Abstract

Akad Musyarakah adalah suatu akad kerjasama antara dua pihak atau lebih untuk suatu usaha tertentu yang mana masing-masing pihak menyumbangkan dana, dengan ketentuan keuntungan dan resiko akan ditanggung bersama sesuai dengan akad. Dengan adanya akad musyarakah dalam praktek pembiayaan maka kebutuhan nasabah untuk memperoleh tambahan modal kerja akan terpenuhi dan akan memperlancar kegiatan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem ekonomi syariah mengenai praktik pembiayaannya dan bagaimana praktik pembiayaan di BMT Babussalam yang berbasis sistem musyarakah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BMT Babussalam telah sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN No.08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang Pembiayaan Musyarakah. Pembiayaan itu ada syaratnya. Ketentuannya adalah pernyataan ijab qobul, kecakapan hukum para pihak yang membuat kontrak, obyek akad (modal, pekerjaan, keuntungan, kerugian dan biaya operasional). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa BMT Babussalam telah mematuhi aturan yang terdapat dalam fatwa DSN no. 08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 Tentang Pembiayaan Musyarakah.

Abstract

Trading behaviour in muamalah plays an important role in people's lives in transactions between each other to fulfil daily living needs. This research includes research that uses a qualitative approach, namely in the form of a research procedure that produces descriptive data or in the form of written speech and behaviour that can be observed from the subject himself. The results of this research show that the behaviour of Pagu Market traders in Kediri Regency is partly in accordance with procedures that are in accordance with Islamic teachings, namely prioritizing honesty, showing good behaviour and being careful in carrying out their trading routines. However, there are also things that are not in accordance with Islamic teachings, namely the behaviour of traders who praise the quality of goods unreasonably, the unfriendliness of traders, the dishonesty of traders, and the injustice of traders towards buyers. The trading behaviour of traders in the market is relatively balanced between that which is in accordance with Islamic teachings and trading behaviour that is not yet appropriate.

Abstract

Sewing training is one of the effective solutions to empower housewives to be more economically independent. This activity is motivated by the need to improve women's skills in the field of sewing, which can open up small business opportunities, both as home convection and sewing services. By collaborating with Indonesian Taylor as a training partner, this training activity is designed to provide an understanding of basic pattern making and sewing techniques. The training was attended by 10 housewives, held once a week with different locations to maintain participant enthusiasm. The implementation method includes providing theoretical material, pattern making practice, and basic sewing techniques. Mentoring is carried out intensively to ensure that participants can master the skills taught. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' abilities in making simple patterns and sewing. In addition, participants felt motivated to start a small business in the field of home convection. This program has succeeded in providing new skills that are relevant to the economic needs of participants and have the potential to increase family income.

Abstract

This study aims to understand consumer behavior in choosing murabahah financing at BMT Beringharjo Nganjuk Branch, focusing on the role of consumer knowledge as the main factor influencing decision-making. This study uses a quantitative method with a simple linear regression analysis technique. Data were collected through questionnaires for 66 respondents who are BMT customers. The results of the study indicate that consumer knowledge has a significant influence on murabahah financing decision-making, with a correlation coefficient of 0.796 (strong relationship) and an R² value of 63.4%. This indicates that 63.4% of the variability in consumer decisions can be explained by their level of knowledge, while 36.6% is influenced by other factors. Education through family and friends is the main source of information (60.6%), while electronic media and brochures are less effective. In conclusion, increasing consumer knowledge, especially through product education, can encourage more informed decisions and strengthen trust in sharia financing. This study is relevant in formulating marketing and education strategies to improve consumer understanding and BMT competitiveness in the sharia financial sector.
