Abstract

Background: Sexual violence is a sexual practice that is considered deviant because it is carried out in violent ways, contrary to religious teachings and values and violating applicable laws. According to Komnas Perempuan, one form of sexual violence is sexual harassment. The aim of the research is to determine whether there is a relationship between Adolescent Sexual Health Education to Increase Adolescents' Knowledge and Attitudes towards Sexual Harassment at SMPN 27 Seluma.Methods: This study used an analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study were 35 people. Where the population of all female students I at SMPN 27 Seluma was used as a sample. Sampling in this study using the total population. This research was conducted at SMPN 27 Seluma in 2022. Data analysis used a bivariate test with chi-cquare.Results: The results of the study were the relationship between knowledge and sexual harassment, namely the knowledge of the majority of young women in the less category, namely 17 people (48.6%), with mild sexual harassment, namely 2 people (5.7%), moderate, namely 8 people (22.9%) ) and weight, namely 7 people (20.0%). The relationship between the attitudes of young women and sexual harassment, namely the attitude of the majority of young women was negative, namely 18 people (51.4%) with mild sexual harassment, namely 2 people (5.7%), moderate, namely 10 people (28.6%) and severe, namely 6 people (17.1%). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of young women and sexual harassment of female students at SMPN 27 Seluma in 2022 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05Conclusion: It is recommended for young women to increase their knowledge and attitudes about sexual harassment so that young women can prevent the negative impacts caused by sexual harassment.Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Young Women, Sexual Harassment

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Penyakit Scabies menjadi penyakit yang memerlukan perhatian khusus karena banyak tersebar di kehidupan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis mengenai keterkaitan antara Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) serta keadaan lingkungan yang sehat dengan kejadian munculnya penyakit Scabies. Metode: penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis data bivariat dan analisis multivariat dengan subjek penelitian yakni pasien yang berobat di Puskesmas Suak Tapeh, Kabupaten Banyuasin Hasil dan Pembahasan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan hubungan antara Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) serta lingkungan Kesehatan dengan kejadian scabies. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebiasaan mencuci tangan sebagai faktor yang paling dominan menekan kejadian Scabies dengan nilai p 0,030< 0,05 memiliki OR = 5,346 95% C.I.:1,180-24,232 yang berarti kebiasaan mencuci tangan berpeluang 5,346 kali mengurangi kejadian Scabies di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Kesimpulan: untuk mencegah dan mengurangi kejadian scabies perlu memperhatikan PHBS dan menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat.

Abstract

Aging is a natural process that everyone cannot avoid. An old person will experience physical and behavioral changes that occur when someone reaches a certain chronological stage of development. Elderly health is currently an important issue in the health sector. The aging process brings changes in various aspects, including social, psychological, and physical, which are influenced by degenerative processes. Therefore, the existence of elderly health posts is very important to improve the quality of life of the elderly. The goal is for the elderly to remain healthy, independent, and productive socially and economically. This research is a quantitative study, using an observational analytical research type with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted in the working area of Batu Bandung Public Health Center which was carried out in July 2024. The number of samples in this study was 32 old people age 65-70 years. From the results of the statistical test, a p-value of 0.006 was obtained, which means that there is a relationship between the activeness of the elderly in attending integrated health posts and the quality of life of the elderly with an OR value of 11.3. It is hoped that health center officers will provide counseling and socialization on the importance of the elderly integrated health post among the community so that elderly visits to the integrated health post are maximized in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly in living their old age.
