Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of two crucial factors, namely store atmosphere and product quality, on customer loyalty in the culinary industry. Store atmosphere and product quality are identified as key factors influencing consumer behavior and shaping the level of customer loyalty. Store atmosphere encompasses visual, auditory, and olfactory elements such as Store Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, and Interior Display, creating a unique shopping experience within the establishment. Meanwhile, product quality refers to the standards and customer satisfaction regarding features like Performance, Conformance, Features, Reliability, and Aesthetics. This study adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing an online questionnaire through Google Forms as the data collection tool from respondents who are customers of Cafe Notiz Hut in Bandar Lampung. The collected data will be analyzed using relevant statistical methods to examine the relationships between store atmosphere, product quality, and customer loyalty. Control variables such as pricing will also be considered in the analysis to ensure accurate and reliable results. The anticipated outcomes of this research are expected to provide in-depth insights into the extent to which store atmosphere and product quality can influence customer loyalty. The practical implications of these findings will assist stakeholders in the culinary industry in developing more effective marketing strategies and enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, this study may serve as a foundation for further research in different contexts or by considering additional variables that could impact customer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh dari dua faktor utama yaitu store atmosphere dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di industri kuliner. Store atmosphere dan kualitas produk diidentifikasi sebagai dua faktor kunci yang dapat memengaruhi perilaku konsumen dan membentuk tingkat loyalitas pelanggan. Store Atmosphere mencakup elemen-elemen visual, auditif, dan olfaktif seperti Stote Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout dan Interior Display yang menciptakan pengalaman belanja yang unik di dalam toko, sedangkan Kualitas Produk merujuk pada standar kualitas dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk yang ditawarkan seperti Performance, Confermance, Features, Reliability dan Aestethic. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner online yaitu Google Form sebagai alat pengumpulan data dari responden yang merupakan pelanggan Cafe Notiz Hut Bandar Lampung. Data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik yang relevan untuk menguji hubungan antara store atmosphere, kualitas produk, dan loyalitas pelanggan. Variabel-variabel kontrol seperti harga juga akan diperhitungkan dalam analisis untuk memastikan hasil yang akurat dan dapat diandalkan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang sejauh mana store atmosphere dan kualitas produk dapat memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini akan membantu para pemangku kepentingan industri kuliner dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat memberikan dasar bagi penelitian lebih lanjut dalam konteks yang berbeda atau dengan mempertimbangkan variabel tambahan yang dapat memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan.Kata Kunci: Store Athmosphere, Kualitas Produk, Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

Family involvement has a major impact on children's motivation to learn. Good personality is usually shown by children who are raised in harmonious and intact homes. The purpose of this study was to determine the state of broken home families, the level of learning interest among students, and the relationship between the two at MTs Hikmatunnidzom Gunungguruh Sukabumi. This study used an experiment as its methodology, using a sample of 20 students from families with broken homes. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and surveys. The relationship between students' learning interest and families with broken homes was ascertained by quantitative analysis of the data. Many students at MTs Hikmatunnidzom Gunungguruh Sukabumi rarely live with their parents, according to the data, which shows that broken home families are a relatively rare occurrence. Students' learning interest is in the sufficient group. However, based on statistical analysis, if the rxy value (0.38) < rtable (0.468), then Ho is accepted, which indicates that students' learning interest is not influenced by a history of broken home families. Thus, at MTs Hikmatunnidzom Gunungguruh Sukabumi there is no correlation between students' interest in learning and the condition of broken home families.
