dalam mempertahankannya selama mungkin. Inovasi dan mutu menjadi strategi yang sangat diperhatikan oleh Jaring Dahlia Haji Fatimah Banjarmasin Kalimantan Selatan. Abstract

Sebagai seorang maahasiswa yang unggul, diperlukan kemandirian dalam mengembangkan keilmuan yang didapatnya, terutama untuk bisa memberikan manfaat ke lingkungan sekitar. Salah satunya dengan mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai pelatihan kewirausahaan yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa-mahasiswi program studi PIAUD di  UIN Antasari mengenai pentingkan meningkatkan peran mereka dalam pengembangan bisnis. Agar bejalan dengan baik, diperlukan manajemen pemasaran yang tepat dengan menumbuhkan kreatifitas serta inovasi yang tepat dalam kegiatannya. Dan dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), maka mahasiswa aakan lebih mudah menganalisis bisnis serta memutuskan beberapa hal penting terkait bisnis, konsumen yang dituju serta pemasaran yang tepat guna mendukung bisnis yang akan dijalankannya.

Abstract

Karya ilmiah adalah hasil tulisan berisi pengetahuan dan informasi yang didapat melalui studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Banyak ditemui kesulitan pada mahasiswa untuk menulis karya ilmiah, hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan dan motivasi akan kegiatan menulis. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis ilmiah pada mahasiswa. Pelatihan ini menggunakan penyampaian teori dan praktik kepada 89 orang mahasiswa semester 2 dan 4 Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarbaru, materi penulisan ilmiah dilakukan dengan metode ceramah diikuti dengan praktik penulisan artikel ilmiah oleh mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan berupa kenaikan pengetahuan penulisan karya ilmiah mahasiswa yang terlihat pada kenaikan skor post test yang dilakukan. Pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar, peserta menyatakan mereka termotivasi untuk mempelajari penulisan ilmiah. Hasil artikel ilmiah yang telah dibuat dan dipraktikkan pun akan ditindaklanjuti dengan pendampingan hingga mampu diterbitkan minimal pada jurnal nasional ber-ISSN.

Abstract

This report presents the results of community service carried out by the community service team from the Banjarmasin Pancasetia College of Economics on September 7, 2024, which aims to socialize the Sumber Sejahtera Credit Union cooperative at the DPR Gg. V Complex, Banjarmasin City. This activity aims to increase public understanding of the importance of cooperatives in supporting economic empowerment and introducing financial products offered by cooperatives. This socialization also emphasizes the importance of financial literacy as a tool for wise and effective financial management. In this activity, the material presented covered various aspects, ranging from the definition of cooperatives, its benefits for members, to financial products that can be used by the community, such as savings, loans, and microinsurance. In addition, participants were also invited to understand the basic concept of sustainable personal and family financial management. This activity involves various elements of society, including members of the cooperative and the surrounding community, to increase awareness and participation in cooperatives. The evaluation conducted after the socialization showed that the public's understanding of cooperatives and financial management increased significantly. The results of this activity are expected to make a positive contribution to improving the quality of life of the community through cooperatives, as well as encouraging financial inclusion and more equitable economic empowerment among the community

Abstract

The rapid growth of the retail business requires effective strategies to capture market share. This study aims to analyse the effect of service quality and servicescape on impulse buying behaviour through shopping emotions in Uniqlo Duta Mall Banjarmasin consumers. The research method uses primary and secondary data from questionnaires and literature studies with 111 respondents. The results of the analysis show that service quality and servicescape have a positive and significant impact on impulse buying behaviour with shopping emotions as an intermediary variable.

Abstract

Uneven economic development results in many people who have to struggle and not a few experience shortages in the fulfillment of life, forcing them to do various bad deeds so that many business practices in Islamic society are far from even in accordance with Islamic values. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of business ethics and Islamic business ethics in the behavior of traders on Jalan Sekumpul Martapura South Kalimantan. The type of research is qualitative research using purposive sampling data collection techniques or sampling data sources with certain considerations. The number of respondents in this study were 45 respondents who were traders or who sold in the Jalan Sekumpul Martapura area. The results showed that the indicators of business ethics in general and Islam have been applied well by the traders. The culture of the Banjar people in the Banjarmasin area is an interesting finding to research, so it is recommended that the next research or other researchers research about it.

Abstract

Jaring Dahlia Hj Fatimah is one of the culinary legends of Banjarmasin City. The main menu of this culinary specialty is processed Jengkol with tahilala or boiled coconut milk sediment, petah, and various other processed jengkol. This research aims to analyze the potential of Jaring Dahlia Hj Fatimah as a culinary tourism attraction so that it can be widely known by people from various regions to maintain a family business that has been running since 1987. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis with research sources namely the owner, employees, and customers of Jaring Dahlia Hj Fatimah in Banjarmasin. The results showed that there are strategies that can be carried out by Jaring Dahlia Hj Fatimah by utilizing existing strengths and opportunities and minimizing existing weaknesses and threats. This research also indicates that a family business that has been established since 1987 such as Jaring Dahlia Hj Fatimah certainly also has weaknesses and will continue to face threats around such as the emergence of competition and street food that is rampant in the community. A digital marketing strategy is needed to be able to maintain business existence and introduce culinary to today's younger generation.

Abstract

Festivals are activities organized to celebrate important things in individuals or groups that are bound by custom, culture, tradition and religion in an area or environment. The Jukung Hias Tanglong Festival is organized by the South Kalimantan Provincial Government in celebration of the province's anniversary. The festival aims to showcase the beauty of the river and Banjar culture. The study seeks to contribute to presents the impact of Jukung Hias Tanglong on socio-economic and how festival in the region engenders to community cohesion. A quantitative survey utilizing convenience technique was used to gather data from a sample of 160 residents. The sampling for this study was all residents who lived and participated in the festival, aged 18 years and above. SmartPLS 4 was used to analyze the nature of the research hypotheses. The findings revealed festival to have a positive and significant effect on community cohesiveness, social and economic to local community. This research also recommends improving festival management professionally through the concept of sustainable tourism. Future research can examine sustainable tourism in Banjarmasin or other areas.

Abstract

Indonesia is a culturally diverse country where each region possesses unique cultural and culinary traits that shape the identity of its local communities. In Banjarmasin, one of the most popular traditional foods that has gained significant recognition and public favor is Lontong Orari. This research aims to investigate how local cultural values and nostalgic expectations influence consumer purchasing decisions toward Lontong Orari. The study employs a quantitative associative method with an explanatory approach. The population consists of consumers who have previously purchased and consumed Lontong Orari, using a sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through the SmartPLS 3.0 software. Findings reveal that both local cultural values and nostalgic expectations significantly influence consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions. Local culture plays a crucial role in shaping consumer identity and preferences, while nostalgia triggers emotional connections that drive consumers to choose traditional foods like Lontong Orari. This study highlights the importance of integrating cultural and emotional elements into marketing strategies for traditional culinary products, especially in preserving regional identity and promoting local economic development through culinary heritage..
