Abstract

Schools have their own challenges and problems that have an impact on differences in the quality of educational goals achieved. This article aims to analyze and describe School-Based Management (SBM) as a school quality improvement concept. This article uses a literature review approach. The SBM concept offers schools autonomy to provide flexibility to schools in the context of equal distribution of education, manage all school resources, make and determine school policies, create independence, increase community participation, develop schools according to the demands and needs of the local community. so that educational goals can be achieved. School responsibilities in implementing SBM as a school quality improvement concept include; teaching and learning process, planning and evaluation of school programs, curriculum management, education and education personnel, school facilities and infrastructure, financing, student services, school relations with the community, and school climate. The principles of SBM implementation are the principles of openness, independence, fairness, partnership, accountability, participatory, democratic, efficiency and quality-oriented. Therefore, education managers must be able to make SBM as a concept to improve the quality of education based on the circumstances, needs and demands of the school environment.

Abstract

إن تدريس اللغة العربية في جميع المراحل الدراسية يهدف إلى تدريس وتنمية المهارات اللغوية الأربع وهي الاستماع والكلام والقراءة والكتابة، ويحثّ المنهج أيضًا أن يكون تدريس اللغة العربية لمستوى المبتدئين أن يشدّد إلى حصول مهارة الاستماع والكلام. ومهارة الإستماع هي إحدي المهارات اللغوية الأربع التى تعلم في اندونيسيا. وهدف تعليم هذه المهارات الأربع هو أن يمتلك الطلاب قدرة وكفاءة وميولا ورغبة في اللغة العربية. فلابد أن يسير تعليم هذه المهارات الأربع سيرا جيدا متساويا بين جميع المهارات، لأن لكل مهارة مزايا في تعلم اللغة العربية. ونظرًا إلى أن النتائج التعليمية فى المهارات اللغوية خصوصًا بمهارة الاستماع فى مجال اللغة العربية الآن كثير من المدارس والجامعات الإسلامية لم تكن ناجحة بنسبة كبيرة خصوصًا ما حدث فى المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية الناموذجية بندا أتشيه. حسب ما كانت عملية التدريس لم تكن فعالة فى تحقيق مهارة الاستماع، بما ظهر فى ضعف الاستماعهم فى اللغة العربية. ورأت الباحثة أن مشكلة البحث هي: لا يستخدم الطرق والأساليب المعينة المثيرة فى تعليم مهارة الإستماع، ولا يستخدم الوسيلة الجيدة الجذابة التى يستخدمها مدرس اللغة العربية حتى أن الطلبة يشعرون بالملل والسأم فى تعلمهم اللغة العربية. استنادًا إلى تلك المشكلة الواقع أرادت الباحثة أن تستخدم إحدى الوسائل التعليمية فى تعلم اللغة العربية خصوصًا فى مهارة الاستماع، وهي"عرض واقعي" أو ما يسمى بالوسيلة السمعية البصرية (Audiovisual) وهي وسيلة حديثة فى مجال تعلم اللغة العربية خصوصًا فى مهارة الاستماع. وتصمم الباحثة تحت العنوان:" استخدام عرض واقعي فى تعليم مهارة الإستماع، يعنى فى سماع الكلمات وفهمها من خلال سياق المحادثة العادية وإدراك المعنى الإجمالي فى رسالة المتحدث (هو المنهج التجريبي (Experiment Research).لأن الباحثة تحتاج إلى الأرقام و الجداول و الإحصاء في مقياس ما حصله في بحثها، فلذلك تستخدم الباحثة المنهج الكمي.( فى المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية الناموذجية بندا أتشيه ). وأما نتائج هذا البحث بعد تجريب عرض واقعي في تعليم اللغة العربية لتنمية مهارة الاستماع في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية الناموذجية بندا أتشيه ، قد وصلت الباحثة إلى الاستنتاج الأخير واستخلصه كما يلي : (1) اعتمادا على النتائج التى حصل عليها المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار القبلي و البعدي قد وجدت بينهما فرق حقيقي وتعزى إلى أثر المتغير التجريبي. لذلك أن استخدام عرض واقعي فعال لترقية مهارة الطلاب في الاستماع.(2) وإن استخدام عرض واقعي يظهر فعاليته وتبين تفوقه من عدم استخدامه لدى المجموعة الضابطة. لذلك أن استخدام عرض واقعي مناسب للتطبيق في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية الناموذجية بندا أتشيه

Abstract

This research Aims to determine the application of the Word square media to improve students' ability in writing skills as well as to determine students' responses to the application of the "Word Square" media in learning writing skills, besides that it also aims to determine the influence of the application of the "Word Square" media in increasing students' ability in writing skills at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Aceh Barat. This research is experimental research with the type One Group Pre test- Post test Design. The research instruments used in this research were interviews, questionnaires and tests. The research results showed that the response of MTSN 3 West Aceh students to Word Square media was very good. This is shown by the T Test results being greater than the T table value This indicates that applying the “Word Square” method to improve students’ ability to write skills in the Government Islamic Secondary School 3, Western Aceh, is effective, and this indicates that the test result T is greater than the result of the table, which means (2.09<25‚51>2.86) Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted

Abstract

Human rights enforcement is often considered a classic issue that lacks appeal, particularly when violations are committed by political elites who attempt to justify their actions. However, discussing the past wrongdoings of a regime remains relevant and crucial as a preventive measure to avoid similar violations in the future. This research explores Nurcholish Madjid's interpretation of Human Rights enforcement from the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah Dauliyah. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach to examine Aceh's DOM (Military Operations Area) events from 1989 to 1998. Data were collected through interviews with Aceh community leaders and a thorough review of scholarly literature, including works by Nurcholish Madjid and related sources. The findings reveal the significant relevance of Fiqh Siyasah Dauliyah and human rights in analyzing international issues, particularly in conflict resolution contexts. Reports from the DOM Aceh period highlight extensive human rights abuses, underscoring the need for an effective judicial system to address violations and ensure victim restitution. Nurcholish Madjid advocates for conflict resolution through dialogue and peace, emphasizing the constant protection of civilians. Fiqh Siyasah Dauliyah promotes international dialogue and peace during peaceful times (Dar al-Islam), positioning war as a last resort only after all peaceful measures have failed. During wartime (Dar al-Harb), it insists on maintaining ethical conduct, permissible solely when peaceful alternatives have been exhausted. Islamic principles dictate that military engagements should not cause excessive suffering for civilians and should conclude with a surrender, peace treaty, or ceasefire.
