Abstract

The development of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia requires the alertness of DSN-MUI in solving the problems that occur, especially related to product innovation needed by the community. Therefore, DSN-MUI has affiliated parties that will provide their services to Sharia banks or Sharia Business Units (UUS) in ensuring the implementation of Sharia principles in Islamic banking activities in Indonesia, namely the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) and the National Sharia Council (DSN). The research method used in this research is a library research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. With the use of the literature study data collection method or library research, the author does not need to go directly to the field for data collection, but only by taking various supporting reference sources, be it online references or books to support the writing of this article. The result of this research is that the author and readers can find out how the implementation of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) and the Sharia National Board (DSN) in realizing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh model pembelajaran tipe jigsaw kooperatif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V di SDN Wonokerto 1. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experiment dengan one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian melibatkan seluruh siswa SDN Wonokerto 1, sementara sampel diambil menggunakan probability sampling dengan jumlah siswa kelas V sebanyak 26 orang. Uji prasyarat melibatkan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas varian. Data dinyatakan berdistribusi normal dan homogen, memenuhi kriteria signifikansi 5%. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan one sampel t-test, dan hasilnya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan pada hasil belajar matematika setelah penerapan model jigsaw kooperatif. Nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, dan t-hitung (11.140) melebihi t-tabel (0.684) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05/2. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran tipe jigsaw kooperatif memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDN Wonokerto 1. Hasil ini dapat menjadi pedoman bagi pendidik dan peneliti dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran matematika melalui pendekatan kooperatif.

Abstract

Digital marketing is promotional activities and market search through online digital media by utilizing various means such as social networks. The aim of this research is to increase knowledge and skills about digital marketing, especially social media, for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business people to increase their sales and profits. Online marketing is suitable for new businesses or ventures. Of course it is cost effective, because you don't have to place products/services, can be controlled yourself without having to recruit employees, unlimited time or working hours, and has a wide market reach, because online marketing is supported by the presence of websites or social media (Facebook, Instagram, WA, etc.) and this research is also aimed at proving that there is an influence of digital marketing on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 10 respondents who were Durenstory customers. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This means that the better the implementation of digital marketing, the higher the sales performance of Durenstory products. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing is an effective strategy for improving the sales performance of MSME products. Therefore, MSMEs need to implement digital marketing strategies appropriately and sustainably.
