Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in patient weight before and after acupuncture therapy at Rajawali Clinic Jayapura. The method used is an analytical quantitative method with a survey approach. The results showed that respondents consisted of 67% women and came from non-Papuan tribes by 64%. The age of respondents is dominated by the age group of 25-64 years (96%) and education is dominated by college graduates by 78%. Respondents' jobs were dominated by civil servants at 62%. The results of the Wilcoxon test show that the value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that there is a significant difference in patient weight before and after acupuncture therapy at Rajawali Clinic Jayapura. Abstract

Keakwa village is located in the coastal mangrove forest area in East Central Mimika District with an area of 9,052.5 ha. The Keakwa mangrove forest is a mangrove forest that grows abundantly to protect coastlines and residential areas. The Mollusk Group in Keakwa has the potential as a source of protein and economic and cultural value for the community. through Lectures and Focus Group Discussion activities for the Keakwa community, activities carried out for 2 weeks in 2022. utilizing mollusks around Keakwa waters. These conditions can be developed as ecotourism potential. This service aims to understand and get to know molluscs and their use and prospects as a source of community economy in Keakwa, Timika, strategies for developing and utilizing molluscs in ecotourism development, by conducting lectures, from the results of evaluating knowledge about the benefits and potential of local resources, especially molluscs, after Community outreach is carried out to understand the benefits and potential of local resources. With the hope of supporting the development and management initiatives of the Keakwa community in the field of ecotourism development, in supporting the economy of the Keakwa  community.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the evaluation of policy implementation (G. Edward III Theory) in the stunting prevention and management program at the Waena Health Center, Jayapura City, Papua Province. This type of research is qualitative.The research instrument used an interview guide and was analyzed qualitatively. The bureaucratic structure of the Waena Community Health Center does not have a bureaucratic structure or bureaucratic structure design, but in its implementation it refers to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with technical guidelines or instructions. Obstacles are still low knowledge about stunting and the community economy as well as cross-sector cooperation and coordination that is still not strong enough in handling stunting.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the performance of the Regional Public Service Agency, Abepura Regional General Hospital, Papua Province.This type of quantitative descriptive research with a sample size of 100 patients and 87 employees. Data was obtained using questionnaires and secondary data from the Abepura Regional General Hospital. The research results were obtainedperformance based on the patient's perspective regarding retention is considered good, but poor performance in patient acquisition results in a lack of patient satisfaction. Performance financial perspective revenue growthNPM (net profit) has increased well and there has been good efficiency and effectiveness after becoming a Regional Public Service Agency. The growth and learning perspective of employee retention and employee training is not good. Employee productivity is good with an increase in operating profit, but employee satisfaction is less satisfied.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze utilization behavior service health, Ilaga District Community Health Center, Puncak Regency, Central Papua Province. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained using interviews and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research showed that people seeking treatment in the Ilaga District used the Community Health Center as a place for treatment and as a referral place to other health service institutions (referrals) so that the community was enthusiastic in utilizing the Community Health Center services. Not all people have health insurance due to low knowledge and lack of support from health workers in assisting health services in arranging membership for the National Health Insurance Social Security Administering Body (BPJS). Security disturbances disrupt the accessibility of community health services in the event of conflict, especially from armed criminal groups.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the factors associated with the activeness of posyandu cadres in the working area of the Yamo Health Center, Puncak Jaya Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with cross sectional method. The number of respondents was 38 people from 13 Posyandu. The results showed that there was a relationship between age and the activeness of posyandu cadres at the Yamo Health Center (p<0.001). There is no relationship between gender and the liveliness of posyandu cadres at the Yamo Health Center (p>0.46). There is a relationship between education and cadre activeness at the Yamo Health Center (p<0.000). There is no relationship between marital status and cadre activeness at the Yamo Health Center (p>0.147). There is no association between training and cadre activeness at the Yamo Health Center (p>0.200). There is a relationship between incentives and cadre activeness at the Yamo Health Center (p<0.000). There is a relationship between knowledge and cadre activeness at the Yamo Health Center (p<0.001). There is no relationship between attitude and cadre activeness at the Yamo Health Center (p>0.061). As a recommendation, it is necessary to adjust incentives to better suit the expectations and needs of cadres, both in terms of the amount and type of incentives provided.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menentukan kinerja pegawai di suatu organisasi, termasuk di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Merauke. Kepemimpinan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan motivasi, produktivitas, dan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Namun, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat sering kali menjadi kendala dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh lima aspek kepemimpinan, yaitu hubungan atasan-bawahan, keteladanan pimpinan, mekanisme pengambilan keputusan, pengawasan dan pengendalian, serta kepribadian pemimpin terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Merauke. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview). Wawancara dilakukan dengan 9 informan pendukung dan 1 informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Merauke, berdasarkan indikator hubungan atasan-bawahan, keteladanan, mekanisme pengambilan keputusan, pengawasan, dan kepribadian, secara keseluruhan dapat terlaksana melalui keteladanan yang disiplin, empati, kunjungan, dan kontrol informal oleh pimpinan. Namun, terdapat beberapa aspek dari kelima peran tersebut yang belum terlaksana dengan baik, seperti kurangnya koordinasi, pelimpahan kewenangan tanpa sistem kontrol, monitoring dan evaluasi melalui rapat kerja, serta penyelesaian masalah internal maupun eksternal yang tidak tuntas.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia berkomitmen untuk eliminasi HIV AIDS pada tahun 2030 melalui target 90-90-90. Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni menempati posisi ke-5 terbanyak kasus HIV AIDS di Provinsi Papua Barat dengan estimasi 70% kasus lost to follow up (LTFU). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi sistem rujukan dan jejaring, kerahasiaan status ODHA, dan penjangkauan ODHA LTFU di RSUD Teluk Bintuni dan Puskesmas terkait pada tahun 2020. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam pada 7 tenaga kesehatan dan 5 ODHA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem rujukan dan jejaring, serta penjangkauan ODHA LTFU belum berjalan optimal. Implementasi kerahasiaan status ODHA sudah cukup baik, namun kurangnya koordinasi dan monitoring berkontribusi pada tingginya kasus LTFU. Diperlukan penguatan koordinasi antar layanan dan peningkatan edukasi ODHA untuk menurunkan angka LTFU.
