Abstract

Abstract. Birth weight is an indicator of newborn health. The size of birth weight depends on how the intrauterine fetus grows during pregnancy. Babies who are born atherem (37 to 42 weeks) have a normal weight of 2,500 - 4,000 grams. Several factors can affect the birth weight of the baby which consists of factors from the mother, fetal factors, and placenta factors. Placental weight is commonly used to summarize the growth and function of the placenta. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between placental weight and body weight and length of the newborn. This type of research is. analytic survey with cross sectional study design. The number of samples in this study were 30 pregnant women who were taken by total sampling analysis.The results showed that there was a relationship between placental weight with body weight and body length for newborns in Kec. Mare, the data was done by using the chi-squar test, with a confidence level of a = 005. Based on the results of this study, the significance value of birth weight p-value = 0.000 p <0.5, the length of birth body value p-0.00 p> 0 , 5. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between placental weight and body weight and length of newborns. Abstract

Abstract. Incomplete abortion (miscarriage) is diagnosed when part of the products of conception have been born or can be felt in the vagina but some are still left, usually placental tissue. Bleeding usually continues profusely and can harm the mother. The uterine ossium often remains open because there are still objects in the uterus which are considered foreign bodies (corpus allineum), so the uterus will try to expel them by contracting so that the mother feels pain, incomplete abortion which is not treated quickly can be life threatening for both the mother and the fetus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between risk factors for gestational age and history of abortion with the incidence of incomplete abortion. The type of research used is quantitative research with analytic cross-sectional design, univariate analysis is carried out on the variables from the research results. In this analysis only produces the distribution and percentage of each variable, and cross-analysis is carried out using cross tables known as rows x columns (B x K ), so that it is known whether or not there is a statistically significant relationship. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Chi-square test with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) computer program version 16. The decision to test the hypothesis was based on a significance of 95% (p <0.05), the results based on the statistical chi-square test that had been carried out showed that p.value 0.001 (p < 0.05) The research hypothesis Ha is accepted which states that there is a relationship between gestational age and the incidence of abortion, the results of the analysis obtained a p value > 0.05 (0.15 > 0.05), which means that the history of abortion is not significant with incomplete abortion. Suggestions in the study are that pregnant women routinely carry out antenatal care examinations at least 4 times during pregnancy. Abstrak. 9 Abortus inkomplit (incomplete abortion / miscarriage) didiagnosis bila sebagian hasil konsepsi telah lahir atau teraba di vagina tetapi sebagian masih tertinggal, biasanya jaringan plasenta. Perdarahan biasanya terus berlangsung banyak dan dapat membahyakan ibu. Ostium uteri sering kali tetap terbuka karena masih ada benda didalam rahim yang dianggap sebagai benda asing(corpus allineum), sehingga uterus akan berusaha mengeluarkannya dengan berkontraksi sehingga ibu merasa nyeri, abortus inkomplit yang tidak ditangani dengan cepat dapat mengancam jiwa baik bagi ibu maupunjaninnya. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Faktor risiko Usia kehamilan dan Riwayat abortus dengan kejadian abortus inkomplit. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitiaqn kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional analitik, Analisis univariat dilakuan terhadap variabel dari hasil penelitian Dalam analisis ini hanya menghasilkan distribusi dan presentase dari tiap variable, serta Analisa silang dilakukan dengan menggunakan tabel silang yang dikenal dengan baris x kolom (B x K), sehingga diketahui ada atau tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan Chi-square test dengan program computer SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 16. keputusan pengujian hipotesis didasarkan atas signifikasi 95 % (p < 0,05), hasil penelitianberdasarkan uji statistic chi-square yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan p.value 0,001 (p < 0,05) Hipotesa penelitian Ha diterima yang menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan usia kehamilan dengan kejadian abortus, hasil analisis didapatkan nilai p > 0,05 (0,15 > 0,05) yang artinya riwayat abortus tidak signifikan dengan kejadian abortus inkomplit. Saran dalam penelitian diharapkan ibu hamil rutin melakukan pemeriksaan antenatal care minimal 4 kali selama kehamilan.

Abstract

Alat permainan edukatif (APE) merupakan alat permainan yang dirancang untuk dijadikan sumber belajar yang bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan aspek perkembangan pada anak usia dini. Adapun alat permainan yang digunakan yaitu Jumpling Jubileee. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas strategi APE dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini. Pada penelitin ini peneliti menerapkan strategi APE permainan Jumping Jubileee di TK Negeri Pembina 2 Bangko untuk memperkuat motorik kasar pada anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi langsung. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah empat orang anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi APE melalui permainan Jumpling Jubileee secara keseluruhan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dalam proses untuk memperkuat metorik kasar pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan e-modul untuk pembelajaran geografi berbasis flipbook materi dinamika kependudukan di Indonesia di MAN Insan Cendekia Jambi, (2) mengetahui uji kelayakan produk e-modul berbasis flipbook untuk pembelajaran geografi materi dinamika kependudukan di Indonesia di MAN Insan Cendekia Jambi, dan (3) mengetahui tanggapan guru dan peserta didik terhadap produk e-modul berbasis flipbook untuk pembelajaran geografi materi dinamika kependudukan di Indonesia di MAN Insan Cendekia Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang mengadaptasi model pengembangan Lee dan Owens (2004) terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu penilaian/analisis (assessment/analysis) yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan (need assessment) dan analisis awal akhir (front-end analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Validasi kelayakan e-modul dilakukan oleh ahli materi/ isi dan ahli media, serta diimplementasikan kepada 33 peserta didik kelas XI IPS MAN Insan Cendekia Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) proses pengembangan e-modul untuk pembelajaran geografi berbasis flipbook dilakukan dengan 5 (lima) tahapan model Lee dan Owens yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi, (2) uji kelayakan e-modul untuk pembelajaran geografi berbasis flipbook diperoleh hasil validasi ahli materi/ isi 77,33% dengan kategori layak dan hasil validasi ahli media diperoleh nilai 96,00% dengan kategori sangat layak, (3) tanggapan guru geografi terhadap produk e-modul untuk pembelajaran geografi berbasis flipbook diperoleh nilai 98,00% dengan kategori sangat layak, tanggapan peserta didik berdasarkan uji coba satu per satu diperoleh nilai 93,80%, uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh nilai 84,61%, dan uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh nilai 93,86% dikategori sangat layak digunakan oleh peserta didik secara tatap muka maupun mandiri.

Abstract

This outreach activity aims to increase parents' understanding of character education in early childhood and provide practical guidance for implementing it at home. The activity was carried out in one of the kindergartens involving 16 parent participants. Implementation methods include planning, implementation and evaluation stages. At the planning stage, parents' needs are identified and relevant materials are prepared. The activities include presentation of material, experience sharing sessions, and question and answer sessions, which take place interactively and emotionally, providing space for parents to share challenges and solutions in educating children. The results of the activity show that parents face various difficulties, such as dividing their time between work and accompanying their children, but this activity provides new insights and emotional support which the participants feel is useful. Evaluation through questionnaires shows an increase in parents' understanding of the importance of character education at home. It is hoped that this activity can be the first step in building synergy between parents and educational institutions to support children's optimal growth and development.

Abstract

Pemenuhan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri siswa menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung perkembangan mereka secara optimal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran guru dan sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung tercapainya kebutuhan tersebut. Dengan memenuhi kebutuhan seperti penghargaan, otonomi, dan motivasi berprestasi, siswa dapat belajar secara maksimal dan mengembangkan potensi mereka secara menyeluruh. Sekolah memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menjadi tempat yang dirancang guna mengakomodasi kebutuhan siswa, baik dalam proses pembelajaran maupun pengembangan diri. Guru diharapkan mampu memahami kebutuhan siswa dan memilih metode pembelajaran yang tepat, sehingga proses pendidikan tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan, tetapi juga mendukung pertumbuhan siswa secara emosional dan sosial. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas interaksi antara guru dan siswa memegang peranan penting dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, kebutuhan siswa dapat terpenuhi, sehingga mereka dapat berkembang menjadi individu yang percaya diri dan siap menghadapi tantangan di masa depan.

Abstract

The introduction of sex education is an urgency that needs to be given to children from an early age to prevent the widespread phenomenon of sexual violence that occurs in Indonesia. In addition, children's lack of understanding about sexual harassment and the dangers surrounding it makes children remain silent when abused. This research aims to analyze the influence of the SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game as an effort to introduce sex education to children aged 5-6 years. This type of research is quantitative research. This research uses a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design without a control class. The sample in this study was ten children aged 5-6 years. Data collection is obtained from observation and documentation. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique uses hypothesis testing (paired sample t-test). The results obtained were differences before and after being given treatment using the SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game. The SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game influences introducing sex education to children aged 5-6 years. It was concluded that the use of the SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) game can increase children's knowledge about sex education. The implication of this research is that the SKIDU game can increase young children's understanding of body parts that other people should not touch.

Abstract

Mario Village, Mare Subdistrict, is one of the priority villages for stunting prevention and reduction in Bone Regency in 2021. Mario Village, Mare Subdistrict, is the 6th (six) of 50 (fifty) priority villages for stunting prevention and reduction in 2021. To achieve this goal, it is necessary for cross-sectoral collaboration in fulfilling optimal community nutrition, especially nutrition for children under five/toddler. Toddler nutrition is very important to have special attention due to economic limitations and lack of knowledge in fulfilling optimal nutrition, especially in the serving of appropriate weaning food (MP-ASI). Lecturers are present in their efforts to provide solutions so that optimal nutrition can be fulfilled by giving counseling methods such as: (1) Nutritional status of toddlers and the impact and dangers of poor nutritional status (2) Appropriate weaning food based on age (3) Appropriate, correct and adequate weaning food (4) Demonstration of weaning food (MPASI) broth serving by using a participatory method.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the ethnomathematical elements in the architecture of traditional Komering houses and examine their potential as contextual geometry learning resources in elementary schools. The research employed a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach, using direct observation, in-depth interviews, and visual documentation in Sukajadi Village, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra. The findings reveal that Komering traditional houses contain various geometric concepts such as triangles, rectangles, trapezoids, circles, and cuboids, implemented in the roof, walls, stairs, and decorative ornaments. The study concludes that integrating local culture through an ethnomathematical approach can enhance students' understanding of geometric concepts in a more concrete manner. The implication of this research suggests that Komering traditional houses are appropriate as innovative learning media that support the Merdeka Curriculum and preserve local cultural heritage.
