Abstract

The aim of this studyto investigate the implementation of human resource management (HR) at Rendani Manokwari Airport. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers, employees, and direct observation of HR activities at the airport. Research findings show that Rendani Manokwari Airport has implemented various HR management strategies and practices to support smooth operations and employee satisfaction. These strategies include careful recruitment and selection, employee training and development, fair reward systems, and effective internal communications. However, several challenges such as the need to improve human resource infrastructure and improve technical skills still need to be addressed. This research provides important insights for airport management and related stakeholders to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR management at Rendani Manokwari Airport.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pelaksanaan Fungsi Anggaran DPRD dan Penyusunan APBD dalam Mewujudkan Pembangunan Daerah di Provinsi Papua Barat. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif data primer pengambilan sampel melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 61 terhadap pegawai pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Papua Barat. Untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel Pelaksanaan fungsi anggaran dan Penyusunan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah terhadap Pembangunan Daerah, alat analisis menggunakan SPSS v.25. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) variabel Pelaksanaan fungsi anggaran DPRD secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembangunan daerah pada pemerintah daerah Provinsi Papua barat. 2) variabel penyusunan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembangunan daerah pada pemerintah daerah Provinsi Papua barat. 3) variabel Pelaksanaan fungsi anggaran DPRD dan penyusunan Anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembangunan daerah pada pemerintah daerah Provinsi Papua barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Papua Barat terhadap Kinerja pegawainya. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 89 pegawai pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Papua Barat. Untuk mengukur pengaruh langsung variabel disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan alat analisis menggunakan SPSS v.25. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja (t hitung 6,003 > 2,021 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05), budaya organisasi (t hitung 4,630 > 2,021 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05) dan kepemimpinan (t hitung 2,566 > 2,021 dan nilai sig 0,006 < 0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian pengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan dengan F hitung (35,887 > 3,181) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Papua Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin dan Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Pegunungan Arfak terhadap Kinerja pegawainya. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif data primer pengambilan sampel melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 35 pegawai pegawai Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Pegunungan Arfak. Untuk mengukur pengaruh langsung variabel motivasi, disiplin dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan alat analisis menggunakan SPSS v.25. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) variabel motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Pegunungan Arfak. 2) variabel disiplin secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Pegunungan Arfak. 3) variabel kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Pegunungan Arfak. 4) variabel motivasi, disiplin dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Pegunungan Arfak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Manokwari Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. Motivation is essential in increasing employee productivity and work efficiency, ultimately impacting public service quality. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 DPMPTSP staff respondents. Simple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data and measure how motivation affects employee performance. The results indicate that motivation positively and significantly influences employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 65%. This suggests that higher employee motivation is associated with better performance. The study recommends managing motivation through sustainable training, reward, and career development programs to improve employee performance and support optimizing public services in Manokwari Regency. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the importance of employee motivation in enhancing public sector performance. By understanding the relationship between motivation and employee performance, policymakers and managers can develop effective strategies to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce, ultimately leading to improved public service delivery in the Manokwari Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 41 aparatur sipil negara Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Papua Barat. Untuk mengukur pengaruh langsung variabel Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dengan bantuan alat analisis menggunakan SPSS v.25, dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan (t hitung 2,695 > 2,030 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05), Kompetensi (t hitung 5,724 > 2,030 dan nilai sig 0,001 < 0,05) dan Motivasi (t hitung 3,148 > 2,030 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara. Hasil penelitian pengaruh secara simultan variabel Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi dan Motivasi dengan F hitung (14,194 > 3,181) terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Papua Barat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of financial aspects, human capital, innovation capabilities and competitive advantage on the performance of MSME businesses in Manokwari Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the AMOS program version 25. The research population is all MSMEs in Manokwari district, totaling 1344 people. The sample in this research was 230 MSMEs. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires online and offline. The research results show that the direct relationship between financial aspects, human capital, innovation capability has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and business performance. Competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on business performance. For indirect relationships, financial aspects and human capital have a significant effect on business performance through competitive advantage, while innovation capability does not have a significant effect on business performance through competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of training and continuous development in enhancing employee productivity and its impact on organizational financial performance. It aims to explore how tailored training initiatives, underpinned by the Resource-Based View (RBV) and employee motivation theories, can align employee competencies with strategic business objectives. This study synthesizes findings from recent research across multiple industries using a qualitative systematic literature review. The framework integrates insights from RBV and motivational theories, focusing on the interplay between training, employee development, and organizational outcomes. Data were critically analyzed to identify patterns and gaps, emphasizing the influence of digital transformation and organizational culture on training effectiveness. The study reveals that training improves technical and soft skills, fostering employee adaptability and productivity. Digital transformation tools, such as e-learning and virtual simulations, enhance the scalability and relevance of training programs. Additionally, a supportive organizational culture amplifies the impact of training, while leadership engagement ensures alignment with strategic goals. Findings also underscore the direct correlation between productivity improvements and financial outcomes, including cost efficiency, revenue growth, and operational resilience. This research emphasizes the strategic importance of training as an investment in achieving long-term sustainability and competitiveness. Practical implications highlight the need for personalized training, technology adoption, and cultural support for continuous learning. Managers are encouraged to integrate training into broader business strategies, ensuring that development initiatives align with employee needs and organizational objectives.

Abstract

The digital era brings significant changes across various sectors, including the creative industry. In this era, the creative industry in Indonesia has great opportunities to thrive and enhance its value-added. Intellectual Capital (IC) can be a valuable resource for creating innovative products and services that can increase the value-added of the creative industry. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Intellectual Capital in enhancing the value-added of the creative industry in Indonesia in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through literature review. The collected data were then analyzed in three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that intellectual capital plays a role in various important aspects of enhancing the value-added of the creative industry, including enhancing creativity and innovation within the industry, strengthening the competitiveness of the creative industry, assisting in expanding market reach, and improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. Creative industries that effectively manage intellectual capital can achieve significant value-added and success in the continually evolving global market.
