Abstract

Pembelajaran kreatif diperlukan agar siswa tidak jenuh dalam belajar. Pembelajaan yang inovatif mendorong siswa dan pendidik untuk dapat mengembangkan kemampuan di era digital untuk menghadapi kemajuan zaman. Banyak pengembangan pembelajaran inovatif yang memanfaatkan media- media digital yang mudah digunakan, perencanaan pembelajaran tidak hanya memperhatikan kebuutuhan siswa namun juga kebutuhan guru sebagai pendidik. Pembelajaran yang kreatif pada siswa tingkat sekolah dasar dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan kreatifitas siswa dan menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Adapun jurnal ini membahas upaya perencanaan yang dilakukan sekolah dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran inovatif guna menciptakan pembelajaran yang kreatif di tingkat sekolah dasar, serta penggunaan media yang inovatif dan kreatif dalam poses pembelajaran. Yang mana jurnal ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian studi literatur. Penelitian dengan studi literature adalah penelitian dengan menganalisis sejumlah jurnal maupun artikel dari penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui jejak online dengan mencari jurnal dan artikel melalui google scholar. Kemudan disusun kembali menjadi satu kesatuan jurnal yang lengkap yang membahas topik yang dipilih untuk dikembangkan

Abstract

This research intend to analyze marketing strategies that can increase sales at Roti Bakar Bandung Bondowoso (RB. Duzzi), a toast franchise. In the context of increasingly fierce competition, effective marketing strategies are the key to success in increasing sales. Through a SWOT analysis approach (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats), this research explores the internal and external factors that influence RB sales. Duzzi. The results of this research provide a better understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by RB. Duzzi, as well as providing recommendations for marketing strategies that can be implemented to increase sales. Thus, this research contributes to the development of more effective marketing strategies in the context of the toast franchise business.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perspectives of students and teachers regarding the organization of reading corners in literacy learning at SDN Karangduak II. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of six students who were actively involved in utilizing the reading corner and one classroom teacher directly engaged in its management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the book collection in the reading corner does not fully align with students’ interests and academic needs, resulting in low student utilization. Teachers acknowledge the importance of the reading corner but face limitations in training related to its management and integration into learning activities. Updating the book collection, implementing more structured management, and actively involving students in organizing the reading corner are essential to improving its effectiveness. The study concludes that the organization of the reading corner at SDN Karangduak II needs improvement to better support students’ literacy learning.
