Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the efforts of counseling guidance management in improving student discipline at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darut Tauhid, Bunga Sari village, Sungai Raya sub-district with the first main problem, planning counseling guidance in improving student discipline. Second, implementing counseling guidance in improving student discipline and third, evaluation. counseling guidance in improving student discipline at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darut Tauhid, Mekar Sari Village, Sungai Raya District. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The main data sources in this research are counselor teachers, school principals and deputy head of student affairs as one of the active components in management efforts obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that first, the planning of the counseling guidance management effort, the preparation of administration must include all activities that will be carried out, such as the preparation of the counseling guidance work program, the preparation of the RPL, documents for home visit implementation activities, and determining the general pattern of the counseling guidance organization and the preparation of the organizational structure. Second, the planning that is made requires implementation by the counselor teacher in terms of guidance and counseling services, but the number of services implemented varies because the implementation of these service activities has adjusted to the needs of students at school. Third, the evaluation carried out by the counselor teacher is so that the aim of providing discipline can be achieved. achieved according to expectations and goals, it is hoped that students will be able to train, control, control themselves so that they are not influenced by things from outside, so that they always get used to implementing disciplined behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model program implemented at the Darul Ulum Kubu Raya Tarbiyah College of Science. This type of research uses qualitative. Sources of research data are English lecturers, deputy head of curriculum, and head of study program. data collection methods: observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the context component analysis, it can be said that the standard is that the name of the college is clearly visible, the number of students, lecturers and the facilities and infrastructure available can be said to be sufficient to carry out the English language learning process at the Darul Ulum Kubu Raya Tarbiyah College of Science so that it can be carried out well. . Based on the input evaluation, it can be said that students who are looking for knowledge, curriculum, teaching materials, lecturers, and learning facilities are tools that can help achieve a learning goal. This needs to be maintained and developed. Based on data analysis, it is stated that the learning process carried out has been fulfilled and meets the standards that have been set together and must be maintained throughout the learning process. And the learning results show that students at the Darul Ulum Kubu Raya Tarbiyah College of Science during the learning process for English courses can be said to be quite good or effective based on the value data obtained by the students.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that support and hinder classroom management strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing the quality of learning. The research methodology employed is descriptive in nature and adopts a qualitative approach. The primary data sources consist of interviews, observations, and documentation obtained from school principals, teachers, and staff members. Secondary data sources include relevant journals, books, and websites. The data analysis entails data display, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The findings of the study reveal the following: 1) Teachers employ various strategies in classroom management such as maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere, adopting personal approaches towards students, organizing seating arrangements, providing individual attention, and offering constructive warnings. These efforts significantly contribute to improving the learning process and outcomes. 2) The supporting factors for effective classroom management strategies encompass the availability of adequate facilities, a relevant school curriculum, teachers' abilities and competencies, a conducive learning environment, collaborative interactions among teachers, school administrators, and principals, an efficient school management system, and a strong teacher-student rapport. 3) Teachers also employ strategic initiatives in classroom management, including the provision of school facilities, the inclusion of Quranic reading prior to lessons, the enhancement of teacher competence, self-evaluation by teachers throughout the planning and implementation stages of teaching, including lesson planning, and efforts to assess the students' circumstances. In conclusion, enhancing the quality of learning is contingent not only upon the efforts of teachers but also necessitates support from various factors, such as teacher competence, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and a conducive learning environment.

Abstract

Perubahan kondisi ekonomi makro secara signifikan mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Krisis ekonomi di Indonesia pada pertengahan tahun 1997 menyebabkan banyak perusahaan menghadapi kesulitan keuangan, bahkan sebagian mengalami kebangkrutan. Demikian pula, krisis keuangan global tahun 2008 berdampak serius terhadap stabilitas perusahaan di berbagai negara. Meski faktor eksternal seperti kondisi ekonomi makro memiliki dampak besar, kelangsungan perusahaan juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, khususnya pengelolaan manajerial yang tidak efektif. Kenyataannya, tidak semua perusahaan berkembang sesuai ekspektasi awal, menjadikan kegagalan bisnis sebagai fenomena umum di berbagai sektor industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi secara mendalam berbagai faktor penyebab kegagalan bisnis, mencakup aspek ekonomi, kesalahan manajemen, serta bencana alam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab dominan kegagalan perusahaan adalah kesalahan manajemen yang berulang. Kesalahan tersebut meliputi ketidakmampuan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis, pengelolaan keuangan yang buruk, serta ketidakmampuan beradaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan bisnis. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang bagaimana akumulasi kesalahan manajerial berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kegagalan bisnis. Selain itu, temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kapasitas manajemen sebagai strategi vital untuk menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan di tengah tantangan ekonomi global yang kompleks. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kompetensi manajemen merupakan faktor krusial dalam mencegah terjadinya kegagalan bisnis yang dapat mengancam keberlanjutan perusahaan secara jangka panjang.

Abstract

Di zaman yang serba modern ini, perkembangan dunia industri dan usaha semakin maju dengan pesat. Hal itu menyebabkan para pemilik usaha harus bersaing dengan persaingan yang ketat. Salah satu permasalahan yang membuat daya saing UMKM masih rendah adalah terbatasnya kemampuan para pelaku usaha dalam melakukan pemasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian Strategi Pemasaran Digital untuk UMKM di Era Digital adalah metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui serangkaian wawancara kualitatif dengan pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM yang menerapkan digital marketing mendapatkan penjualan yang lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran digital dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan penjualan mereka. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menyebutkan bahwa strategi pemasaran di era digital tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mencapai target penjualan, tetapi juga untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan branding usaha itu sendiri.

Abstract

Analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats) sudah menjadi strategi umum dalam pengembangan bisnis khususnya di industri kuliner. Warung Makan Asyik Desa Balunijuk merupakan salah satu usaha di bidang kuliner yang menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengembangkan strategi bisnisnya. Sebagai bagian dari penelitian ini, analisis SWOT dilakukan untuk mengetahui posisi Warung Makan Asyik Desa Balunijuk dalam industri kuliner dan mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang terkait dengan bisnisnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, Warung Makan Asyik tersebut bisa semakin berkembang, namun diperlukan kombinasi dari analisis SWOT, seperti menerapkan strategi SO, salah satu contohnya mengadakan event-event lokal dengan memanfaatkan tempat duduk yang banyak; strategi WO, salah satu contohnya meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan dengan menggunakan event lokal sebagai sarana promosi; strategi ST, salah satunya mempertahankan harga terjangkau dan bahan segar untuk menghadapi persaingan; dan strategi WT, seperti meningkatkan inovasi menu untuk tetap kompetitif di tengah persaingan, dan sebagainya.
