Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability, institutional ownership, and company size on corporate value in Indonesia, by considering firm age as a moderation variable. This research focuses on primary consumer sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and obtained 295 panel data observations. Moderated regression analysis is used to estimate the interaction model of firm age on the relationship between independent variables and corporate value. The results showed that capital structure and company size had a positive influence on company value, while profitability and institutional ownership did not have a significant influence. Furthermore, firm age moderates the capital structure, as well as changes the direction of influence of institutional ownership and firm size on firm value. However, firm age does not moderate the influence of profitability on firm value. The implication of this study is the importance of considering other firm value proxies, as well as the need for grouping and testing in different economic conditions to increase the external validity.

Abstract

Abstract. Telemedicine is a fast-growing solution in healthcare equity efforts, with the most widely used application in Indonesia is the Halodoc app. Despite its great potential, user satisfaction with this application can affect users' continuance intention in using it. This study aims to analyze the impact of performance expectancy, perceived need, perceived value, perceived ease of use, on patient satisfaction and continuance intention of using the Halodoc app. Data from online questionnaires filled in by 312 respondents were collected and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling method using SmartPLS 4.0.The results showed that expectancy, perceived need, perceived value, and perceived ease of use influence patient satisfaction positively and significantly. Performance expectancy, perceived need, perceived value, perceived ease of use, and patient satisfaction influence continuance intention positively and significantly   Abstrak. Telemedis merupakan solusi yang berkembang pesat dalam upaya pemerataan layanan kesehatan, dengan aplikasi yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia adalah aplikasi Halodoc. Meskipun potensinya besar, kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi ini dapat mempengaruhi niat pengguna untuk terus menggunakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekspektasi kinerja, persepsi kebutuhan, persepsi nilai, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, terhadap kepuasan pasien dan niat untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi Halodoc. Data kuesioner online yang diisi oleh 312 responden dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi, kebutuhan yang dirasakan, nilai yang dirasakan, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Ekspektasi kinerja, kebutuhan yang dirasakan, nilai yang dirasakan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan kepuasan pasien mempengaruhi niat melanjutkan secara positif dan signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image and price on the purchase decision of Tomoro Coffee. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study consists of the residents of Medan Maimun District who have tasted coffee at Tomoro Coffee, with an unknown exact population size. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The sample size was determined using Slovin’s formula, resulting in a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis method applied in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that, partially, product quality affects the purchase decision of Tomoro Coffee, brand image affects the purchase decision of Tomoro Coffee and price affects the purchase decision of Tomoro Coffee. Simultaneously, product quality, brand image, and price influence the purchase decision of Tomoro Coffee. The purchase decision of Tomoro Coffee is influenced by product quality, brand image, and price by 41.5%, while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

The results of this research show that 1) there is a significant influence between self-efficacy (X1) on the learning achievement of class The coefficient value is -0.045 with a calculated t value < t table (-0.445 < 1.66792) and a significant value of 0.657 > 0.05, 3) There is a significant influence between study habits (X3) on the learning achievement of class 0.048 < 0.05, 4) There is a significant influence between peers (X4) on the learning achievement of class 1 Lime IX, with a coefficient value of 0.179 with a calculated t value > t table (2.728 > 1.66792) and a significant value of 0.088 < 0.05. 6) the variables of self-efficacy, learning style, study habits, peers and family environment together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on learning achievement with a calculated F value of 5.519 > F table of 2.31 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Anak dengan Down Syndrome biasanya mengalami keterlambatan dalam perkembangan fisik, kemampuan berpikir, dan keterampilan sosial. Mereka memerlukan perhatian dan pendekatan yang khusus untuk bisa tumbuh dan belajar dengan baik. Salah satu cara yang efektif untuk perkembangan mereka adalah melalui kegiatan seni atau Art Activity seperti menggambar, melukis, dan membuat kerajinan tangan yang merupakan salah satu bentuk intervensi yang diyakini mampu meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus maupun kasar, konsentrasi, dan kemampuan berkomunikasi maupun keterampilan sosial. Kegiatan seni tidak hanya menyenangkan, tetapi juga menjadi sarana ekspresi dan dapat membantu anak melatih gerakan motorik serta belajar berinteraksi dengan orang lain maupun teman sebaya. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan seni belum meningkatkan keterampilan sosial pada anak dengan Down Syndrome secara signifikan. Hal ini terjadi karena beberapa faktor dari luar, seperti durasi program yang terbatas, aktivitas yang tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dengan minat peserta, dan kondisi emosional subjek yang berubah setiap sesi. Dengan ini, hasil observasi lapangan menunjukkan bahwa ada respons positif dalam bentuk perilaku sosial dan dukungan yang lebih besar antara individu meskipun dibutuhkannya jangka waktu yang lebih panjang untuk anak dengan Down Syndrome menyesuaikan diri dan situasi tersebut. Hal ini sejalan dengan prinsip pendidikan sosial yang dikemukakan oleh Albert Bandura.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) The effect of Learning Interest on the Learning Achievement of Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti 2) The effect of Learning Discipline on the Learning Achievement of Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti 3) The effect of Learning Style on the Learning Achievement of Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti 4) The effect of Learning Facilities on the Learning Achievement of Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti 5) The effect of Parental Attention on the Learning Achievement of Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti 6) The combined effect of Learning Interest, Learning Discipline, Learning Style, Learning Facilities, and Parental Attention on the Learning Achievement in Economics for Class X Phase E Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is the students of class X Phase E at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti, totaling 96 individuals. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling where the entire population is made into a sample, which amounts to 96 people. Data analysis is assisted by the SPSS program version 15. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of interest in learning on academic achievement with a coefficient value of the interest in learning variable (X1) of 0.253 and a tcalculated value of 1.617 > ttable of 1.66088 with a significant value of 0.109 <= 0.05. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline in learning on academic achievement with a coefficient value of the discipline in learning variable of 0.514 and a tcalculated value of 3.3999 > ttable of 1.66088 with a significant value of 0.001 <= 0.05. 3) There is no significant influence of learning style on academic achievement with a coefficient value of the learning style variable of -0.316 and a tcalculated value of -1.892 > ttable of 1.66088 with a significant value of 0.062 >= 0.05. 4) There is no significant influence of learning facilities on learning achievement, with a coefficient value of the learning facilities variable being 0.083 and a tcalculated value of 774 ≤ ttable of 1.66088 with a significance value of 0.441 ≥ 0.05. 5) There is a positive and significant influence of parental attention on learning achievement, with a coefficient value of the parental attention variable being 0.409 and a tcalculated value of 3.632 > ttable of 1.66088 with a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kemandirian belajar, Dukungan orang tua dan Fasilitas belajar terhadap disiplin belajar, Mengetahui Pengaruh kemandirian belajar, Dukungna orang tua, Fasilitas belajar dan Disiplin belajar terhadap motivasi belajar, Mengetahui Pengaruh kemandirian, Dukungan orang tua, Fasilitas belajar, Disiplin belajar dan Motivasi belajar belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII di MTsN 4 Pasaman yang berjumlah 177 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk penelitian berupa angket tertutup dengan digunakan uji analisis jalur dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F dan uji bertingkat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap disiplin belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,358 nilai thitung sebesar 4,658 >ttabel 1,658, 2) Terdapat pengaruh dukungan orang tua terhadap disiplin belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,184 nilai thitung sebesar 1,770 >ttabel 1,658, 3) Terdapat pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap disiplin belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,332 nilai thitung sebesar 3,274 >ttabel 1,658, 4) Terdapat pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,457 nilai thitung sebesar 5,799 >ttabel 1,658, 5) Tidak terdapat pengaruh dukungan orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,004 nilai thitung sebesar 0,044 <ttabel 1,658, 6) Tidak terdapat pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,152 nilai thitung sebesar 1,529 <ttabel 1,658 7) Terdapat pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,288 nilai thitung sebesar 3,324 >ttabel 1,658 8) Tidak terdapat pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,131 nilai thitung sebesar 0,931 <ttabel 1,658, 9) Terdapat pengaruh dukungan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,411 nilai thitung sebesar 2,646 >ttabel 1,658, 10) Tidak terdapat pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,049 nilai thitung sebesar 0,312 <ttabel 1,658, 11) Tidak terdapat pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar -0,090 nilai thitung sebesar 0,635 <ttabel 1,658, 12) Terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar tehadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar -0,351 nilai thitung sebesar -2,421 >ttabel 1,658.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of: 1) emotional intelligence on learning achievement, 2)the Merdeka curriculum on learning achievement, 3)time management on learning achievement, 4)parenting styles on learning achievement, 5)learning environment on learning achievement, 6)the combined influence of emotional intelligence, the Merdeka curriculum, time management, parenting styles, and learning environment on learning achievement. The research was conducted in June 2025. The type of research used in this study is descriptive and associative research. The population of this study is all eighth-grade students at SMPN 1 Bonjol. Sampling technique used is Stratified Random Sampling method by grouping parents' income levels into high and low, with a sample size of 59 students. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, assisted by SPSS software. The research results indicate that there are influences: First, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on learning achievement, as evidenced by a coefficient value of -3.032. This coefficient value is significant because the calculated t value of -9.788 is less than the critical t value of 1.67109 and the significance level of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Second, the independent curriculum has a significant effect on learning achievement, as evidenced by a coefficient value of 1.070. This coefficient value is significant because the calculated t value of 7.344 is greater than the critical t value of 1.67109 and the significance level of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Third, time management has a significant effect on learning achievement, as evidenced by a coefficient value of 0.677. This coefficient value is significant because the calculated t value of 4.494 is greater than the critical t value of 1.67109 and the significance level of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The four parenting styles significantly influence learning achievement, indicated by a coefficient value of 0.794 each. This coefficient value is significant because the calculated t is 3.960 > the t table 1.67109 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. The five learning environments significantly affect learning achievement, indicated by a coefficient value of 0.551 each. This coefficient value is significant because the calculated t is 4.730 > the t table 1.67109 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. Additionally, emotional intelligence, the independent curriculum, time management, parenting styles, and learning environments collectively have a significant influence on learning achievement. This is evidenced by a calculated F value of 20.983 > the F table of 2.26 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. To improve learning achievement, it is necessary to enhance emotional intelligence, the independent curriculum, time management, parenting styles, and the learning environments of eighth-grade students at SMPN 1 Bonjol.

Abstract

This coefficient value is significant because t count is 2.949 > t table of 1.665. 3) Parental support has a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college. Which is indicated by a coefficient of 0.386. This coefficient value is significant because t count is 3.396 > t table of 1.665. 4) Education costs have a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college. Which is indicated by a coefficient of 0.090. This coefficient value is significant because t count is 2.267 > t table of 1.665. 5) The school environment has a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college. Where indicated by the coefficient of 0.141. This coefficient value is significant because the calculated t of 2.824> ttable of 1.665. 6) Self-efficacy, self-potential, parental support, education costs and school environment together have a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to college. Where the calculated F value is 9.276> Ftable of 2.333 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.
