Abstract

Kemakmuran suatu masjid dapat dilihat melalui tanggung jawab kita sebagai umat muslim dalam mengelola serta menjaga masjid tersebut. Dalam kehidupan umat islam masjid sangat penting, hal ini terbukti dengan pengulangan kata masjid dalam Al-quran sebanyak dua puluh delapan kali yang intinya sebagai tempat tunduknya insan kepada Allah SWT. Apalagi masjid Al-izzah UINSU (Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara) sudah menjadi pusat aktivitas keagamaan dan lainnya bagi mahasiswa, dosen, serta masyarakat sekitar kampus UINSU. Penelitian ini dibuat agar dapat mengetahui komunikasi pembangunan dalam mewujudkan kemakmuran masjid Al-Izzah UINSU. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang merupaka cara peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan melaksanakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian Masjid : Menjadi tempat sosialisasi antara mahasiswa, Mempererat ukhuwah islamiah, Kenyamanan saat beribadah, pengajian, dzikir, dll, Menjadi tempat istirahat dan diskusi mahasiswa, Menjadi tempat kegiatan dakwah kampus, Menjadi tempat untuk mahasiswa yang ingin mengerjakan tugas kuliah (Free WIFI).

Abstract

Community service is a manifestation of the duties of lecturers and students in carrying out the third Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Community Service. Through community service activities carried out in Lingga Cultural Village, Simpang Empat District, Karo Regency, there is a synergy between universities and the community as a form of mutual tolerance and socialization. The purpose of this service is to embrace the community in socializing and also uphold religious meaning in the life of Muslim minority communities. Community service is carried out through socialization activities with the village community, carrying out various kinds of competitions, mutual cooperation and teaching activities. The results of the service provide an illustration of increasing enthusiasm and increasing understanding of the community, especially teachers and parents about religious tolerance and also socializing with each other without distinguishing race, ethnicity, religion from one anither. Abstract

The tourist icon is one of the signs that characterizes a particular area. Each region must have its own tourist icon. One of them is the city of Medan, which has a tourit icon, the Maimoon Palace or what is commonly called the Deli Sultanate Palace. Is one of the icons of the country. To find out the strathey of Pemko Medan in mainting the Maimun palace, researchers used qualitative methodes with a socio-cultural approach. The method used is in- depth interviews and documentation. From the results of the interview the strstegy adopted by Pemko Medan is to continue to promote the Maimoon Palace on various social media, or major events helid im the city of Medan. Abstract

Information technology is the latest long wave of the socio-economic evolution of mankind by bringing changes in all lines of human life, including social, economic and political. The birth of digital communication has brought changes in people's behavior, including shifts in culture, ethics and existing norms. Research on information technology and social change has progressed significantly, ranging from speculative studies of its potential impact on social and economic life to detailed analysis of digital communications[1]. The discussion of digital communications and social change is part of the wider literature on innovation theory that began with Shannon's "digital" conceptualization in 1948. And this is very influential whether or not the internet network. Therefore, additional network poles were carried out to facilitate the telecommunication network on Jl. HM Yamin. This work was carried out by PT. Fiber. The results discussed in this study are the addition of network poles carried out by PT. Fiber Network on Jl. H.M Yamin and its benefits for digital communication. This study uses qualitative methods, using a descriptive approach. In the process of qualitative research the emphasis is on the views of the subject and the theoretical basis used by the researcher as a guide, so that the research process is in accordance with the facts found in the field when conducting research. Abstract

This study discusses the communication behavior of TikTok social Network users among the students of the Islamic Broadcasting and Media Studies (KPI) program at the Faculty of Dakwah, Islamic State University of North Sumatra, course 2019. This study aims to find out how the student KPI's communication behavior of class 2019 via social Network TikTok. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The researcher used observational tools, interview guide and himself as the main tools. Research data was collected through in-depth interviews with KPI students and analysis was performed holistically for a comprehensive understanding of the use of TikTok in the context of student-to-student communication. Research results show that KPI students, as users of the social Network TikTok, use the platform as a means of entertainment, a source of knowledge, learning about Islam, and a motivation to share. their own positive content. TikTok's social media also makes it easy for them to stay up to date with relevant trending information. In addition, students' communication behavior when using TikTok tends to be positive and has no negative impact. However, we are reminded to use this platform wisely, avoid abuse, and always categorize trending information and content seriously and intelligently. This study provides valuable insights into TikTok's social media usage among KPI students and its relevance in digital communication in the context of higher education.

Abstract

This research aims to know the communication patterns of the village government in preventing stunting in the village of Batu Gingging, Bangun Purba, districts of Deli Serdang. This study is a descriptive qualitative study, which uses data collection techniques through participant observations, semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study by using the miles and huberman models, i.e. by performing data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this research showed that the village government played an important role in preventing stunting in the village of Batu Gingging, Bangun Purba, district of Deli Serdang. The communication pattern carried out by the Village Government is very important to increase public awareness and participation in stunting prevention. In the communication pattern, the Village Government carries out several activities such as socialization, training, coordination, provision of resources, encouraging public participation, and monitoring and evaluation

Abstract

Communication Strategy is essentially a planning and management to achieve a goal. However, to achieve these goals, the strategy does not function as a road map that only shows direction, but must be able to show how operational steps to obtain the expected results. This research is a type of qualitative research that aims to describe the communication strategy of the head of hamparan perak village in disseminating information on pilot village services and to find out how obstacles are experienced by the village head in socializing the program. The results of this study show that the strategies carried out by the Head of Hamparan Perak Village in Socializing the Pilot Village Program include: 1) Determining the Objectives of the Information Receiving Object; 2) Conducting Persuasive Techniques in providing information on Pilot Villages and 3) Building Educational Communication. In socializing the pilot village program to the community, the Head of Hamparan Perak Village also experienced several obstacles including: 1) Obstacles in the delivery process, This happened because the Village Head had difficulty in conveying messages to the community who incidentally did not have a broad understanding of the pilot village; 2) Physical obstruction, this can be caused by, for example, poor hearing and disturbances in the system and disturbances in the system  loudspeakers (sound system); 3) Social Barriers, this occurs because of the high selfishness of the people who are still attached to them as if they are able to live without the presence of the government.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the Village Apparatus's communication strategy to increase community participation in the development of Batugana Village, Padang Bolak Julu District, North Padang Lawas Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Batugana village, Padang Bolak Julu District, North Padang Lawas Regency. The data collection techniques used in this research were primary and secondary data. This research uses theory. The theory used is campaign communication theory. In campaign communication theory, communication activities are carried out to impact a relatively large number of audiences, over a certain period, and through a series of organized communication activities. And the results of this research are the strategies used by village officials to increase community participation, namely by using a participatory approach and a holistic approach. This development planning approach is suitable for building irrigation canals that will irrigate community rice fields. The steps used in the communication strategy include getting to know the community closely, compiling material or discussion topics, and developing methods and objectives that village officials want to carry out in carrying out the communication strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is solely to show an overview of how important the implementation of guidance and counseling to children with special needs from all types of diseases they face can be seen from the socio-cultural psychological aspects of the development of science and technology. One method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, which involves describing the implementation of case studies in schools through interviews, documentation and observation. The most important thing to get for children with special needs is that counseling itself becomes the main need. This can be due to many things, such as psychological or emotional instability compared to the child's ability to socialize in a school or community setting, such as dealing with bullying or the use of social media, and how a child can interact with the world outside of their habits such as the use of technology or interaction with others. As a result of this study, we can find out about the impression of guidance and counseling to children with special needs under study. They can find out their strengths and weaknesses through the guidance and counseling process provided. These special needs children tend to feel comfortable with a positive environment in adapting to their needs and uniqueness in their environment.

Abstract

Persoalan perbaikan komunikasi harus terus dipusatkan, karena perjalanan kehidupan terus berjalan, dan setiap orang harus benar-benar sejahtera, serta menemukan keharmonisan dunia lain, agar kehidupan di dunia nyaman, dan terlaksananya da’ yang mendalam. wah latihannya lebih ideal. Setiap bangsa, baik negara maju, negara berkembang, maupun negara terbelakang, tetap menjadikan program pembangunan sebagai agenda utama. Dengan membangun validitas maka kehidupan dapat ditingkatkan, baik dari segi material maupun non material. Dari sinilah konsep-konsep pembangunan selalu dikomunikasikan sehingga menghasilkan apa yang disebut dengan komunikasi pembangunan. Saat ini ia banyak memanfaatkan komunikasi luas, karena media ini dianggap layak. Sederhananya, komunikasi yang efektif terjadi apabila pesan yang ingin disampaikan oleh komunikator atau pengkhotbah dan pesan yang ditangkap dan diterima oleh komunikan atau mad’u mempunyai keterkaitan yang erat. Kelangsungan korespondensi terkait erat dengan tujuan korespondensi, biasanya kita mengantisipasi setidaknya satu hasil sebagai tujuan korespondensi. Korespondensi juga digunakan dalam bidang pendidikan dan memegang peranan penting dalam pendidikan, termasuk kemampuan administratif, kemampuan ini pertama-tama melalui pemberitahuan dan pengendalian terlebih dahulu serta latihan persuasif. Pengawasan dan pengendalian ini dapat dilakukan untuk kegiatan preventif terhadap hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan, misalnya pemberian risiko pengobatan yang disampaikan melalui komunikasi yang luas dan ditujukan kepada pelajar dan lebih luas lagi di tingkat daerah. Selain itu, ada 6 bagian yang harus dimanfaatkan dalam persekolahan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lain, yaitu: sumber, komunikator (encoder), pesan (knead), komunikan (decoder), media (channel), dampak.
