Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of leadership behavior on teacher performance at the SMP Negeri 3 Satap Bangkurung School. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis using 8 samples. Based on the results of data processing with the help of the SPSS version 25 program, a simple linera regression equation was obtained  Y = 47,447 + 0.631X. The constant value is 47,447, meaning that if it is not controlled by the leadership behavior variable, the performance will be 47,447, the leadership behavior variable (X) has a significant influence on performance (Y). the correlation coefficient  is 0.760 or is in the interval 0.60 – 0.80, meaning that the relationship between the independent variable leadership behavior and the dependent variable performance has a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.578 or 57.8% shows the percentage of  influence or contribution of the independent variable in explaning the dependent variable, namely 57.8% and the rest is explained by variables other than the variables being tested. The results of the T test show that the leadership behavior variable has a significant effect on performance with a T count of 2.865 and a T table of 2.570.

Abstract

The analysis of production factors in PT X's industrial processing is crucial for increasing inter-sector value addition and making a substantial contribution to the regional GDP in economic development. Collaborations between regions can lead to the concentration of processing industries or industrial agglomerations in Central Java. Regions with potential access to natural resources as raw materials and skilled human resources can benefit from economies of scale, economic location, and nearby labor to boost regional economic growth. Optimizing the substitution of production factors is considered in input usage, with a substitution elasticity of 1. Production efficiency is measured through technical, price, and economic efficiency, along with returns to scale. This research aims to analyze input usage and include exogenous factors like industrial agglomeration. The analysis method uses Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) with Frontier 4.1 software estimation. The study's findings reveal significant positive influences of capital (X1), raw materials (X3), labor (X3), wages per labor (X4), and agglomeration (AG). The conclusion underscores the proportional addition of production factors to achieve optimal production scale results. Updating production machinery faces challenges from modern technological developments that enhance production outcomes. Improving human resource quality through training and formal education, making it labor-intensive, helps absorb a substantial workforce.

The purpose of this study is to look at the impact of leadership on employee work satisfaction at PT Golden Hill Luwuk Banggai. The sampling method is nonprobability sampling. The analysis employs Partial Least Squares (PLS) based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and data is collected via a Google form questionnaire. Two variables that can be identified are used by researchers. There are three external variables in this study: leadership (X1), compensation (X2), and motivation (X3). There is one endogenous variable in this study, which is Job Satisfaction (Y). Employees at PT. Golden Hill Luwuk Banggai 141. The sample in this study was gathered using a non-probability sampling technique, hence the sample size was 102 after being computed using the Slovin formula. This study shows that leadership has a considerable positive effect on workplace satisfaction, as does work motivation. Significantly improves job satisfaction. The more the work motivation, the greater the job happiness of the PT. The Golden Hill Luwuk Banggai. Similarly, stress has a considerable positive effect on happiness. Implementing online shopping, having a strong financial foundation, and maintaining business continuity are the research variables. In the research method, quantitative research is employed, and the reliability of the data, the coefficient of determination, the traditional hypothesis, and the hypothesis are all tested. Implementing the sampling strategy of purposive sampling. 101 participants made up the research sample. The study's findings indicate that financial literacy and e-commerce adoption both significantly improve business continuity. Because the financial literacy of MSME actors significantly affects the sustainability of their firms, the study's findings may have consequences for the government, actors, and potential MSME players.
