Abstract

ABSTRACT Since the Covid-19 pandemic, plastic problems have increased, because they are triggered by changes in behavior and consumption in the community. Environmental care behavior becomes a measuring tool to determine human behavior about the environment. Public awareness of the urgency of the issue of environmental pollution due to plastic waste is also growing, it can be seen from the emergence of various campaigns in Indonesia, thus this study aims to determine the effect of the #PawaiBebasPlastik2021 campaign on the environmental care behavior of Instagram followers iddk. This type of research is quantitative with a survey method. The number of respondents as many as 99. The results of this study indicate that the value of the correlation coefficient test is in the interval 0.61 – 0.80, this value indicates that the #PawaiBebasPlastik2021 campaign has a strong influence on the environmental care behavior of Instagram followers @Iddkp and is positive. Furthermore, based on the value of the results of the determination test, it is known that the coefficient of determination is 43.2% which shows that 43.2% of caring behavior is influenced by the campaign, but the remaining 56.8% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

Abstract The digital era facilitates process of receiving and disseminating information from one location to another. This dissemination process is also supported by various types of media and platforms, one of which is the Website. Website is a digital platform that can be used as a means of communication, dissemination of information and improving the image of an organization, one of which is a school. Muttaqien Junior High School is one of the schools that has a school website but is still lacking in its utilization. This Community Service activity aims to improve the ability of school residents in writing and managing school websites, so that they can be used to improve the image of the School. This Community Service activity involves interactive training covering aspects such as the preparation of informative content, attractive visual design, and effective information dissemination strategies. Improving the quality of information and online interaction through the school website can indirectly help improve the image of the school, so that in the future through this service activity Muttaqien Junior High School can attract interest and expand the reach of the school to open new opportunities in terms of student recruitment and communication with parents and prospective students. Abstrak Era digital memudahkan proses penerimaan dan penyebaran informasi dari suatu lokasi ke lokasi lainnya. Proses penyebaran ini juga di dukung dari berbagai jenis media dan platfrom yang salah satunya adalah Website. Website adalah platfrom digital yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat komunikasi, penyebaran informasi serta peningkatan citra suatu organisasi, yang salah satunya adalah sekolah. SMP Muttaqien adalah salah satu sekolah yang memiliki website sekolah namun masih kurang dalam pemanfaatannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan warga sekolah dalam kepenulisan serta pengelolaan website sekolah, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengingkatkan citra Sekolah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini melibatkan pelatihan interaktif yang mencakup aspek-aspek seperti penyusunan konten yang informatif, desain visual yang menarik, dan strategi penyebaran informasi yang efektif. Peningkatan kualitas informasi dan interaksi daring melalui website sekolah ssecara tidak langsung dapat membantu meningkatkan citra sekolah, sehingga kedepannya melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muttaqien ini dapat menarik minat serta memperluas jangkauan sekolah untuk membuka peluang baru dalam hal perekrutan siswa dan komunikasi dengan para orang tua murid dan calon murid.

Abstract

Aksi Cepat Tanggap or abbreviated as ACT is one of the largest philanthropic institutions in Indonesia. During ACT's development, Bareskrim Polri suspects that there was a misuse of aid funds made by ACT for the victims of the Lion Air JT-610 plane crash in 2018. These findings were conveyed by the police after the Financial Analysis and Transaction Reporting Center or PPATK stated that there was a myriad of financial problems at ACT. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection methods using questionnaires. The sampling technique for this study used a census technique so that the population, as well as the sample for this study, were 106 Instagram followers @beritasatu who liked the post entitled "Polri Investigate Allegations of Misappropriation of Funds at ACT" which was uploaded on July 9, 2022. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that exposure to Instagram social media @beritasatu has a positive and significant effect on the interest in donating Instagram followers @beritasatu to philanthropic institutions. The relationship between media exposure and intention to donate was also stated to be strong. Calculation of the value of the coefficient of determination or R2 produces several 0.942. This means that media exposure has an influence of 94.2 percent on the interest in donating. While the remaining 5.8 percent is the contribution of other variables besides media exposure.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam era globalisasi saat ini tidak dapat dihindari dan akan terus berkembang di masa mendatang. Hampir semua kegiatan manusia seluruhnya menggunakan teknologi. Salah satu aktivitas manusia yang sering menggunakan peran teknologi yaitu dalam bidang informasi dan komunikasi. Dengan meningkatnya penggunaan instagram, kini platform tersebut juga digunakan untuk berbagai tujuan termasuk menyebarkan informasi kepada khalayak. Berbagai pihak, seperti komunitas, organisasi, perusahaan, institusi, dan kelompok lainnya turut memanfaatkan instagram untuk menyebarkan informasi. Akun instagram @ilmukomunikasi_unj memanfaatkan instagram sebagai sarana untuk berbagi informasi. Akun ini memfasilitasi mahasiswa dalam memberikan informasi mengenai akademik dan nonakademik. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akun Instagram @ilmukomunikasi_unj terhadap kebutuhan informasi mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi UNJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer dari kuesioner dan data sekunder dari jurnal, buku, artikel berita, serta situs web. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 45 mahasiswa angkatan 2020 Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi UNJ, dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penilitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh media sosial Instagram @ilmukomunikasi_unj terhadap kebutuhan informasi mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi UNJ.  Kata Kunci: Sosial Media, Kebutuhan Informasi, Instagram
