Abstract

The seaport as a gateway to the regional, national and international economy must pay attention to the performance of operational services, including the level of service quality of ships, goods and port facilities. Activities at the port such as sea transportation operations must be reported to the Port Operator in accordance with the format of the ship arrival and departure report (LK3) which includes the type of ship, docking terminal, arrival time data and departure time from the Port. One perspective of port performance measurement is ship service which can be measured from how long the ship is at the terminal until it leaves the port. This research method uses a quantitative approach and the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. This study aims to determine the statistical approach and measure port performance, namely turnaround time and performance efficiency. The results of the study for 2022 obtained for the type of container ship, Tanjung Emas Port has a turnaround time of 23 hours while Tanjung Priok Port and Tanjung Perak Port are more than 24 hours and port performance efficiency with DEA efficient rating value Ѳ =1 at Tanjung Priok and Tanjung Perak ports.

Abstract

Germany's cultural and economic diversity is enhanced by the contributions of Turkish immigrants and Muslim minorities, whose legacy enriches the country. However, social exclusion and unfavorable preconceptions impact some of these groups, which can hurt their well-being and quality of life. This article addresses the dynamics of Muslim minorities and Turkish immigrants in Germany, emphasizing the social developments, historical trajectory, and difficulties these groups encounter in German society. It focuses on minority rights, social integration, and acceptance. This article employs a qualitative descriptive technique, interpreting qualitative data in-depth to comprehend and explain social phenomena or human behavior. Data is gathered by analyzing pertinent materials and subsequently interpreted thematically in light of the study environment. This article's conclusions and discussions are restricted to the impact of Turkish immigration on the Muslim community while considering a range of social, cultural, political, and economic facets of German life. Karl Marx's conflict theory holds that these difficulties reflect underlying power dynamics and class struggles, in which the dominant class keeps control over resources, cultural norms, and political authority, resulting in systemic conflicts and inequality. In addition to initiatives to support equality and inclusion, addressing these concerns calls for a greater comprehension of the structural dynamics at play.

Guiding is part of the navigation or support function in the safety of ship navigation which is caused by the unique characteristics of the port. Quantitative research is a type of research that uses numbers in processing data to produce structured information. Characteristics of quantitative research using the SPSS application, aims to obtain data that describes the characteristics of objects, events or situations (Sekaran & Bougie, 2016:43). Based on partial hypothesis testing, it is known that the assist tug variable has a positive and significant effect on PT performance. Delta Mandiri Batam. This is proven by 0.002 0.05 and a tcount value of 2,343 ttable 1,697. Tug Assist Contribution to Performance 0.305. So it can be concluded that the first hypothesis in this research is accepted.
