Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk melihat apa saja peraturan yang ada di radio sehingga setiap orang dapat mengetahui dan mengklasifikasikan radio mana yang menguntungkan dan mana yang tidak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui literatur yang diperoleh melalui halaman pencarian Google Scholar dan mendeskripsikan data yang dikumpulkan mengenai peraturan media dan peraturan radio komersial dan non komersial. Radio niaga adalah radio yang lebih berorientasi pada industri penyiaran yang menghasilkan atau memperoleh keuntungan dan radio non niaga adalah lembaga yang menyiarkan informasi dan tidak boleh dikomersialkan atau dilarang menyiarkan iklan untuk mencari keuntungan. Dengan melakukan penelitian ini diketahui bahwa radio memiliki aturan-aturan yang perlu disebarluaskan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze netizens responses to Buya Arrazys statements in Deddy Corbuziers Close The Door podcast on his YouTube channel, using Stuart Halls Reception Theory and the Ethics of Islamic Communication. The study highlights how the use of social media produces meaning based on each users ideological position. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with thematic analysis, applying a virtual ethnography approach to examine netizens comments. The findings show that audiences occupy three reception positions: Dominant, Negotiated, and Oppositional, with the Oppositional position being the most prevalent. Furthermore, the results reveal that some netizens engage in critique following the ethics of Islamic communication, such as Qaulan Baligha, Layyina, Sadida, Karima, and Maisura. Conversely, there are also comments that do not reflect Islamic communication ethics. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of Stuart Halls Reception Theory with Islamic communication ethics as an analytical model to understand digital communication, particularly in religious discourse within the public sphere. This research offers an interdisciplinary approach between Western theory and Islamic perspectives. Such integration provides a theoretical contribution to the expansion of digital communication analysis models grounded in Islamic values. This approach remains rarely applied in contemporary Islamic communication studies, making it a valuable reference for understanding the dynamics of reception in public spaces.
