Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis laporan keuangan dan tingkat kesehatan koperasi simpan pinjam pada koperasi kesejahteraan warga pendidikan sukalarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto, data yang diperoleh melalui dokumen dokumen laporan keuangan seperti neraca, laporan perhitungan sisa hasil usaha (SHU), laporan laba rugi. Data ini merupakan data sekunder serta data lainnya yang berupa informasi terutama dokumentasi dan laporan pertanggung jawaban pengurus, Indikator yang digunakan untuk menilai kesehatan koperasi mengacu pada Peraturan Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Kementrian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah nomor 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. Pada penelitian ini hasil yang diperoleh untuk tahun 2019 Koperasi Kesejahteraan Warga Pendidikan Sukalarang mendapatkan skor 55.00 berada pada angka 51.00 < x < 66.00 dengan predikat DALAM PENGAWASAN.

Abstract

Judul penelitian ini Kepercayaan Masyarakat Tentang Berita Palsu/Hoax Di Facebook pada Pilpres 2019 dengan subjek prioritas masyarakat adalah Kota Sukabumi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk penyebaran berita bohong melalui media sosial Facebook dan mengetahui kepercayaan masyarakat Sukabumi terhadap pemberitaan di media sosial khususnya berita bohong. Teori yang dianggap relevan dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi massa, media massa, media sosial, hoax, Teori literasi media, Teori efek media dan Teori perbedaan individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis. Peneliti menggunakan lima informan yang seluruh masyarakatnya berasal dari Kota Sukabumi yang terdiri dari pelajar, guru, pegawai umum dan pengusaha. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah saat ini banyak sekali bentuk berita bohong yang ada di Facebook terkait pemilu presiden yang paling sering dilihat oleh masyarakat Sukabumi. Penyebaran berita bohong juga mempengaruhi kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap berita di media sosial sehingga masyarakat mempunyai pandangan tersendiri terhadap berita yang ada di media sosial. Mengecek kebenaran suatu berita yang dilihat di media sosial merupakan hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk memastikan apakah berita tersebut fakta atau palsu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the communication ethics of employees in the Directorate of Personnel Bureau of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia verbal communication, to analyze the communication ethics of employees in the Directorate of Personnel Bureau of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia in using nonverbal communication, and to analyze the application of communication ethics through the principles of communication ethics of employees in the Directorate of Personnel Bureau of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained through interviews and observations with Civil Servants (ASN) and military personnel related to this research in the Directorate of Personnel Bureau of the Ministry of Defence. The results show that (1) Employees' practice of communication ethics in the Directorate of Personnel Bureau of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia positively influences verbal communication, creating a harmonious work environment with polite, clear, and respectful language, and demonstrating integrity. This ethics is also evident through online media practices, strengthening effective communication and shaping a productive and ethical work environment. (2) Nonverbal communication ethics in the Directorate of Personnel Bureau of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia maintain integrity, credibility, and respect for ethical principles through body gestures and attitudes crucial for an efficient, harmonious work environment in line with ethical principles. Training and adaptation to workplace norms support awareness of body language and nonverbal expression, strengthening understanding of communication ethics. (3) The application of communication ethics in the Directorate of Personnel Bureau of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia positively impacts organizational culture, integrity, and public trust. Employees can build an inclusive, transparent, and accountable work culture by adhering to ethical principles in daily interactions, supporting organizational integrity, and positive stakeholder relations. Communication plays a vital role in organizations, especially in the Directorate of Personnel Bureau of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to support the Indonesian National Police (Polri) transformation program toward a PRESISI institution (Predictive, Responsibility, and Fair Transparency) through the strengthening of communication strategies and visualization. The program involved 50 members of the Bekasi Police as training participants, focusing on enhancing public communication capacity and the utilization of visual media as an effective tool for delivering messages to the community. The methods applied included participatory training, interactive lectures, and simulations in designing visual messages aligned with the PRESISI principles. The results indicated an improvement in participants’ understanding and skills in managing institutional communication that is educational, informative, and persuasive. Moreover, participants were able to design simple yet communicative visual content to support the dissemination of Polri’s policies and programs to the public. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi komunikasi corporate social responsibility PT Tirta Investama Plant Cianjur dalam menjaga reputasi perusahaan, untuk menganalisis efektifitas komunikasi PT Tirta Investama dalam membangun reputasi melalui program CSR, menganalisis keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder) dalam masyarakat sebagai audiens aktif dalam proses komunikasi serta menganalisis konsep Triple Bottom Line (TBL) dapat membangun reputasi perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara mendalam dari berbagai sumber data berdasarkan observasi hasil wawancara yang dapat dijadikan sebagai suatu data. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman tentang perusahaan mengelola pesan, media dan hubungan dengan publik dalam upaya membangun citra dan  reputasi perusahaan. Juga dapat memberikan manfaat untuk mendorong keterbukaan informasi dan kolaborasi yang lebih baik antara perusahaan dan komunitas dalam kesejahteraan sosial, dapat menambah khazanah ilmu pengetahuan dalam bidang komunikasi strategis dan tanggung jawab sosial korporasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini diuraikan bersama dengan saran-saran yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.  Kata Kunci : Corporate Social Responsibility, Reputasi, Strategi Komunikasi, Triple Bottom Line    This study aims to identify the corporate social responsibility communication strategy of PT Tirta Investama Plant Cianjur in maintaining the company’s reputation, to analyze the effectiveness of PT Tirta Investama communication in building reputation through CSR programs, analyzing the involvement of stakeholders in the community as active audiences in the communication process and analyzing the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) concept can build the company’s reputation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Thr results of the study were analyzed in depth from various data sources based on observations og interview results that can be used as data. From the resultsof this study, it is expected to provide an understanding of companies managing messages, media and relations with the public in an effort to build the company’s image and reputation. It can also provide benefits to encourage better information disclosure and collaboration between companies and communities in social welfare, can add to the treasure trove of konwledge in the field of strategic communication and corporate social responsibility. The conclusions of this study are described along with suggestions that can be implemented for further research. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran warna dan komposisi dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna pada desain grafis digital melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan menerapkan metodologi fenomenologi dan studi kasus, penelitian berfokus pada pengalaman subjektif praktisi desain grafis profesional serta analisis implementasi praktis dari prinsip-prinsip desain. Proses analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa prinsip warna dan komposisi memiliki pengaruh dominan dalam membentuk reaksi emosional, preferensi visual, dan pola atensi pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warna primer efektif dalam menarik perhatian awal, sementara komposisi berbasis grid memfasilitasi navigasi dan pemahaman struktur informasi. Selain itu, pemilihan kontras warna yang tepat dapat memperkuat hierarki visual dan meningkatkan keterbacaan elemen desain. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pembaruan berupa pedoman strategi desain berbasis pengalaman yang mencakup penggunaan palet warna dinamis dan panduan komposisi fleksibel yang adaptif terhadap konteks pengguna. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan fenomenologis sangat efektif dalam mengungkap insight desain yang berakar pada pengalaman subjektif, memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang proses kreatif yang autentik dalam desain grafis digital.
