Abstract

This study analyzes the role of teachers as philosophers at MAS Babul Khairat, focusing on their teaching practices and the challenges they encounter. The findings indicate that teachers at this madrasah serve not only as academic instructors but also as moral and intellectual mentors, integrating Islamic values into their teaching. They employ various innovative methods, such as discussions, group projects, and problem-based learning approaches, to foster critical and reflective thinking among students. Additionally, teachers act as role models through their daily conduct, helping students to understand and apply ethical values in their lives. However, the study also identifies several challenges faced by these teachers, including limited resources, heavy workloads, insufficient professional development opportunities, and the pressure to meet high academic standards. These challenges underscore the need for increased support from both the school and the government, including restructuring teacher responsibilities, enhancing educational resources, and providing ongoing professional training. With appropriate support, teachers at MAS Babul Khairat can continue to develop effective and innovative teaching practices, further fulfilling their role as philosophers. This study highlights that with strong commitment and adequate support, teachers can cultivate a learning environment conducive to the intellectual, moral, and spiritual growth of students.

Abstract

This research explores the curriculum development model in schools. This research, sometimes referred to as a type of library research, or library research, involves research or obtaining materials from various sources such as magazines, books, articles, and others that are relevant to the problem. to be solved. The output of this research is curriculum development, namely the process of curriculum planning and design by curriculum developers, and the activities carried out so that it becomes teaching materials and reference materials to achieve national education goals. In designing the curriculum, teachers can choose from several models including: Tyler model, Taba model (converter model), Wheeler model, Skillback dynamic model. Curriculum development procedures include curriculum planning, curriculum organization, personnel records, and curriculum management. Curriculum implementation is the process of putting ideas, concepts and policies into practice, so that it has an impact on changes in knowledge, skills and values. student attitude. The success of curriculum implementation depends on the availability of information about the implementation plan and the support of all resources in this implementation.

Abstract

Pembelajaran kreatif diperlukan agar siswa tidak jenuh dalam belajar. Pembelajaan yang inovatif mendorong siswa dan pendidik untuk dapat mengembangkan kemampuan di era digital untuk menghadapi kemajuan zaman. Banyak pengembangan pembelajaran inovatif yang memanfaatkan media- media digital yang mudah digunakan, perencanaan pembelajaran tidak hanya memperhatikan kebuutuhan siswa namun juga kebutuhan guru sebagai pendidik. Pembelajaran yang kreatif pada siswa tingkat sekolah dasar dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan kreatifitas siswa dan menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Adapun jurnal ini membahas upaya perencanaan yang dilakukan sekolah dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran inovatif guna menciptakan pembelajaran yang kreatif di tingkat sekolah dasar, serta penggunaan media yang inovatif dan kreatif dalam poses pembelajaran. Yang mana jurnal ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian studi literatur. Penelitian dengan studi literature adalah penelitian dengan menganalisis sejumlah jurnal maupun artikel dari penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui jejak online dengan mencari jurnal dan artikel melalui google scholar. Kemudan disusun kembali menjadi satu kesatuan jurnal yang lengkap yang membahas topik yang dipilih untuk dikembangkan

Abstract

Amidst the rapidly advancing tide of globalization, the role of teachers is becoming increasingly crucial in shaping a future generation capable of competing globally. However, the challenges faced by teachers are not light. The era of globalization brings significant changes to the educational paradigm, in terms of technology, values, and culture. Therefore, it is important for us to understand the professional code of ethics for teachers in this era of globalization, considering their vital role in shaping the character and abilities of future generations. Several previous studies have highlighted the challenges and strategies of teachers in facing the professional code of ethics in the era of globalization, as well as understanding teachers' perceptions of professional ethics in the context of globalization. The aim of this discussion is to provide a deeper understanding of the moral and ethical foundation that teachers must possess in carrying out their duties. In this paper, a descriptive qualitative approach is utilized to delve into the understanding of the professional code of ethics for teachers in the era of globalization. Through this understanding, it is hoped that teachers can fulfill their roles with integrity, professionalism, and high responsibility, thereby creating a safe, inclusive, and competitive learning environment in this era of globalization.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menghadirkan inovasi teknologi disruptif yang mengaburkan batas fisik, digital, dan biologis di semua sektor, serta mengubah cara manusia hidup dan bekerja. Terobosan teknologi menciptakan peluang di bidang ekonomi, sosial, dan pengembangan diri pribadi, namun kecerdasan buatan akan mengambil alih pekerjaan manusia. Kesiapan pembangunan SDM sangat diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan di era disrupsi 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan mengkaji strategi pembangunan SDM Kementerian Keuangan dalam menghadapi tantangan di era disrupsi 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi keberhasilan pembangunan SDM bukan sekedar pelatihan, pendidikan, pembinaan, rekrutmen, perubahan sistem, kesempatan, dan penghargaan. SDM Kementerian Keuangan harus meningkatkan kreativitas dan mengubah pola pikir tetap ke pola pikir berkembang, agar siap beradaptasi dan merevolusi diri terhadap perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, sehingga akan tercipta SDM yang unggul, kreatif, dan inovatif, serta adaptif terhadap gempuran revolusi industri 4.0 yang sedang menuju era Society 5.0.

Abstract

As Muslims, should be able to read the quran properly and correctly to make it easier to understand the teachings of our own religion and carry out our religious activities. The problem is that there are still many Muslims who cannot read the qur’an properly and correctly. Therefore the researcher is interested in raising this problem as a study with the formulation of the problem how the effectiveness of Sunday Koran activities in improving the ability to read the qur’an in the village of Gohor Lama, what activities are included in Sunday Koran activities, what are the obstacles in carrying out Sunday qur’an activities. With the aim of research to find out how effectiveness, programs, and obstacles are felt when carrying out this Sunday qur’an program. The benefit of this research is to develop the author's knowledge as an effort to complete the final project, as well as to increase knowledge in the community and as a means of criticizing the Sunday qur’an program. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and literature studies with data analysis techniques of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the Sunday qur’an activity is effective in improving the ability to read the qur’an in the village of Gohor Lama. This research contributes in the form of socializing Sunday qur’an activities to people. who have not participated in Sunday qur’an activities.

Abstract

The teacher's code of ethics is a set of moral norms and principles that must be upheld by a teacher in carrying out his duties as an educator. The concept of learning that focuses on developing students' character and morals makes the teacher's code of ethics even more important to implement. This study aims to understand the concept of a teacher's code of ethics and how this code of ethics can be integrated into character learning. The research method used is literature study by collecting information from various sources such as journals, books, and related documents. The results of the study show that the teacher's code of ethics includes moral principles such as honesty, integrity, responsibility, and respect. This code of ethics can be applied in character learning by integrating it into learning programs, building good relationships with students, and demonstrating behavior that is consistent with espoused moral values. Therefore, teachers must understand the applicable code of ethics and develop the ability to apply it in character learning.

Abstract

Teacher professional and career development plays an important role in improving the quality of education. Teachers who have good professional and career skills can make a more significant contribution to the teaching and learning process and improve student learning outcomes. Therefore, teacher professional and career development must be the main focus in efforts to improve the quality of education. In the history of teacher professional and career development, it can be seen that efforts to improve the quality of education through developing teacher professionalism have been going on for a long time. This development is carried out through various programs and efforts, and the aim is to improve teacher competence and performance in the context of implementing the education and learning process in the classroom and outside the classroom. The teaching profession is a process that aims to develop teachers' professional abilities by adapting to educational demands. There are several basics in teacher professional development, including philosophical and pedagogical bases. Apart from that, teacher professional development must also be adjusted to the principles that have been established. Teacher professional and career development can be implemented through various programs. Both programs hosted by school institutions or teacher professional and career development programs launched by the government. With this teacher professional and career development program, it is hoped that teachers can actively participate in improving their respective competencies and skills.

Abstract

Increasing organizational effectiveness through management education and training (diklat). Training is an important instrument in human resource development which aims to increase employee competence, skills and knowledge. Through effective training management, organizations can ensure that the training programs held are relevant to the needs of the organization and employees, thereby increasing overall productivity and performance. This research highlights the importance of careful planning, structured implementation, and continuous evaluation in education and training management. Apart from that, active participation from top management and the use of information technology are also key factors in the success of training programs. Thus, good training management not only contributes to the individual development of employees, but also supports the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.
