Abstract

The development of the times, followed by the development of science and technology, has also had a big impact on the world of education. Various kinds of demands have encouraged changes in the education system, especially the curriculum. 2022 is the year when the Independent Curriculum is launched, which mandates not only the mastery of knowledge, but also the cultivation of character as outlined in the Pancasila Student Profile (P3). P3 is implemented through various co-curricular project activities, or called P5. So that P3 character strengthening can run smoothly, it is necessary to know the perception of the supervising teacher because there are still many teachers who do not have a good perception of P5 activities. The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions of teachers, especially mathematics and science teachers, regarding the implementation of P5 activities. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The research results showed that the majority of junior high school mathematics and science teachers who were respondents had a good perception of P5 activities which included preparation, implementation, knowledge and evaluation of activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need for developing an e-module based on Problem Based Learning as an effort to improve students' critical thinking skills in the Rotational Dynamics and Equilibrium of Rigid Objects material. The needs analysis was carried out based on the results of the initial test of critical thinking skills of grade XI students at SMAN 1 Sungai Aur which showed an average value of 37.62%, categorized as low. In addition, the results of observations and interviews showed limitations in the availability of contextual teaching materials and minimal use of digital technology in the physics learning process. These findings indicate the need to develop innovative teaching materials that can facilitate active learning and encourage student involvement in problem solving. Therefore, an e-module based on Problem Based Learning was designed which is packaged in a flipbook format through the Heyzine platform, containing elements of text, images, animations, and videos to support visual understanding of concepts. This e-module is structured by integrating Problem Based Learning syntax to build a learning environment that stimulates critical thinking skills. The results of this needs analysis stage are the basis for developing e-modules in the next stage and are expected to support more effective and meaningful physics learning.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V SD Negeri 130/VI Sungai Manau III. Siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menemukan ide pokok, menjawab pertanyaan berdasarkan teks, serta kurang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan proses dan hasil keterampilan membaca pemahaman melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas dua pertemuan dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 26 siswa kelas V pada Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2025/2026. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan. Skor observasi pendidik meningkat dari 68,75% (siklus I pertemuan 1) menjadi 93,75% (siklus II pertemuan 2). Pada aspek peserta didik, kategori “sangat baik” meningkat dari 38,46% menjadi 50%, sementara kategori “kurang” menurun dari 19,23% menjadi 0%. Hasil belajar siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan, yaitu dari 65,4% siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I menjadi 84,6% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, penerapan model CIRC terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa.

Abstract

Training to improve the competence of educational personnel is a crucial effort to enhance the quality of educational services in schools. As part of the human resources in education, educational personnel play a strategic role in supporting teaching and learning activities, both in administrative and technical aspects. However, field observations show that many educational personnel still lack the necessary competencies in line with current demands and technological advancements. Therefore, well-structured and continuous training is essential to improve their professionalism. This training aims to strengthen the competencies of educational personnel in various areas, including educational administration management, the use of information technology in daily tasks, excellent service delivery for the school community, and the reinforcement of work ethics and discipline. The training methods used include participatory approaches, group discussions, case studies, and real-work simulations, allowing participants to not only understand the theory but also practice it in their respective work environments. The results of the training indicate significant improvement in participants' ability to prepare administrative documents, operate supporting software, and their awareness of ethical behavior and friendly service. This training also fosters collaborative spirit among educational personnel, creating a more harmonious and productive working environment. Overall, this training has a positive impact on improving the performance of educational personnel and is expected to become part of a continuous human resource development program in schools. With well-targeted training, educational personnel can become professional partners who contribute to the overall improvement of education quality. ABSTRAK Pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi bagi tenaga kependidikan merupakan langkah penting dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan di sekolah. Tenaga kependidikan sebagai bagian dari sumber daya manusia pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar, baik dalam aspek administratif maupun teknis. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak tenaga kependidikan yang belum memiliki kompetensi yang memadai sesuai dengan tuntutan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan menjadi kebutuhan mutlak untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan penguatan kompetensi tenaga kependidikan dalam beberapa aspek, antara lain: manajemen administrasi pendidikan, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pekerjaan, pelayanan prima terhadap warga sekolah, serta penguatan etika dan kedisiplinan kerja. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan simulasi kerja nyata, sehingga peserta tidak hanya memahami secara teoritis tetapi juga mampu menerapkannya dalam lingkungan kerja masing-masing. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dalam menyusun dokumen administrasi, mengoperasikan perangkat lunak penunjang tugas, serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya etika kerja dan pelayanan yang ramah. Pelatihan ini juga berhasil mendorong semangat kolaboratif antar tenaga kependidikan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih harmonis dan produktif. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja tenaga kependidikan dan diharapkan menjadi bagian dari program pengembangan sumber daya manusia secara berkelanjutan di sekolah. Melalui pelatihan yang tepat sasaran, tenaga kependidikan mampu menjadi mitra profesional yang mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This research examines critical discourse surrounding body positivity and women's sexuality on social media, with a focus on the Instagram account @ririebogar. The account was chosen because it has a significant influence on shaping the body positivity discourse among young women in Indonesia and actively discusses issues related to sexuality. Utilizing Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis framework, this study aims to examine how these narratives reflect, negotiate, and contest dominant norms related to body and sexuality in Indonesia. Data was collected from 25 posts during the period from January to December 2024, employing an in-depth qualitative approach. The findings suggest that this account actively challenges traditional beauty standards that often harm women, promoting self-acceptance through strong affirmative language and engaging visual representations. Text analysis reveals deliberate lexical choices that sharply contrast normative narratives with the transformative narratives offered by this account. The identified discursive practices demonstrate structured content production strategies that effectively leverage the mechanisms and features of digital platforms. However, this research also reveals the complexities that arise between empowerment and commodification in the context of evolving digital capitalism. Overall, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the role of social media as both a space of resistance and an arena for the reproduction of hegemonic ideologies related to women's bodies and sexuality. This research is expected to provide new insights and a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamic relationship between social media, body culture, and women's sexuality in Indonesia.

Abstract

Salmonella sp. merupakan salah satu bakteri patogen yang sering mencemari produk pangan asal hewan, termasuk daging unggas, dan dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan serius pada manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan Salmonella sp. pada daging ayam dan bebek menggunakan metode SNI ISO 6579-1:2017 yang meliputi tahapan pra-pengayaan, pengayaan selektif, isolasi, uji biokimia, dan uji serologi. Sampel terdiri atas 25 daging ayam dan 3 daging bebek yang diperoleh dari pelanggan laboratorium. Proses deteksi dilakukan menggunakan berbagai media selektif dan diferensial seperti BPW, RVS, MKTTn, XLD, HEA, TSIA, urea agar, media indol, dan LDC, dilanjutkan dengan uji serologi untuk konfirmasi akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 3 dari 25 sampel daging ayam positif mengandung Salmonella sp., yang mana tidak aman untuk dikonsumsi, sedangkan seluruh sampel daging bebek menunjukkan hasil negatif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengawasan ketat terhadap produk pangan asal hewan, terutama dalam mencegah penyebaran bakteri patogen melalui daging unggas, serta pentingnya penerapan standar metode deteksi yang tepat guna menjamin keamanan pangan bagi masyarakat.
