Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan saintifik terhadap kemampuan literasi matematis siswa kelas V SD Negeri 067097 Medan Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 54 siswa kelas V SD Negeri 067097 Medan Barat. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan angket pretes dan post test dengan UJi t Test sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan siswa yang kemampuan literasi matematis siswa yang diajarkan dengan pendekatan Saintifik lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran biasa (Fhitung = 11.493 dan nilai sig. 0,001 < 0,05).

Abstract

Pertumbuhan e-commerce meningkatkan peredaran produk palsu seperti sepatu Adidas, yang keputusan pembeliannya dipengaruhi oleh brand image, persepsi risiko, dan gaya hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, persepsi risiko, dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian produk sepatu adidas palsu di marketplace Shopee. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 114 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan brand image, persepsi risiko, dan gaya hidup terbukti sebagai prediktor keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Research on challenges caused by CWB in organizations has been going on for decades. This paper will examine the counterproductive work behavior (CWB) of employees at PT X using a case study approach. The informants in this study include three leaders and three employees at PT X. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the research flow from Miles and Huberman. Data validity testing uses observation extension, member check, observation persistence, and triangulation. The findings of the study state that based on the Affective Event Theory (AET) employees who have positive affect experiences and receive positive performance feedback from the company tend to experience positive emotions, such as pride, satisfaction, and have good performance or productivity. Positive emotions experienced by employees are negatively related to the intention to do CWB. The higher the positive emotions experienced by participants, the lower the intention to do CWB. This condition explains how affective experiences affect performance. The dynamics of how to overcome CWB applied by PT X, including; reward and punishment, company as a support system, employee consultation, conducive work climate, challenges to something new, and employee welfare guarantees.

Abstract

This study examines the characteristics of millennial workers in Indonesia, focusing on their values, challenges, and needs within a constantly evolving work environment. Millennials, born between 1981 and 1996, are known as "digital natives" and tend to prioritize passion and meaning in their work over mere performance. They often question whether organizations value their contributions and provide opportunities for growth. Despite their high adaptability and leadership potential, millennials display low levels of commitment and loyalty, influenced by factors such as unsupportive work environments and negative perceptions of their generation. This research employs a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to summarize relevant findings, identify the challenges faced by millennials, and highlight the importance of responsive human resource management practices. By understanding the characteristics and needs of millennials, organizations are expected to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention, as well as effectively leverage their potential within the workplace.

Abstract

Kekhawatiran yang semakin meningkat tentang kesejahteraan mental individu menuntut eksplorasi yang lebih mendalam terhadap intervensi yang terkontekstualisasi secara budaya, khususnya di wilayah seperti Indonesia di mana tradisi lokal tetap menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Signifikansi kajian ini terletak pada upaya untuk menjembatani persamaan yang ada dalam literatur mengenai praktik kearifan lokal pada Prinsip Feng Shui dan Memayu Hayuning Bawana dalam kaitannya dengan kesejahteraan mental. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode penelitian reflektif kontemplatif. Dengan mengeksplorasi interaksi tantangan psikologis modern yang dihadapi individu dan praktik budaya tradisonal yang masih hidup di masyarakat, kajian ini berpotensi menawarkan wawasan baru yang dapat diterapkan dalam konteks intervensi kesejahteraan mental yang lebih relevan secara budaya. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya akan memberikan pemahaman ilmiah tentang peran kearifa lokal terkait kesejahteraan mental, namun juga memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk pengembangan strategi intervensi yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan dalam konteks konteks kesejahteraan mental di Indonesia.

Abstract

The childfree phenomenon—voluntarily choosing not to have children—has emerged as a controversial lifestyle choice in Indonesia, generating significant discourse around reproductive autonomy, cultural values, and mental well-being. This study examines the Culture Shock Childfree Phenomenon in Indonesia from A Biopsychological and Humanistic Perspective, analyzing it through integrated biopsychological and Maslow’s humanistic theoretical frameworks. Employing a library research methodology, this study systematically reviews and synthesizes scholarly literature, including peer-reviewed journal articles, books, and empirical studies from multiple databases, to construct a comprehensive theoretical analysis. The biopsychological perspective reveals that childfree decisions are influenced by complex interactions between reproductive health conditions, neurobiological factors, environmental contexts, and psychological characteristics across physiological, ontogenetic, evolutionary, and functional dimensions. Maslow’s humanistic framework demonstrates that contemporary redefinitions of human needs position childfree choices as expressions of self-actualization and personal autonomy rather than deficiencies. However, Indonesia’s collectivist cultural orientation generates substantial social stigma and psychological pressure against childfree individuals, resulting in culture shock experiences characterized by value conflicts, social isolation, and identity negotiation. The findings suggest that childfree individuals in Indonesia navigate tensions between personal autonomy and cultural expectations, requiring mental health support systems and broader societal awareness to reduce stigmatization. This research contributes theoretically by integrating biological and humanistic perspectives on reproductive choice, and practically by informing counseling approaches and social policies that respect reproductive diversity while acknowledging cultural contexts.
