Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode survei dalam pengumpulan datanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pengaruh kemampuan sumber daya manusia, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja keuangan Primkopal Lantamal Vi Makassar. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Primkopal Lantamal Vi Makassar yang berjumlah 40 orang. Sedangkan sampel ditentukan berdasarkan ketentuan sampel jenuh, yang mengambil semua elemen populasi untuk menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kemampuan SDM memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan di Primkopal Lantamal VI Makassar. (2) Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan di Primkopal Lantamal VI Makassar. (3) Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan di Primkopal Lantamal VI Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk : (1) menganalisis pengaruh perputaran kas terhadap profitabilitas; (2) menganalisis pengaruh perputaran piutang terhadap profitabilitas; (3) menganalisis pengaruh perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas; (4) menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan hutang terhadap profitabilitas; (5) menganalisis pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, perputaran persediaan dan pertumbuhan hutang terhadap profitabilitas secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) perputaran kas memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas; (2) perputaran piutang memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas; (3) perputaran persediaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas; (4) pertumbuhan hutang memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas; (5) perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, perputaran persediaan, dan pertumbuhan hutang secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

The analysis of production factors in PT X's industrial processing is crucial for increasing inter-sector value addition and making a substantial contribution to the regional GDP in economic development. Collaborations between regions can lead to the concentration of processing industries or industrial agglomerations in Central Java. Regions with potential access to natural resources as raw materials and skilled human resources can benefit from economies of scale, economic location, and nearby labor to boost regional economic growth. Optimizing the substitution of production factors is considered in input usage, with a substitution elasticity of 1. Production efficiency is measured through technical, price, and economic efficiency, along with returns to scale. This research aims to analyze input usage and include exogenous factors like industrial agglomeration. The analysis method uses Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) with Frontier 4.1 software estimation. The study's findings reveal significant positive influences of capital (X1), raw materials (X3), labor (X3), wages per labor (X4), and agglomeration (AG). The conclusion underscores the proportional addition of production factors to achieve optimal production scale results. Updating production machinery faces challenges from modern technological developments that enhance production outcomes. Improving human resource quality through training and formal education, making it labor-intensive, helps absorb a substantial workforce.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh karakter, kompetensi dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk, serta untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk.Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk. Populasi sebanyak 186 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 65 orang pegawai (Slovin). Pengumpulan yang dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda  dengan mengunakan SPSS versi 25.         Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan karakter, kompetensi dan literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun secara parsial karakter dan literasi digital berpengaruh tidak signifikan sementara kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulannya karakter, kompetensi dan literasi digital merupakan serangkaian variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, Artinya bahwa kinerja yang baik tidak hanya di dukung oleh literasi digital yang luas, karakter yang baik ataupun pegawai yang berkompetensi tinggi namun pegawai yang memiliki kinerja maksimal adalah pegawai yang memiliki karakter baik dan kompetensi yang didukung dengan keterbukaan wawasan digital yang sangat luas sehingga dapat mendorong produktivitas dari kinerja pegawai yang ada pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk. Kata Kunci : Karakter, Kompetensi, literasi digital dan kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This article analyzes the leadership of the Head of MTs N 1 Makassar to improve the quality of education, overcome challenges, and take advantage of opportunities for this purpose. A qualitative descriptive approach was applied to analyze this. Data were collected by using technical triangulation and data source triangulation. From a managerial approach, the Head of MTsN 1 Makassar applies Total Quality Management (TQM), a complete quality improvement management. These efforts can only run effectively if programs can be ensured to be coordinated between departments. To ensure improving the quality of education, input, process, and output are analyzed simultaneously. Efforts to improve the quality of education are increasing human resources (HR) for all madrasah residents through increasing the managerial competence of leaders, the competence of educators and education staff, and the learning revolution. Program updates that can always respond to and anticipate the times. Constraints of a lack of budget and low participation of parents, and the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic are challenges that have been successfully turned into opportunities by applying the concept of interconnection. Complete and systematic programs consist of planning, implementation, monitoring and control, evaluation, and follow-up using the principles of Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) through Research-Based Digital Madrasah Programs”. Abstract

Theoretically, the type of leadership has a relationship with achieving goals. This article analyzes the leadership typology applied by the Headmaster of MTs.N 1 Makassar to improve the quality of education. Before analyzing it, the data were collected through triangulation of techniques and data sources. The same data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation guided by the relevant research instruments. In terms of data sources, triangulation is applied by integrating data sources from informants, documents, and empirical facts observed to obtain the same data. It aims to ensure that the data presented can be trusted for its validity and accuracy. The data collected was reduced, systematized, and analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. After going through the series, the leadership type of the madrasah principle is summarized in three keywords, namely democratic, humanist, and collective types. The leadership typology is based on modern theories and the values of local wisdom sitinaja, sipakatau, and sipakalebbi'. Integration between modern management theory and local wisdom can touch the sense of humanity and togetherness of madrasa stakeholders. It can support establishing a positive influence environment for all madrasa stakeholders to realize quality madrasa education services jointly. Based on that, a headmaster of madrasa must have integral intellectual, managerial, and spiritual competence and understand the values of local wisdom that stakeholders uphold. The indicators for the achievement of quality improvement are assessed from several achievements and the satisfaction of various parties.
