<![CDATA[The development of the business world with intense competition encourages business people to use various ways to achieve their business goals, one of which is increasing customer satisfaction by applying Islamic business ethics. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic business ethics on customer satisfaction at PD Nuansa Barcode, Desa Sayati, Kecamatan Margahayu Kabupaten Bandung. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was simple random sampling with a sample size of 80 people. The results of the final condition of the X variable of 72.94% indicate that Islamic business ethics is included in the strong category. The results of the final condition of the Y variable of 73.14% indicate that customer satisfaction is included in the strong category. The regression value of the resulting variable X to Y: Y = 14,792 + 0,741X. The constant value is 14,792, meaning that if there is no change in the Islamic business ethics variable (the value of X is 0) then customer satisfaction is 14,792 units. The coefficient value of the X variable is 0.741, meaning that if the X variable increases by 1% with the assumption that the constant is 0 then customer satisfaction increases by 0.741. This shows that the variable X contributes positively to customer satisfaction. The value of R Square = 0.700 means that the percentage contribution of the influence of the X variable to Y is 70%, while the remaining 30% is influenced by other factors. The results of the calculation of the hypothesis test based on the comparison of tcount and ttable, it is known that tcount is 13,480 while ttable with a significance level of 5% and df=n-k-1; 80-1-1 = 78 the ttable number is 1.991. So the value of tcount (13.480) > ttable (1.991) and the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and is positive, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence between Islamic business ethics (X) on customer satisfaction (Y) at PD Nuansa Barcode. Perkembangan dunia bisnis dengan persaingan yang ketat mendorong para pelaku bisnis menggunakan berbagai cara untuk mencapai tujuan bisnisnya, salah satunya meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan cara menerapkan etika bisnis islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui. Pengaruh Etika Bisnis Islam terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PD Nuansa Barcode Desa Sayati Kecamatan Margahayu Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sample sebesar 80 orang. Hasil dari kondisi akhir variabel X sebesar 73,11 % menunjukan bahwa etika bisnis islam termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Hasil dari kondisi akhir variabel Y sebesar 73,63 % menunjukan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Nilai regresi variabel X terhadap Y yang dihasilkan : Y = 14,792+ 0,741X. Nilai constanta adalah 14,792, artinya jika tidak terjadi perubahan variabel etika bisnis islam (nilai X adalah 0) maka kepuasan pelanggan ada sebesar 14,792 satuan. Nilai koefisien variabel X adalah 0,741, artinya jika variabel X meningkat sebesar 1 % dengan asumsi konstanta adalah 0 maka kepuasan pelanggan meningkat sebesar 0,741. Hal tersebut menunjukan variabel X berkontribusi positif bagi kepuasan pelanggan. Nilai R Square = 0,700 artinya persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel X terhadap Y sebesar 70 %, sedangkan sisanya 30 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis dengan berdasarkan perbandingan thitung dan ttabel, diketahui bahwa thitung adalah 13,480 sedangkan ttabel dengan tingkat signifikasi 5 % dan df=n-k-1; 80-1-1 = 78 didapatkan angka ttabel 1,991. Sehingga nilai thitung (13,480) > ttabel (1,991) dan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 serta bertanda positif, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti ada pengaruh signifikan antara etika bisnis islam (X) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) di PD Nuansa Barcode. ]]>
